I was referred here by a friend. They gave me a great experience. They stayed open late for my work schedule. They were straightforward, were very quick with the repairs for being a smaller shop. It was totally worth it vs. paying more at a corporation ran shop where I dont believe I would have had same confidence with the quality of diagnostics and repairs done at the Ultimate Auto Center.

Patrick is a liar and a SCAMMER! I rented a car and he charged me for tolls. I asked for invoices and he never provided them. Told me he submitted them to Turo and when I contacted Turo they confirmed Patrick is a liar. I have the screenshots to prove he didn’t provide them with invoices, either.

Definitely check these guys out! My car was making an awful noise and had a terrible vibration. I brought in my car and they diagnosed it fairly quickly. Being new in the area I was hesitant to trust a new mechanic, they were straightforward and did not pressure me to get work done by them. I looked at one other place but ultimately decided to get my work done here and they did not disappoint. My car is now running smoothly! Will definitely get more work done here .

I had an interior and exterior detail and I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome it was. The service, to start, is great. Nasir detailed my car and communicated with me for a good drop off time and pick up time. He was extremely helpful. Second, the work that they do here is impeccable. Like I said, my car looked (&smelt!) brand new. It was completely clean and you could tell how much heart and hard work they put into your vehicle when it is in their hands. The 1999 mits 3000gt was suppose to be originally mine. I had a down payment on the car 4 months before it was sold but the paperwork was never sent to me. As you guys said maybe it got lost. I flew down to florida to sign the paperwork and when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that the car was sold. And it took them 5 months to give me my whole down payment back. Terrible service and terrible communication. My brakes were making an awful sound. Brought it in to be checked out, turns out my left side brake were in desperate need to replacing. Patrick told me not to worry as they can fix this right away. and sure enough I was in and out less than 40 minutes it seemed and not a squeak from my new brakes. Update. Another five star review for Patrick at Ultimate! Lets face it... we use our cars daily and to have a car issue, can really turn your world upside down. Why isnt it working, whats the problem, how much is it going to cost?? And unfortunately the auto repair industry can get a bad rep...who can I trust to take care of it? Will I be charged too much?Worry no more and take your vehicle here! This shop is great with communicating, honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I always received updates, understood their process and what the costs were and what they were for.On top of that, they have a huge heart for helping out our local community. Purchased a used car for my wife from Patrick, the owner of this used car dealership and trusted the owner with all my money due to the fact that a friend had sent me to him. His Mechanic supposedly looked at it and said it was all operational and so I purchased a 99 Volvo. Was very happy at the time, until less than a month later. The car started to spin due to I guess some transmission issue, even the light came on lol. There was another problem less than a week later regarding overheat and water pump. By now, I was concern and update, so I contacted Patrick and his response and his partners were to bring in the car and see what they can do, so I did. Waste of time because, their advice was quote There is nothing Serious going on with the car, is a used car what can you expect. Making a long story short, his supposed mechanic had erased all the problem light signals, the car ended up having a dirty radiator, old filter was crunched and and a sensor for the transmission. I explained all these, the fact that it was so soon 30 days? no way and all they told me was sorry, there is nothing I cant do. This deal was obviously an obvious rip off on this guy part, DO NOT purchase a car here.

I park my car in the longwood sunrail parking lot everyday for work and on this past friday when i got off i found one of their flyers shoved very far into my drivers side window and since it was a very hot day it melted to my window and got stuck. Now there is paper/plastic residue all over my car and window. Not cool. If youre going to post annoying and wasteful flyers on everyones car atleast put it in a spot that is easily removed. Not a smart way of promoting your business and very inconsiderate.

Save your time and money buy a vehicle elsewhere. Total scam!

I went to Patrick because I thought he was a good person, he said he would replace my front and back windshield for about $400. I set an appointment to go In on my day off to fix my windshield. I asked Patrick if he had used windshields he said there was no more only new ones. I get to the shop the guy who brought the windshield forgot my back windshield ( which was completely shattered ). So I was really upset Ive been riding around with the shattered windshield and front window cracked and now I saved all the money I needed to fix them only for me to drive 20 mins to his shop and the guy who showed up with the windows let Patrick Know infront of me ( hey I got the USED windshield but I only have one not two). I remember Patrick saying there were no more used, he quoted me the price of new windows for used windshields. Than Patrick looking embarrisssed pulled the guy to the said and spoke to him for a little. Than he came back to me and asked what I wanted to do because the guy only had the front windshield I told him i dont know. I just dont want to keep driving around like that Ive waited and saved and now Im here and you dont have the full product. Than he proceeds to tell me I should get rid of my car why would I want to drive around in it like that I told him it was the last thing my dad helped me get and it meant a lot to me and I wanted to keep the memories. He said you can make new memories in a new vehicle. He showed me a ford escort same one I had but it was stick shift. Than he showed me a Saturn 1998 which he sold to me for over 1800 and he only took my car as a $300 down payment thats how much I put down. Sighing just two months my engine started making a big noise because the transmission mount was bad, and I changed the ignition. Over numerous amount of times I was broke down I would text him and he sent me YouTube videos- hence the fact that Im a girl one night I was in lake Buena vista at around 11:30ish pm he sent me a YouTube video my key broke in the ignition and that was his advice he doesnt care about people he is a con and a scam. I took my car too a shop got a full body inspection, my tires on my car were all from 2010 one was from 2011, but its crazy when I got the car he said they were name brand tires ( only one ) and hey were new tires. The shop I took it to, too have it inspected told me they would take the car right back it wasnt even safe enough for me to drive. Patrick never cared or fixed the car they wil tell you they did but they know nothing about cars. Dont ever buy from this place contact the better business buearo.
