I live in Lake County, so I have an hour and 15 minutes drive. Though there is a Dealer on Lake County recommended to me, I still choose to take the long drive to Longwood Because each time I visit the Longwood Dealer, its a good, sometimes pleasant experience. Why?Because, its more important to me How people treat me as an person and as an individual.This Longwood Dealership survived 2020 Pandemic year and it seems to me that the Employees have such an amazingly positive attitude, wearing a smile π on their faces. To me this represents Teamship! So, once my experience with the people that work there is a positive one, I feel the issue with my Automobile, whether routine check-up or if theres an unexpected problem with my Car, I have confidence in JOE, the supervisor and LUIS, in the Service Department will take care of Everything! This dealer is horrible! They lie to you so that you can buy the car. Donβt even think about scheduling an appointment here because you will not be seen at that time. I booked my appointment at 8:15am so I could be in and out and Iβm told the wait time is 9:45-10:00! I didnβt leave till 11:00 because it took them that long just for an oil change. They take forever to respond to you so you can know whatβs happening with your car. Whatβs the point of even booking an appointment if you canβt stay within that appointment time. Horrible service I will never be coming back! I wish I wouldβve read the reviews before I came in.
Great customer service. Theo was helpful and Aaron from Service was helpful as well.The only thing itβs lacking is a bigger space for waiting on your vehicle being serviced. Also the opportunity to have loaner vehicle for 2 waits that are over a 2-3 hour wait.I would definitely recommend coming here to get your vehicle serviced.
This was the worse experience ever! I went in to have recall issues fixed ! And because of not getting the job dowΓ±ne on time, had to pay 1000 in rental car and the issues were not resolved
Took my car in for a recall. Part was changed and had the oil changed also. They were friendly, fast and professional.
I brought my car in to have 2 recall functions performed. I also needed to have my front right low beam bulb replaced. The recall tasks were performed with no problem. Because replacing the headlight bulb was going to cost $474, I decided to buy the bulb at AutoZone and I will have my local mechanic install it.
All the staff is great and helpful. Quick service and great explanations.
Service was ok. I wish there was better communication. My car was ready a long time ago and I was patiently waiting but never received a call or text notification.
Be aware that they perform the service that you pay for it . Before leaving the dealership I check my car and no tire rotation was done . When I report the situation the try to convince me.they did and I told them that o knew my car and because a particular mark in two ring I knew that no rotation was done. They took the car and in 10 minutes they rotate the tires . I was there for 2 hours and half . The manager told that he has problem before with one guy not doing well with rotation . Not sure with he went back and forward with me when I addressed the issue. My last time in this place .
Awesome experience from start to finish with my service appointment today that I scheduled yesterday afternoon (amazing) ππ½. The staff is always friendly and professional. Purchased 2 vehicles from them both brand new and they keep them running young.
I was wary about coming here to this location for service on my car based on some other reviews I read, but I had a good experience. Everyone was nice. I dropped my car off and despite the amount of cars they were really quick with getting me checked in. It didnβt take too long and it ended up being less expensive than I expected which was a nice surprise at check out. I do have to go back soon for a part they ordered so hopefully thatβs a good experience as well.
After searching local dealers, this one had the vehicle I was looking for on their lot. Went in, test drove, purchased, and was driving home relatively quickly.
The attendant who greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the service area was so sweet and courteous. She informed me that there was a recall on my car which I asked her to have taken care of. I asked her how long it would take, my appointment was at 8:30am. She said it would be done at 11:30am. I got my car back at 1:05-1:10pm. The cashier was very courteous as well.
Wait time for oil change was ridiculous even with an appointment. They scheduled my appointment for 3pm that day and then informed me when Iβm already there that I need to schedule earlier for that kind of service but yet they were the ones that scheduled the appointment for me?? The confirmation States clearly what service was requested and time. I wasted a day over there to now have to go back another day for the original appointment repair requested???
Mr. Dellis is amazing! I came in there upset and he turned my whole demeanor around. Even though it took a few. Lol. Heβs very patient, listens to your concerns, and itβs all around an excellent sales person.If you happen to go over there look for a car please ask for him you will not be disappointed. Not a good experience overall with the service department. I scheduled a service appointment online for express service and received an email confirmation, when I arrived at the dealer at the scheduled date/time, I was told there was no appointment recorded for that time and I would have to wait four hours as a walk-in, despite me showing confirmation that I indeed had an appointment scheduled. I ended up needing to reschedule for the following week due to time constraints (this was inconvenient for me as itβs a 40-minute drive each way), and when I arrived for the second rescheduled appointment, I was then informed that express service wasnβt available despite being advertised on the web site and available as an appointment option which caused confusion as nobody knew what it was. I still ended up waiting four hours for what amounted to an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment. Fortunately the service advisor I saw, Bre, was helpful and informative, and the oil change was free as this was the first maintenance for my car.

