Its a close store if we dont have the time to go to Walmart then we go to apples to get up some good old deli. The salary and massive pepperoni is delicious would 10/10 recommend

Always a minimal amount of cashiers. No self checkouts, for the person that wants to buy three or four items. The prices are just mediocre. I prefer the new Meijer store.

I needed an edible image made and was sent here from the Apples on 254 (their machine was down). When I had inquired about the image, the first woman in the bakery seemed new and had to ask another woman in the bakery, yet she was super sweet. Unfortunately, the second, much older woman was not. She was very upset that the inquiry was made and said, I dont know how many times I have to keep telling them, we DO NOT do these on the weekends. Im sorry, how am I supposed to know? I ended up calling the Apples in Sheffield Lake and they were able to get the edible image done. Their service was beyond exceptional, and I will definitely make the trip out there before I ever go to the Apples on Meister.

Nice little market. They have better prices than Giant Eagle and are a local store not a huge chain. They have the best meat around and great meat prices as well. Their produce is verry affordable when it is in season and the get local produce when available.

In a parking lot that generally feels like its made of potholes, the store itself, is very well put together. As well, it has just about anything you might be looking for. And, even though theres rarely more than 2 cashier lanes open, they really do handle their fair share. And its a quick venture, most of the time. With everything from Ohio lottery, tobacco sales, alcohol that you can even mix and match, as well as a large number of food items, and other household items, even paper. Much like a supercenter of an apples brand, theyve even got pet food. For a smaller styled store, there really is a lot to get there.

Gr8 customer service but in my opinion the prices were a bit high 💁 Im from Massachusetts n if the minimum wage here in Lorain is 8.00$ n in Massachusetts is 11.00$ the cost of living here in Lorain is supposed to be lower! Things I normally get in Massachusetts was way higher! Surprisingly shocking!

One of my favorite places to shop absolutely love the discount that they god with the Latin food love the special sales all of the stuff that works there the deli department the people are so kind I appreciate them the courtesy Booth theres not a place that I go in there that I dont feel comfortable the registers the food fresh on the prices are reasonable so come on down and enjoy apples in Oberlin Avenue which is my favorite spot

This is a great store! The fried chicken is some of the best anywhere - Delicious! this Apples location is a small location,but has a well stocked selection, friendly staff, handicap access, Ramps, knowledgeable staff, and excellent Chicken! Fantastic Donuts, cakes and other delightful treats! I never like donuts as a kid until I had one from this Apples location. Also had never been a big fan of chicken, it had been over 12 years since Id had any chicken, now apples has me shopping for good sides to go with the chicken and Jo Jos! Nice produce. Prices are like most places certain things lower others higher. Smart shoppers can eliminate a great deal of the headache of walmart zombie WWF hot pocket wrestling.Produce excellent, a lot of locally sourced, lots of local meats from Community packers, markets presses, and farms. Price comparative of other locals, Better quality meat on par with Giant Eagle or even Flignets Fligners.Finally, love the staff! a decade having great talks, friendships made even had been invited to a labor day or memorial day back yard all night camp out.I really wish Id gone 3 boys loved that crew handling the deli! Nicest Deli Staff that ever handled a slicer - Every one of the them Ashley,Pam, so many more! Miss you all there! Crazy Daddy and the 3 ever growing boys all say thank you. !

Ok place, great staff, not too much of a selection especially if you are gluten free but it has a few different good deals here and there. Frozen veggies can be frost bitten. The meat is pretty good.

Always have what I need not always what I want would love to see chocolate filled donuts in Lorain Apples like I drive all the way to SHEFFIELD APPLES TO BUY. OTHER than that the DELI LADIES ARE THE GREATEST, WORK THEIR REARS OFF BUT STILL MANAGE TO GREET YOU WITH A SMILE, GREAT JOB LADIES.

I like this grocery store. Every time I go, I recieve fast friendly service and it clean... My only issue is the prices are just a little high unless they have a good sale... But hey I still go... Its called paying for convenience. Iys worth it

I literally had to go behind the bakery counter with my 2 year old an hour before his birthday party and decorate his cake because the manager was being so mean and did not have his cake ready. The employees and manager told me i could do it myself. Lucky for me i make cakes anyway. Im pretty sure this is illegal and the manager would not give me the cake. She said i could have 5 dollars off and i told her she should be paying me because i decorated the cake. I told her i would NOT be paying for said cake and if she wanted to call the police to make sure she called OSHA as well.... Because Im 100% sure my son and i were not allowed back there
