I have been dealing with Livingston Hearing Aids for several years. They have always been very attentive to my needs. I especially like the friendliness of ALL personnel. Tim explains exactly what is going on and answers all my questions. He is a down to earth person. He does not come on as better than me. I appreciate Tim very much and recommend Livingston Hearing Aids to anyone needing good quality hearing aids. I have worn hearing aids most of my life. I am very pleased with Livingston Hearing AIDS in Longview, Texas. First of all, I was very nervous on my first visit. I had ignored my hearing loss for several years and had become pretty good at hiding my problem by watching people’ s mouths when they were speaking to me. Eventually, my hearing was affecting every aspect of my professional and private life and I finally said enough! My first visit was wonderful! They met me with warm smiles and quickly put me at ease from the very start. From the smiling receptionist to Tim Martinez, I was put at ease, which is really something for someone who was so embarrassed about their hearing loss that they tried to hide it for several years. I received my new hearing aids and was astounded by how I could hear again. Mr. Martinez has adjusted the hearing aids as needed with follow up visits and I know that if I have a problem, he will be there! I would give him ten stars instead of the five if I had that choice. I recently purchased 2 Halo 2 i2400 RIC hearing aids from this company. My technician, Tim Martinez, was so very helpful in explaining what would work best for me since I have a severe hearing loss in both ears. I am a senior citizen and have worn hearing aids for better than 35 years. Im very happy with the choice he helped me make. They have some pretty impressive features that give me more control, therefore giving me more confidence with ease in communicating with others in various acoustical settings. Tim is awesome! I went in for a hearing test on June 26, 2017... I had known for a long time that I needed hearing assistance. My Specialist is Tim Martinez and I was really impressed with him.....I like a friendly atmosphere and direct honest information from any health professional that I see. Well...that is exactly what I got and it was so refreshing.Tim explained everything in layman terms, helped me choose the right hearing aid for me and my needs. One week later and I have my hearing aid and am loving the pleasure of hearing instead of guessing at words. I have been in for my 1st adjustment and will go again soon for the final adjustment.......I can go in at any time as long as I own my device for adjustments and other needs.........I give this location 4 stars and highly recommend them.

Everyone at Livingston was absolutely awesome!! My 99 year old mother can hear again. She loves her new ears!! Lol! I really cant say enough about the way our whole family has been treated by everyone at this facility. They know what they are doing for sure. Thanks to them our mother can join in on our conversations, watch tv, and just enjoy life again. BIG THANKS