Very sketchy. Made us pay ahead of time for them to order a tire and then said to make sure we go back to the same person when we come back for them to put it on so that we didnβt get charged againβ¦ that shouldnβt be on the customer. When we brought our car back for them to put the tire on it took 2.5 hours to put the tire on and that was with us asking every half hour and them saying β15 minβ every time. Why?? Also I would not have left a review but they reached out twice for us to leave them a good review.
They always take forever and never meet the time they tell you. Appointment was for an oil change at 11am made weeks ago and still was told itβs be done by 1:30 didnβt leave until 2 something. And when I texted the number that said to text for updates I never got a response. Went to check on how much longer and three employees were too busy talking about who was gonna go pick up food to help me and they definitely werenβt on break. Canβt wait to switch cars because I will absolutely be changing dealerships, not the first time either. Avoid this dealership at all costs !
Very helpful folks, they really worked a great out for me which was awesome. Sales person Manny was polite and helpful.Finance dude Alu was very amusing and easy to talk. All in all it was a great experience, everybody really helpful and friendly.Plus you get cold water and snacks, very helpful on a hot day if the wait is long.

My car was dropped off because the AC stopped working. I was able to come pick it up 2 days later, but as soon as I drove it, there were loud popping sounds coming from the AC.I turned around and drove right back to the dealership to ask if the technician could simply tell me if I should be concerned about these new sounds.I was told no, that I would have to schedule another diagnostics appointment which will require my car to be there overnight again.It would have taken 5 minutes for someone to tell me whether those sounds were a concern, and if so, I would have made another appointment (although I feel that this should have been noticed and taken care of while my car was there for this exact issue to begin with).TL:DR The customer care needs improvement.

My last appointment was the first time that my wait was less than 2-3 hours. I only waited maybe 45 minutes, and the the new service advisor was so nice and helpful to me! My wife went for oil change and she also ask to see if they can check the back lights, the lady at the dealer said the she have 3 mechanics looking into my wife car back lights and she said none of the lights was out the only one was out or damage was the plate light, my wife also mentioned to her the police let her know few days before when she got pull over due to the lights, as soon my wife leaves the dealer she went to do some grocery and was already late, she got pullover again for the same issue and my wife explain the she was coming from this dealer and they told her the her suv was good and the only light missing to replace was the plate light and the officer said no the left size have to be repair and also the plate. This is my first time going to this dealer and my last one. Nothing compare other dealers from Kia in Orlando also in leesburg.

Everything was OK except the waiting was a Lil frustrating also everytime Ive bought a car always get a spare key they want me to pay for it so not cool one of the managers there was nasty ! You dont speak to females that way!overall sales guy was cool and nice. Wouldnt buy there again though
I go to the dealership for my oil change because I was given a two year maintenance package with my car purchase. Each time I go it is a frustrating experience. To begin with I am not just a standard oil change because even though I make an appointment and confirm, since I have a Ford, that I bought at their dealership, they will not get my oil filter ahead of time and wait until I arrive to drive to another facility to pick it up. Itβs minimally a 1.5 hour experience. This last time, my 830 appointment that the lady at check in would take 10-15 minutes took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Then the manager spent ten minutes trying to find my car. I still have half a year on my package and will be NOT be returning. I would rather pay than have to sit through that debacle again.

Awful. I spent three hours waiting for a recall repair before I was told they did not have the part. They never told me a shuttle was available either. I spoke to the manager which was useless. And my paperwork was stamped with a promise of being ready at 12:30. At 2:15ish they told me about not having the part. Why make a promise if you canβt keep that promise. So disappointed with the whole experience.This is the condensed version of the wasted three hours. There is so much more I could tell you, but what good would it do.

