Since new management has taken over this location has improved by leaps and bounds! Its almost as if the store had been remodeled since my last visit. The store manager was a very nice lady, very helpful and very courteous. Will return for my 5 off 25 coupon

Most dollar generals are just about the same. Which, isnt a bad thing. But, at the same time, its nice to see this particular one, though similar, has some pretty nice and good things that I havent seen at other dollar generals. In some cases, I havent even seen some items I picked up, at other stores at all. Of any kind. Surprising to find something youve been searching for, for a vast amount of time, to just casually come across it, at this particular store. Of all the DGs this one seems to be the most effective at providing useful products, and some rarities you wont find at other locations, be it dollar generals, or otherwise. Very well maintained.

This is my store. I broke my tailbone. So I have been not able to get out to get things I needed. 4 and a half weeks been layed up

Need to be a little more clean and organized. The costumer service is ok. But need work.

Worst place ever!The cashier (Black lady) waited on a black man with a full cart full of stuff that was at register that light was turned OFF first. While I had to wait with only 2 items while I was at register with light ON. Absolutely makes no sense, except the fact that I am white and not black! Ridiculous!

Sometimes you can find stuff cheap in there but not all the time you got to pay attention it was okay I just ran into get a certain item.

I frequently shop at the DG on W. Erie Ave., along with DG on Levitt Rd on the West side of Lorain. Im always greeted with a welcoming smile as I step into the front door (W. Erie DG even greets me by name) Clerks and managers are eager to help, great prices deserve a 5 Star 🌟

Place is a dump! You can never find anybody to help you.. There never seems to be anybody there except for the person on the cash register, its as if theyre in the store by themselves!

Aisles cluttered-staff unloading stock in disorganized messy manner. One employee got upset with a customer for shopping in an aisle she was stocking. Messy. Slow ring outs also.

The wait is HORRIBLE when in line. Morning, noon or night if your in a hurry to run in n grab something....dont do it here. Ive waited in line 20 minutes before.
