I rented a unit today and was very pleased. The rates were reasonable, the service was very friendly and very fast. The unit was clean, secure, and well lit. I already forgot the name of woman who helped us, but she was an absolute delight to work with. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and friendly staff, This storage facility is top notch, very secure, clean, organized, with onsite restroom. Christy in the office was very helpful and professional she helped me secure 3 storage units for my move. She has also been known to help load and unload.

Dont store your belongings here! They illegally sold my storage. Never once notified me of anything. Refused to show me the video of the day someone entered my unit after telling me it was very suspicious. Crooked operation for sure. I lost everything I owed but the worst thing was my pictures every picture I had of my children gone, all the pictures of the family history I had done gone, birth certificates, personal information gone. These people are thieves and liars. This is not the first time this has happened to someone in the community. Do not rent from these people!

My husband called just to see what the available storage units were and I dont know if the lady that answered the phone was having a bad day, but she was really rude. All my husband said when she said that all they had was a 5by 5 and he said Thats all you have? And she responded with Thats what I just said. Her tone was very unprofessional and we will not be future customers to a place where the staff is rude and sarcastic.
