Just drove 2 hours to get a bmw hood that they said they were going to pull.I get there and they say they sold the hold to someone else.I asked the girl prior to leaving if she could send pictures and she said they didnt have enough people to take pictures but when I showed they had plenty of employees that were just standing around.They disnt even seem to care that I just drove almost 2 hours.Any professional business could have called and told me somone else bought it and to turn around.

If I could give this place a minus I would.I was looking for a steering column. They told my mechanic 275 plus exchange but when I went there it was you need to bring us your old one first. Or pay 250 core charge.so I left came back with the 250core charge.the truth is they wanted my old one so they could put my switches on Theirs and charge me 275 when I told then my mechanic can do that.just sell me the new ill pay the core charge and get it back when I retun.they refused to sell me the column . Said find somewhere else.i did internet 200 dollars

Bought a supposedly running motor, paid 850, they even said they had done a compression test. Got the engine installed, and it backfired immediately, pulled valve covers, and it had a pushrod through a rocker arm and a bad lobe on the cam. Talked to the manager, and he said he would send me a cam. That was two months ago. I basically got a core motor for running price. Not a happy customer

Avoid this dump at all costs. The owner will cuss you out because you ask him a simple question. The owner and his wife are rude and disrespectful.

Before you buy from them, they will have a respectable tongue, but when you buy and they put the money in their pockets, they turn into a gang and everyone bullies you if you try to return the piece and get your money back.

Very disappointed drove for 60 miles one way to get some parts when I arrive there the parts is damaged. Before I drove out I made sure the parts were in good shape, the lady that works there was very rude.

After reading the reviews for D&S I still went and retrieved the part I needed.Half of the negitive things I read about D&S happened during my visit.My advise is to not expect quality customer service. Just smile, wait, get your part(s) (hopefully), and leave.

I wish I could give this place a big fat zero. The owner with the mullet (Dan I believe his name is) is disrespectful and rude. I went there on a whim to buy a part and the uneducated stoned out of his mind guy working the counter over charged me. The part was $377.00 and he charged me $3770.00. Needless to say it wiped my entire bank account savings and checking. Once I figured out what was wrong I checked my bank account and I had a zero balance. I started freaking out right there in the office. We had a mortgage payment coming out and had plans to go to the beach for the weekend. Mullet man said he would do a refund. Since I was so upset he then said to my husband tell her Im sorry and just take it. Needless to say the refund didnt come back to my bank until 1.5 days later. I had NO money due to this. I assumed it meant that he was giving us the part due to the fact he completely screwed us. He gave us no receipt saying we owed anything. About 2 weeks later he calls and asks when are we going to pay for it. My husband says it was under the assumption that you were giving it to us due to the headache your guy caused us. 2 more weeks later the guy calls and says he is going to call the sheriff and take us to small claims court. I then admittedly started freaking out using the f word and started explaining that he said we could have it. He then started calling me a C word and calling me a thief. I AM NOT A THIEF! He gave us the part! He didnt even offer to go half price or ask us to just pay his cost of the product for the inconvenience he caused. This place is scum do not go here!

I have always had excellent service here, you just have to be respectful. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you... they have a good range of vehicles, I can find parts for some of the old projects I have as well as late model vehicles Ive worked on. The owners are great, bumped into them at a restaurant this evening and they were nice enough to pay for our dinner. SUPER nice people! They are my first call always.

I couldnt say enough good things about this place. I bought two body parts for my Civic. The price was great and the service was wonderful. They even installed them for me. The owner, Daniel, and every worker we dealt with, especially Luis, were friendly and helpful. I understand why the owner wont allow strangers to wander around the lot....insurance liability, theft, etc. You wouldnt dream of wandering around the back storeroom of a Wal-Mart, would you?

I called earlier today and the guy who answered the phone greeted me by saying “WHAT!”. Not even a “Hello!”. I told him what I needed between 03-08 Hyundai ****** power steering pump he told me he needed the specific year! BUT YET THEY ARE ALL COMPATIBLE which is why I said between 03-08. He then proceeded to tell me “If you know so much about parts then why dont you run your own parts store.” If you wanna be treated like a PILE this is the place to go. Never will get my money!

I Dont normally write reviews unless there is an extraordinary good or bad reason to do so. I was lied to two different times and yelled at with aggressive tone. We originally bought a transmission from them and installed it. That transmission was broken and grinded into 3rd gear. We were told we would receive a transmission that was repaired/rebuilt because he didnt have another used one on hand to replace the defective one. At first I was happy with this option but then things fell apart. It finally arrived a week later than promised and I questioned him on this I received a bad attitude and very poor customer service. The replacement part we received was not rebuilt or repaired it was another used one. Man...... Very disappointing to say the least, hopefully this different used transmission works without problems, I cant say i would recommend them to anyone.

I called on Wed. the 12 for a trans mission. was told it would be pulled and waiting for me on that Monday. Drove 3 1/2 hrs. to find out it was not pulled and would not be for at least a week. No call from them, I am glad to see a company can throw away a &1000.00 sale.

Excellent service. I got a set of Subaru heads from Dan. He even held them for me until I could get down from northern Washington.I will gladly continue doing business with them.

This is not a company anyone wants to work with, they will lie to you over and over again. Trying to wait you out so they don’t have to return the garbage parts they are selling. Very dishonest, very rude. If there was a negative 5 stars that’s what they would deserve.

I wouldn’t recommend going here. They sold my husband and I a bad part we needed for our truck. When my husband figured out it was broken we took it back and the guy refused to give us anything back and also kept the part, which was $600+. So they ended up with $600+ and the part for the truck they can refurbished and sell for $1K+. We will NEVER recommend this place and will NEVER be doing any business with them in the future. They obviously do not inspect what they are selling you to make sure it is a safe and usable part.

