Great experience here at Mazda. I purchased a 2019 Infiniti Q60. Fully loaded and they destroyed Orlando and Tampa Infiniti on PRICE and responsiveness (both were locked at $3.5-5k above Mazda and they wouldn’t budge given the current market). Also included a lifetime power train at no extra charge. Highly recommend. I worked with Alex and Jose. I did my own financing and was in/out in less than hour.

My first maintenance visit was a pleasant surprise. It was done within the time promised and I was especially pleased to see they sent me a video actually SHOWING me my brake pad & tire readings. The mechanic basically summarized what was done to my vehicle. I had never had a service company do that before and I think it was great.

My Husband and I recently purchased a 2021 Red Mazda CX-5 Touring. We noticed that It had some scratches on the rear bumper prior to leaving the dealership. We were very unhappy that a brand new car had scratches on it. About 1 1/2 weeks later, Dan Parker, General Manager learned about our situation. He immediately called us to try to rectify this issue. He spoke to us at length and asked us to bring the car back to the Dealership. We expressed that we would be happier if we had a different car as we did not want to deal with having a brand new car possibly having a new paint job or a new bumper. Dan agreed and had Paul Erhardt, General Sales Manager find us a new car. Paul found 2 new cars that would suit our needs and Igor Kosinkov, Mazda Expert explained to us the similarities and differences of both cars and their features. Dan allowed us to drive the Red Mazda CX-5 until the new car arrived. A few days later we received a call from Dan that the car was delivered and ready for us to pick up. Our new car is beautiful!! He upgraded us from a Touring to a Grand Touring and gave us additional money towards our trade in as well as a very low interest rate of 1.89%. David from financing had the paperwork ready and we completed signing the papers 15 minutes later. Igor Kosinkov and Beth Campbell did an excellent job explaining all of the features and programmed the Mazda Car App and settings to suit our personal needs. It was truly a wonderful experience. Sport Mazda North has been taking care of my 1987 Mazda RX7 since I bought it in early 2019. The car only had 109K miles on it and was almost completely original parts. We replaced the needed parts to make it my daily driver and now I have 133K miles on it. The senior mechanic Lloyd always works on my rotary engine. Most recent service was to replace the oem spark plugs and wires (records show it last done at 66K miles/1996), cleaned the fuel injection system and fine tuned the mechanical throttle position sensor. I recommend the Sport Mazda North dealership service department. They get it done!

The sale started online and a early phone call and latter a break down on cost of car taxes dealer fees and trade in value with the out of door bottom line. My recall was going to be at least 6 hrs and they supplied me with a loaner at no charge which was a very nice. The SUV was a very nice vehicle that I was issued as well. The tech sent me a video of what was done to my car as well as some other things that were brought to my attention and what I could do to remedy them. I am very impressed with Sport Mazda North.

Service was excellent. My first time having my car serviced at Sports Mazda. We are going out of town for a while and need my car serviced. They got me in the next day. They also helped me with a problem a month ago. I had a warning lite on and when I drove it made a awful noise. We stopped there hoping the might know what was causing it. The managers and several out service me all looked at it. With in about 15 minutes the manager figured it out. Didn’t change me just wished me a safe trip. They will be my car service from now on.

They always do a great job servicing my car, all the way to sending me videos of my car when its on the racks and showing what is being worked on or what will need service in the future. The facilities are also really nice and clean.

While the KIA dealership was a decent experience, Mazda was top notch in Show Room, Sales, customer experience, and end of sale. I had a great experience buying my new Mazda 3 hatchback this past week. I was immediately greeted by Ryan Parker and he helped me find the right car after not being sure what I wanted. My new car not only looks great and drives smooth, but has great gas mileage which is essential right now. Really anytime but especially now. Ryan was professional and courteous and made me feel comfortable asking whatever questions I had. I love how easy it is to have my Mazda serviced! I made my appointment last minute online that morning. Then I walk in and I am instantly greeted and helped... plus I must say, the new set up at the North dealership is amazing. I always walk down to the shopping center nearby because it usually takes about an hour. I get a text update throughout the entire visit. They found a nail in my tire I wasn’t aware about and gave me my options through text also. I walk back and I sit in their waiting area while they finish up. They have comfy chairs and it’s such a nice customer friendly atmosphere and it is so clean. I get a text that my vehicle is ready, along with a video of the service they performed, including the nail in my tire! (That’s a very nice touch, Mazda!!) I check out and they tell me they hand washed, tire shine and sanitized my vehicle for me. I just can’t say enough about this place. Maybe that’s why I keep coming back and I’m in my 3rd Mazda!!!
