Im a retired teacher and I do not hand out 100% A grades unless someone has earned it. From the first call on, this just was as efficient as it could have been. They found a date and time despite short notice. The rate was fair and then some. What was really amazing was the crew: the front gate person was inexperienced, and had them wait, but the crew lead was clear headed, and stuck it out.They were loading about 10 minutes after the truck was positioned. They protected the furniture very well: blankets, wraps, delicate moving. Boxes with china and crystal were babied. I figured 5 hours. They were done in 3. There was no situation and no moving item they could not handle, at least for me. My wife said the same, and that said more than I can relay here.Im sure other movers may be as good. This company was the best Ive ever used. I suppose what I liked best was being able to relax, since they surely knew what to do, and communicated well. I hope East Texas hangs on to them.

The move went excellent. Crews showed up on time did a good job of packing and transferring to new location. Are unloading was prompt and they they were very courteous.. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My movers were so professional and courteous! I was expecting to have to oversee their work; instead, my movers told me that all I needed to do was relax. They handled everything with tremendous care. At the end of a day of loading, driving four hours, and unloading, I felt totally relaxed instead of stressed because they handled every last detail. Id hire them again in a heartbeat! Everything was so easy from reserving my date to the actual move itself. There was never a moment when I wasnt sure of what was going on. Great experience throughout!

I had an appointment scheduled for the moving company to move me between 3 pm and 5 om. No one showed up nor called to tell me that they were running behind schedule. I had to call the company THREE times. Finally on the third call to them, I asked the person who answered the phone if she would call and find out where the movers were and how much longer it would take them to get to me. Finally, one of the movers called me back after7 pm (2 hours past the time range of my appointment) and his question was did I still want him to come? I told him yes, but called him right back and told him not to worry about coming because he made me feel like I was bothering him when he asked me that question. After all, is it only common courtesy for a company to notify you? Especially when they are running TWO hours behind schedule? I would have given them zero stars but one is as low as I could go. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

Almost perfect, awesome communication and professionalism. Fast workers kept it affordable. They forgot some details (packing was scheduled but forgotten, and they mislaid 2 items that didnt make it into storage) but the overall experience was satisfactory.
