Not only did they confirm every little thing before ordering anything, they were up front about cost, time and ended up being faster and cheaper than quoted rather than more expensive like most other places I have experienced. At 8:05 am on Monday October 21, 2019, I received a very professional and polite call from Troy and we set up a appointment for Thursday October 24. I was totally impressed with Tony and was given a very very reasonable estimate and 2 hour time frame for the car to be fixed. It was done in lees than expected and just could not believe .the rates even after I was told by another service I have used for many years would cost much much more only to find out I did not need all the repairs they was going to rip me off with. I will now make Mobile Tech my only source for repairs from here on out and will and have told many people about them. This is the best service I have had for many years. Kudos to Troy and his staff. Rarely do you a honest and knowledgeable mechanic. Troy and his team are the epitome of a good old fashioned small business.I had an estimate to get an oil leak fixed on my car that was over $1,200. After I was referred to MobileTech by several people, I gave them a call. Troy took the time to zero in on where the leak was actually coming from. It was a $35 part. This is not an isolated incident. Troys team has helped me out a few times when I thought the repairs were going to be ridiculous.Longwood is lucky to have such a great business.

Brought in my 2006 Silverado 2500hd for a upper control arm and ball joints. Less then 5000 miles later the upper ball joint nut backed off and my wheel almost fell off and could of easily killed me and my passenger and other people on the road. Have video proof of the ball joint not being torqued. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHOP WONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK
