A great experience. Erin was very welcoming when I arrived. She offered me some coffee and hot chocolate. Angela was very professional,she explained every step of the hearing test and what my results meant. She explained the different hearing aid options and features. They both made me feel comfortable during my experience. I would highly recommend Miracle Ear in Longview.

Just received hearing aids for my grandfather and the service here was beyond exceptional! The lady at the front desk, Erin, was so sweet and the practitioner, Angela Craver was very helpful in explaining every detail each hearing aide has to offer! Both ladies were extremely patient with us and treated us like family!! I would highly recommend Miracle Ear to anyone!!

I have had hearing aids before my Miracle Ear hearing aids and these are by far better than anything I have tried. I enjoy going to the office and visiting with Erin. Angela came and sat with me last visit and took the time to get to know me as she was new. I just come here for the pretty girls.

I was very pleased with my visit to Miracle-Ear Longview. Erin was super sweet with helping me setup my appointment and made me feel very welcomed when I arrived by offering me coffee and carrying on a conversation with me until Paxton was available. My appointment was back-to-back with another appointment and Erin helped ensure I was able to make my next appointment. Paxton was very kind, helped explain everything I would be experiencing regarding the procedure, made sure I left with all of my questions answered, and completed my appointment a few minutes early. I would gladly recommend Miracle-Ear Longview to anyone needing hearing related services!

I was a little skeptical when I called for an appointment. After several years of having turning up the TV volume and asking people to repeat themselves I decide to call. Right off I was impressed when my wife and I entered the building. Erin was very friendly and welcoming. She informed us what to expect right off, which I never experienced before at other medical offices. Paxton soon arrived and introduced himself while I was filling out a couple of pages of information. Not long afterwards Claire, their Miracle-Ear specialist, came to visit. Overall they were all very friendly.One thing I noticed was their office was very clean. They took Covid very seriously.The exam was easy and didnt take very long. The results were I didnt quite need hearing aids yet, at least not for another 5 years or so. I have normal hearing loss for someone my age, but not serious yet. Can you believe it, they had a chance to sell to me and did the right thing by saying I really dont need aids yet. I WILL be going back to them when the time comes. In fact, I have an appointment for next year for a follow-up.Thank you, Erin, Paxton, and Claire for your service.

When I first came here, Paxton helped me very quickly into what I needed and made sure so was taken care of thanks to him and Erin my application went so smoothly for the new hearing aid and thanks to the foundation that they have going on because of them they been able to help many others with cases like mine. He didnt charge her for the maintance done. They made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I was home visiting my best friends. I brought my mom in for an appointment with Paxton. We were greeted by Jennifer and she was very kind to my mom, and made us both really good coffee. Paxton and Jennifer were so patient with her, she is in her nineties. Paxton listened to every story she had to tell and never acted like she was a bother. We will always come back to miracle ear because Jennifer and Paxton made us feel at home.
