The female manager in the day is very good as are a few of the Indian employees, others not so much ( wont mention anyone). The main problem I have with this store is they are closed for 4 or 5 hours during the night shift.... very inconveniencing. Go there during the day.
After mid morning coffee is often stale. FYI - This is NOT the 7-11 in Pier VIllage (Centennial Dr). This is the one in West End.
Man behind the counter has to go. Was rude and giving me looks and calling me names don’t go here until they fire that dirt bag
This 7-Eleven store is on the boardwalk in Long Branch, New Jersey. There are two small shelfs of non snack items but other than that the entire store is snacks, beer, soda water, slurpies and the items you expect to see at a 7-eleven. I bought 2 bananas there. It seemed to be one of the only fruits in the store.Service is fairly efficient. The store is fairly clean. If you are in the area and want a slurpie, the store does the job.
Their customer service skills are amazing. Ive never seen a nasty attitude even from new employees. Their food is mostly fresh. Sometimes the hot dog bread is a little stale but thats about it. I often visit this one and the one on Wall St. I would pick this one all the time if it were closer to my house.
Worst 7 eleven very nasty man behind the counter NEVER will go there again. I go to the one on joline
As a frequent beach visitor and a foodie, I have to say this is the one of the best things about Pier Village.
This place discriminates and has rude workers. They made a scene because my friend didn’t have a mask on, he later on put one on & then the worker came out behind the register and started walking onto us. They made other customers kids cry. On top of that, they made us leave the store & wouldn’t let us pay for our drinks! They told us to leave but they were calling the cops & gave my license plate #. Never going back here & will be sure customer service handles this. Unnecessary stuff.
Best 7 11 in the world
Nice salads and fresh coffee whenever I visit. However, compared to other 7-Eleven stores in the area, this one has an inventory problem. When a favored product flavor runs out, it is not replaced. Sometimes the most frequently purchased flavors never return, for example grape flavored NOS. Similarly, when the no meat options run out (such as bean and cheese burritos), they may not be replaced in over a week.
Nice people here. It is kind of a family owned business. They show appreciation for customers, and I am happy to come here and get my coffee and my cigarettes. Good location, I am a regular.
The owners daughter should not be allowed tonwork in the store.she doesnt seem to understand how customer service works. She yelled at me and said i can go to another store when I said to my friend that the 2 hour old breakfast sandwiches should be discounted at lunch like every other 7 eleven ive been to. I live down the street and put a lot of money into that store and dont appreciate an apparently spoiled little girl yelling at me while i spend my hard earned money.
Fresh coffee no matter what time of day you go in, the store is always kept clean
Theres always room for improvement here...
