My husband and I just purchased a king size bed and mattress from Sleep Masters in Longview and we couldn’t be happier. We were immediately approach with a warm hello from Rick our salesman. He was very nice and knowledgeable of the items he showed us. He let us look around and take our time, he was never pushy. We will be looking for more furniture in the near future and we will definitely be coming back and asking for Rick’s help!

My husband & I just purchased a new queen size bed, mattress, & dresser. The bed was ordered, which only took about 10 days. Our salesman, Rick, is just what you want...knowledgeable, but not at all pressing. He gave us plenty of space to discuss & consider what pieces would fit our needs.Yesterday (March 6) was our delivery day. We could not be more pleased with our purchase. I must compliment the two young, delivery guys. They were extremely careful & respectful...worked well together, as our bed had drawers to be assembled once at our house. This was done in a timely & tidy manner.Today, we decided that we need a night stand. After calling Rick, he confirmed there was one in stock to match our dresser. My husband picked it up in his truck! We are very pleased with Sleep Masters & Furniture Now...salesman, delivery men, and furniture quality & value.

Bought two recliners. They are the most uncomfortable recliners, they brought them out and left....my recliner tilts to the back, my husband’s doesn’t! My recliner is losing its chushiness in the back and my husbands seat on the right side has lost its firmness ! Worst recliners ever!

I went by looking for a sectional, and found a great one. From start to finish the whole experience was awesome. I never felt pressured by the salesman and was able to look around without feeling like I was being followed. Lol I ended up getting exactly what I was looking for and at a fantastic price. Even the delivery fee was lower than I expected. I highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for quality furniture before you buy from somewhere else. The salesman Rick was super helpful.

Delivery on this particular item was free and the servicemen that delivered were most polite and efficient. Got my bed and recliner the next day! That time of year needed a new bed. Was just out looking and after many stops went here. Not only were prices great but selection was fantastic and had a new bed delivered in 2 days. Great service and great people working here.

My experience with them wasn’t either good nor bad I was advised that I wasn’t going to be able to get my bed that day because they had to break down which really looked as if it didn’t require much work there was no workers available that day to break down my bed so I could of took it home that day I was advised of them having several delivers that day they wasn’t sure if I can get my bed down and was told to come back the following day when I entered into the place I wasn’t greeted immediately as others were and I was kind of treated as if they see me as someone who couldn’t afford what was In there when I went to get some help there was lady helping someone else and she just looked at me asked me if I needed anything and I advised I will wait it looks as if you are busy and a guy comes back looks at me and sit down and then line 10 mins later ask me if I need help when he saw me just standing there and offered to help then so I went In hopes of getting something that day but since I had no choice but to wait til the next day to recieve my item is the reason I’m giving a 2

I put at my local store in Longview Tx and Paula is super sweet and very knowledgeable about the beds shes selling. This is our first Tempurpedic hybrid bed and so far Im loving it. Delivery guys are quick and kind as well 🙂 definitely recommend this store and this bed.

I went in the first time (with my interior designer sister-in-law) looking for a couch and found a beautiful one - plus an end table and an upholstered headboard that looks wonderful in my home. I was thankful for friendly, but not pushy staff. The prices were great and for a small charge, it was all delivered to my home. The delivery workers were friendly and quick (even though they had to work hard to get it in the front door!) I highly recommend the Longview location to anyone looking for great options at great prices.

Was told to get a $90 mattress pretector when we bought our mattress. It can be washed and dried and it melt even with our sheets with it. Went and asked if there was anything they could do the lady told me no sorry. Don’t spend money on a mattress protector here. Get one from Walmart that won’t melt. Won’t give referrals anymore nor business. I’m not the person to leave a bad review but when I pay for something at that price I expect good quality.

Spent hours upon hrs in that store laying on beds. Finally decided on one and have absolutely loved it! Their customer service is GREAT; trust me you won’t be disappointed ~

Very nice employees, professional. Just wish they did things a bit differently. I had purchased a kind bed frame with headboard and foot board, they didnt have it in Stock at the Longview location so I drove to Tyler to get the frame. Got it home and it was broken so I called and they didnt have another in stock so I have to wait to get the frame! I think they should keep more than one frame for a king size in stock.

I purchased a leather couch and a leather recliner by Ashley /Signature Design from Sleepmaster in Longview Texas. I have been very happy with the comfort and design of the furniture however after only 1 year and 5 months the finish on the leather recliner is coming off where my head rest on the recliner. I now have an ugly spot on my chair that I have no way to fix and the warranty was only for one year. Of course after reading reviews I see that Ashley never helps any one in any way and I sat on the phone till my ear was numb waiting and listening to that stupid music. No!, they never answered the phone. Of course. Sleepmaster will not help. I looked at over 120 reviews and out of all those only five were above a one star rating. That is only four with a two star and one very recent with a 5 star all the rest were only one star. All Sleepmaster did was to refer me to Ashley. My complaint with Sleepmaster is with all the bad reviews about Ashley furniture, you know that Sleepmaster knows darn well that Ashley does not even try to help with customer problems and because they carry and sale and tell you that the furniture is top quality they must know better. I have never had a finish on even cheap leather come off

Bought a couch set from this store and waited two weeks for delivery of brand new sofas instead of floor models. Not a big problem in my eyes then when the couches were delivered one of the couch was taped shut but the loveseat clearly had never been opened. After delivery guys left I sat on the sofa and it made all sorts of noises and I then noticed stains all over it from it clearly being a floor model. After multiple calls to the longview store and many allegations of me bring a liar and promises that they were both brand new we decided to call the Tyler store where the owner works and one of the employees told us we were right that it was a floor model. Now we must wait to hear back from the owner because apparently he is the one who does the owners. Waiting to see how this turns out. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. Horrible customer service and Rick, our salesman, is an incompetent liar. I would never refer anybody here.