Called yesterday, they said parts would be delivered to shop this morning. Wait till 4pm, still no parts. Say I will just come pick them up so they say to give them 10-15 minutes and head over. We gave them about a half hour, when we pulled up, they were *just* pulling the car from the lot. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes after arriving for parts to be pulled.No apologies or explanations were given.And honestly, nothing they could have said would have rectified the situation enough to make me a repeat customer.

Dan is a CON ARTIST. Pure and Simple. I’m not one to usually take the time to write reviews but I felt so violated and disguised by my one and only trip to D&S. This place should not be in business! Dishonest from the start. Tried to sell me an engine “advertised for 80K miles” and so glad I did a google vin# search revealing engine had over 120K miles on it!! Dan asked me, “Do you want the f***ing engine or not you punk?” when I politely asked him for documentation to show the actual mileage of the engine from whom he bought it from. There happen to be a little boy in the office as well no more than 8 years old while he smoked in his enclosed office. No morals, no standards, respect or professionalism. You belong in jail Sir.

Wasted my time going there. They said that they had original paint nice condition left fender and headlight for a Scion, when I got there it was a total hack job repaint, had damage and the headlight was broken and oversprayed.

Easily the rudest and most unprofessional joke of yard I’ve ever been to. 0 stars. Called and specifically asked twice if they had a part and was told certainly yes, because I’m driving over an hour to get it. I drove 1.5 hours, and they don’t have it, and the guy immediately starts yelling and swearing and calling me names when I expressed my frustration. Not to mention at least one employee was drinking alcohol in the open in the office during business hours. Plus I had to wait 15 minutes when I got there because they were just chatting/gossiping and didn’t acknowledge I had walked in as a customer. AVOID THIS DUMP

Had all the parts I needed and he was upfront and honest about the condition of the cars when I called. The guy who helped me was more than happy to work with me, and even hosed off some of the interior parts that were kind of nasty. Not to mention the fact that I got a great price for the amount of parts I bought.

Worst place in the world to get parts. Ask them about about price, they lie, you correct them, and they hang up on you. If I could, I would give zero stars. Dont buy from them, make them go out of business. They have no place making money and surviving. Love this place. Know the owner personally. If you dont want to get yelled at or told off. Dont walk into the yard without acting like you own the place! Dont bring back parts that there is nothing wrong with! If you do receive a bad part that is under warranty he will do his best to troubleshoot the problem and or swap it out for another!

My son and I were trying to get rid of some cars in the yard, we were sent to D&S to have the vehicles towed. They said that they would be there on Wed between 1500 and 1700, no show/no call. Told us the same on Thurs, again, no show/no call. My son called to ask if they would be by Fri and the guy on the phone told him to quit harassing him, they will pick them up when they pick them up, and then, hung up on my son for good measure. If you need to get your vehicles gone and wish to be treated like an adult, dont choose this company.

Found a rear axle that i wanted on car-part. i emailed daniel walker with some questions. asked what all came with the axle (just to verify, youll see why). said i was looking for an axle with disc brakes and that all the parts were included. he then checked and got back to me saying he had what i needed. drove from tacoma to longview to find out the axle did not have everything i needed. as well as the disc brakes that i asked about, (and that he checked) turned out to be drum brakes which did not fit my application. thanks!

Got a bad engine moyor had spun rod bearing it was never tested. He said it had 110k on it ran the vin on the moyor it had 300k bad business practice went to lkq and was happy and paid $200 less Jo dirt should be ashamed. And is looked down upon in the racing community. He is a crook took 2 weeks to refund the money I was out over 1500 extra in mrchanic cost thanks for screw ing over a single dad with 4 kids.

If there were zero stars for this review i definitely would give that. Dan was very rude and disrespectful over the phone. He had a huge attitude and it seemed like i was pestering him more than anything. I had a few questions and he wasnt interested in helping at all.

Called looking for an igniton exciter for my toyota 22R They had one, arrived a few days later and purchased it for $125. At the time of purchase I asked if it was tested and known to work. Dan the owner assured me that it had come off of a motor home with only 80K and would work fine. When I installed it it didnt work! Purchased another on Amazon for $400 works great. Called D&S and told them that I intended to bring it back. He said it was not your problem and I had the understanding that he would take care of it when I brought it back. Today I bought it back. Once again he said not your problem, as he proceeded to tell me I was wasting his time. Of course I was a bit puzzled by his reaction! He became hostile and told me to leave. Fortunatly, I had paid with my debit card and have some dispute capability with my bank. My recommendation is to never do business with D&S, they are not honest or interested in being fair. I would have understood no refunds policy and taken credit for something else but, not an option!

Have had terrible customer service here on at least three occasions. My friend and I stopped in today to to get caliper pins for an older Toyota. Owners response was that he wouldnt be bothered to go through the trouble for them. We then told him we would just buy the entire caliper and his exact response was, I think I have spoken... Horrible service, cant browse the yard, and shouldnt expect to be able to purchase anything here. Not sure if the place is a front or not because that kind of service doesnt seem very profitable. Went to ACE Auto Wrecking and got exactly what we needed in less than 5 minutes for $5.

Absolutely despicable service. Ive never been treated so poorly. I was scheduled to have three vehicles picked up, they wasted three days of my time and i still have the vehicles they were meant to pick up. When I called to see why they wernt coming out, the owner yelled at me, told me off, and hung up on me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Obviously does not value the customer and has a foul mouth to boot.
