Very caring and understanding people to help you with everything you need to know about using your heating aids, I left feeling that I understand enough to get me on my way using them and able to contact as needed, also with follow appointments until I am completely satisfied

They were very friendly and professional they seemed to care about my issues hearring unlike my previous place where I bought my first set of hearring aids theydidnt help when I had issues and only wanted more money to reprogram them When I went in January .they never even said I could get a new set through my medicare insurance but three months later My daughter said she was going to make me an appointment at My hearring centers because they said dont charge for any program changes neededbut she said oh we can get you a new pair or re chargeable hearring aids through your insurance From now on They will be the only place Ill go from now on .Thank you My hearring Center you are Great

Katie the receptionist is very kind and easy to talk to Ive had problems with these hearing aids for 3 years Mary took the time to listen to me Ive had problems with these hearing aids for 3 years she corrected all the many problems with his brand of hearing aids they are now better than theyve ever been and they work she is very professional and very easy to work with I would recommend her and this hearing center to anybody

My first visit, Amy and Mary were good at directing me to their office. Mary repaired one of my hearing aids and we made plans for a hearing test and adjusting my hearing aids. I look forward to my next appointment.