My experience the last time I was there was not to good, the advisor was a little slow, she seem to me she was either tired or didnt know what to do. She never came back and told me anything about my car. They also need some more help in the back, they was also slow. I had to wait 3 hours and some. It needs to be more organized.
Went for 5000 mile service, basic oil change and tire rotation. I was told would take about 90 minutes at the most, instead took over 2 hours. The excuse I was given was that a tech was late for work. So I was penalized by losing work time and having to wait because their employees cannot get to work on time? Unacceptable!!!
Iβve tried this dealer twice now and have not had good results. They are slow and not thorough. Todayβs visit was another long day of waiting. I dropped my car off at 12:13pm and it wasnβt done till 3pm. I asked for a tire rotate and oil change. There was also a recall that needed to be corrected. The tire rotation was not done because they couldnβt find my wheel lock key and they couldnβt find theirs. How can a Kia dealer not have that? Once I got into my car the oil change indicator wasnβt even reset. Iβm frustrated and the lack of care for my vehicle says it all. You got me twice and will not get me a 3rd time.

Yes, besides all the info before, I was appointed for a part change, when I arrived the technical person let me know that she just noticed that my car was 2022 and that you didnt have that part available, that it was going to be on backorder and that I have to prepay for that repair in advanced, the part price is $25 appx, you charged me $300, including $45 of miscellaneous (not defined), that was one week ago, I complained with Christian (financial manager), he said he was going to raise it to the management, nothing has happened since then. I really regret doing business with you......

I was checked in by Louis, he did a outstanding job helping me, very professional and helpful, my car service was great and quick, all services were completed.
I was told that I could test drive my car with the technician since he couldnβt find anything wrong with my car and didnβt hear the same noise which Iβm still hearing. When I arrived my car was ready with the keys for pickup. There was no technician waiting for me to test drive my car with him so he could hear what Iβm hearing. Everyone was friendly and my car was taken in for service right away. The shuttle dropped me and picked me back up. But now Iβm scared to go on a road trip because I still hear that rubbing sound. I guess Iβll have to try another dealership!
My KIA vehicle is always serviced quickly everytime. If its a lengthy service and I choose to drop it off, they send me text status updates to keep me updated.They also offer some creature comforts such as cookies and water if I choose to stay and wait for my vehicle.

You know I went and for oil changed and to see if I could get a lower interest rate and the sales person did not listen to me correctly and then convince me to get another car which was older smaller and cost me more convincing me that itβs better for my credit well I am not happy with the car at all I donβt see how paying more money for what I already was paying for for a new 2020 Kia I was there for like six hours straight without eating frustrated Iβve mentioned it to her three times no it wasnβt working for me and now I would like to get my car back and get everything back the way it was like this awful experience was happening I was very happy with my 2020 Kia Sorrento all I wanted to do was try to lower my payments maybe somebody in corporate could help me out I will be calling corporate soon

Horrible to pay what I do and be told at pick-up that the car was not washed or vaccumed due to lack of staff. I would understand if I had been notified at drop off. I would have rescheduled, Im never coming back to this location. DeLand location where I purchased my car brand new will be where I go from now on. Ive only taken my car to Mitsubishi for all her services, 5 almost 6 hours later I get my car back even with an appointment. Very disappointed unfortunately

Was told 2 hours for service recall and oil change, took 3:45. Cold coffee and fridge that was supposed to have water in it was totally empty the entire time.There was a lady having a mental issue there where eventually police and ambulance arrived and the sales staff were just standing around laughing at her.There are absolutely no redeeming qualities at this dealership
I had an issue w my spark plugs & called the servicing dept. I spoke w Luis & he took care of everything! Found out my plugs were under warranty so that saved me a good amount of money! When I picked up my car, there was a full tank of gas in it as well, which was a really nice touch! Only the best for my car ππ½

Upon receiving the car everything was fine but after that it wasnβt... I was told the car repair would start on Monday then be ready by Friday... I then called Friday morning just to double check everything was on track and my vehicle would be ready that day and I was told yes it would and I would receive the text confirmation.. no text or anything my husband called and is told no the work isnβt finished and the tech already left for the night... we call Saturday thinking maybe it was done but couldnβt be picked up to be told no work had been done and the car would not be ready now until Monday... will not use this place for service again

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even offered food and drink while I was there. I cant walk very well so they did most of the looking and brought the vehicle to me. Even though the car I came to see was no longer there we were able to find another it was even better.
I visited Kia North for regular maintenance. I have moved to Orlando 3 years ago and I have tried all the Kia service centers. Kia North are always professional and Theo is amazing to work with. Kia North is certainly the preferred place for my Kia vehicles. One concern is that they are understaffed and the quoted times are not always accurate. I would certainly plan an additional hour to the quoted time.
The customer service is no pleasant reading when I get there its not what I expect to be it is what it is they just care when you buy a car at first and after that its like youre nothing it just makes me sad so I dont bother too much with the co-workers who work there customer service they need to really be pleasant like other dealerships or nights are in pleasant so I recommend my friends to go there hell no

It took me more than 3 hours to do a simple oil change every time. I always make an appointment before I go there but no matter the appointment is in the morning, late afternoon, weekdays or Saturday I always have to wait for more than 3 hours. That is really unacceptable.

