This place is great. You gotta come and try their fish waffle shape fill with Nutela.You can also try the ice cream with one fish waffle on it. The price is bit high for the ice cream with the waffle. But over all, this place is great to bring the family and try it at least once.Theres no sitting at all, So expect to get your ice cream and walk out.

This was the first time we ate here and it was definitely a 5 start the fish we thought was a cookie but its not a cookie its a waffle filled with yummy goodness you can choose what goes inside it like custard, cheddar (the worker says it taste like a grilled cheese sandwich), red beans, cookies and cream and the cook them fresh to order

So yummy!!! I ordered upside down ahboong. Ahboong was chewy and sweet, ice cream was soft. Free toppings and strawberry or macaroon. I used to eat this in Vegas and it’s the same store, same quality.Store was clean and staffs were very nice 😊. No chairs inside of store, but 2-3 outside. You can still eat the ice cream inside standing.

Great place to get dessert! It might look busy but they work very quick!Always polite and super helpful! All flavors are great. If you get a swirl with chocolate in it, just be aware chocolate can overpower other flavors pretty easily.Enjoy a delicious snack!

Came on a Wednesday night, just craving something awesome. Let the girl at the counter know we had never been there before so she was happy to help and explained what they were all about. I ended up getting the upside-down with matcha ice cream and a custard cone on top. It was ready in no time! The ice cream was the perfect texture, not too cold but not runny! The cone was crisp, but soft in the middle, perfect! Definitely a nice place for a dessert trip after a long day at work and in need of dessert after dinner!

Great soft serve with the waffle fish on top! Also, the hot waffles with custard or Nutella was out of this world! Definitely will be coming back!

This place right here is deceiving, they give you a small cup and a baked taiyaki. It looked like a small amount of ice cream, let me tell you more than half is inside the goldfish... Bro this place is the Bomb 💣! I have no idea what a more perfect word than Perfection for this tasty dessert. I mean its not overly sweet, and its not underwhelming, its not on the border. I cant describe this, but it makes sense to me. Green Tea Macha Mixed with Ube and my wife had Oreo strawberry mix. Freaking perfection. The Taiyaki is stuffed with your Choice of stuffing, Nutella, Cheddar, Custard some other I cannot remember, just know the excitement is real and I just stole my Wifes ice cream.. this is definitely a place where you dont want to bring your kids because youll want to take their ice cream. I miss somisomi!!! I waited in a long line but thats ok..more time for me to take pic. Nice young lady working alone so busy and very helpful. I asked her when will they have swirl of matcha and black sesame. She looked at the calender and told me in 2 more weeks. I always noticed this place driving by Atlantic and finally got to try it with my family and it was everything and more than I expected. The ice cream was delicious, creamy with great flavors to choose from, they had delicious warm filled taiyaki fish with good filling choices. The final product was aesthetically pleasing to the eye and delicious to my taste buds. Store was clean and the workers happy to help, can’t wait to come back.

This is a very nice spot to get dessert that is made from waffle batter and ice cream to accompany it. The freshly made fish shaped waffle goodies have several flavors to choose from.

Was craving something sweet and I had always wanted to try it out. So went there in the evening and it wasnt too busy. The line went by fast. Ordered the soft serve ube with the fish shaped waffle cone filled with taro. What can I say it was delicious!! Must try

I went to there Long Beach location, parking is a little meh but the locale is nice. The staff were very welcoming. I ordered two cheddar taiyaki and 2 Ah-boong: 1 milk ice cream ah-boong with coconut flakes and custard filling and the other consisted of a milk/strawberry swirl with taro filling and matcha powder topping. The ice cream is so creamy and on another level of deliciousness! The taiyaki waffle topping is the perfect topping. Yummy rating 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤× 10

Such a fun & delicious experience!

My new favorite dessert spot near the house. I love that they have ube and other Asian flavors. I usually order a mixed ube swirl with the fish shaped waffle stuffed with red bean. Then I add sprinkles and get a small macaroon. It’s been a nice treat during summer and I’m glad they are open later than most places on Atlantic.

Very good! The ice cream soft serve is delicious and the taiyaki (japanese pancake) is super soft and with just the right amount of sweet. Best to eat fresh, but if you decide to take some for the road, make sure it cools off before you close your box! Otherwise itll ruin you taiyaki!

Can you really ever have anything bad to say about ice cream? Its ice cream! But theres a little too much hype over the Japanese waffle fish it comes with. After all its just small breakfast style batter waffle in your ice cream. Lol

Love the ice cream here! Only a few flavors to pick from but all are very tasty. My fav is Ube. We also tried their Taiyaki filled with taro, red bean, custard, and nutella - love the chewiness of the mochi batter they use and was made fresh to order so it was received hot n crispy. 👍👍

The flavors are subtle yet perfect. Soft serve is not overly sweet its the perfect amount of sweetness. The filling is a perfect pairing to the soft serve. I got the oreo strawberry swirl, with captain crunch topping filled with custard and a macaroon. My husband got matcha and uber swirl with nutella filling. Honestly one of the best flavor pairing weve had in ages.

Somi Somi WOW! This ice cream is so creamy and the waffle fish was fresh crunchy and amazing. The options are minimal and the simplicity of it all are makes it even better.