The worst customer service I have received at any nationally recognized establishment in a long time, possibly ever. We were pressured into leaving the lot, at closing and while pouring rain, in a filthy vehicle that we were assured multiple times had been washed and βdetailedβ. The carpets inside the vehicle were never vacuumed. Almost every window in the vehicle had handprints on the inside. We were told by the salesman, Dellis, that it would cost us too much to have the dealership replace an interior bulb and that we should probably just go to the parts store ourselves and take care of it on our own. When we tried to return the vehicle the next day, the Used Car Manager, Johnny assured us he would personally take care of anything that we were unhappy with. Johnny even went as far as to tell us he would fill our gas tank before we left to make up for the hassle of having to drive back and forth an hour each way to deal with the dealerships mistakes. When we finally took possession of the vehicle again the second day, it was given to us with a dead battery and we ended up in a loaner car for a few days. Johnny got the battery replaced and we went to pick up the vehicle a few days later. We had been told the vehicle had been βdetailedβ 3 times so that they could get it perfect for us. The vehicle never had any wax applied to outside at all. When we left the dealership for the final time, we left with the gas light on. We stopped at the closest gas station to the dealership. Johnny waved at us as he was leaving the station after gassing up another customers car. I will never have any dealing with Orlando Kia North ever again. I will tell as many people as I know to avoid this dealership at all costs. Worst car buying experience ever. I wish I had the option to give zero stars

This is one of the worst places I have ever gone to to have my car serviced. I have made appointments to get an oil change why would it take 3 hours to get this done when I made an appointment. The final straw for me to give this review is that I made an appointment for a warranty piece. I waited 1 1/2 hours for them to come tell me the part has to be ordered. (Its not a mechanic part but weather stripping) They called me 2 weeks later to let me know the piece is in so I made an appointment on a Saturday at 8 am for them to tell me when I get there, that there is only 1 tech that can do this and he is in training for the week. WHY was I NOT called and notified to reschedule. The WORST customer service EVER!!!! I will only be returning to this location to have this part replaced that is in by the way. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Theo was great and did everything she promised including the time the car would be ready.
When I made my appointment to fix the power mirrors that would not extend. I was told it would take about 2 hours. After waiting 5 hours I was told they needed to order a part, but they did have mirrors extended and I should not use the remote to lock the doors. I had them cancel the order for the part because I needed to leave town for an emergency. I took the car to a Mitsubishi dealership in Wisconsin where all they had to do is reprogram the power mirrors.Longwood Mitsubishi may not have been wrong. I am still having intermittent trouble with the mirrors not extending.

Service was quick and finished faster than expected, however a little disappointed that the shuttle does not start until 9 AM when I got there at 7:30 and needed to be at work. The online scheduler should not offer a shuttle service at 7:30 AM if it is not available. Otherwise everything went well.
I made a 12:30 p.m. appointment. When I got the with my disabled husband, I asked how long would the oil change take. I was informed the wait was 3 hours. I had my daughter pick us up and we came back after 3 hours. I was then informed it would be another hour. After 5 p.m., Luis came and said they would wash my car but it would take another 20 minutes. I agreed. Twenty minutes came and went. I looked out the door and saw my KIA parked by their service door. I waited another 15 minutes then tracked down Luis. Oh! Someone had given him the keys a while ago. So, he left us waiting? We just moved here from Indiana. We drove out at 5:50 p.m. We will find a different place to have our 2020 KIA serviced.
They was very helpful online before my visit for a new car, and while I was there they walked me through everything in detail plus explained all the what and whys.

Great service. As you wait the people here are very friendly. I get my oil changes and tires rotated. It is same price off the dealer. I like that my car is look at with the dealer. I brought the extended warranty. Do not regret buying. It is expense. But worth every penny. If I ever sell I can show dealer keep up everything. The people that great here.

Was quoted an hour/hour and a half but it took about 4 hours after already being rescheduled because of technical difficulties. My sticker to come back says Im due at 28k miles but my car already has 77k?? Then I have a dime size chunk of paint missing and the pictures mysteriously arent there. Go figure, do not recommend this place at all. Hopefully one of the other greenway locations give better service.
