We brought our Grand Marquis LS in for repairs, because we were rear-ended a few months ago. From the very beginning, the shop manager was very knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to do what was necessary to help us with everything we needed. I couldnt have hoped for a better experience. Theyre a very honest place with outstanding customer service.

Took my older vehicle in for a few comestic issues and a broken door lock. I explained all the changes I wanted to make which quickly could have added up to more than the vehicle would be be worth. They took the time to explain options and really dialed in a quote that was the best bang for my buck. They far exceeded my expectations with their superior craftsmanship and customer service. I have had some work done at a few body shops in the past and would only recommend them to family and friends!

Amazing job. I wish I had the before pictures (forgot to take them) but it doesn’t matter because my car looks brand new like nothing happened. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. They even dropped me off to work since I worked close by. I will definitely come back to them if I have another fender bender. Great place, great vibes. 10/10 would highly recommend.

My daughter scraped up her Honda CRV and I got three estimates, FX by far provided the most comprehensive, detailed and quickest . I brought it by the same day and Kirk made room on the schedule to perform the work. We got the car back within a five days and that included waiting on parts, the car was detailed and perfect. Kirk went out of his way to make sure that everything was taking care of, and his professional demeanor put me at ease immediately. With two teenagers, I have been to a couple of different collision centers in the last few years and Fx is by far the best. A week later I brought by my 2020 Accord to see if they could put some aftermarket door protectors put in. Kirk put them on while I waited, that level of customer service deserves 6 stars. We’ve used FX for the past three years for both of our Subarus. I asked the dealership for a recommendation for body work and they said they use FX. Upon arrival, I saw a Ferrari there to get work done, which made me feel confident in their work. There isn’t a shortage of high end cars being repaired. Kirk, owner/technician, gets his hands dirty. We (wife and I) are detailed-oriented and Kirk goes above and beyond to make the cars right. He takes the time to answer any questions and explain all the details required to fix your car. He also takes a few more steps that are not required by the insurance company to minimize damage to the parts of the vehicle. Kirk and his team treat us like family. We hope that we don’t need to employ his services, but if we do, we know FX is always there to make things right.

(Longer review on Yelp) 10 Stars! Today I dropped my car off 45 minutes late after calling in to apologize and ask if the appointment was still good (overslept). Not only did FX honor the appointment but less than 4 hours later (on a freaking Saturday) I got a call saying my car was ready but Kirk wanted to talk to me. Oh here we go...I just knew they couldnt do it I thought. Lo and behold - I show up, and I dont even recognize my car. What was once a pollen covered car with a crappy fitting diffuser became a dream of a vehicle, spotless from top to bottom, down to the tire dressing (yes, even my tires were shining). I hardly recognized my own car! Kirk comes out to tell me that my diffuser was a beast of a job with carelessly applied gunks of epoxy that had to be removed by hand, broken tabs, and screws that needed to be replaced. The original work was way worse than I thought. FX removed my entire rear bumper and did the work completely from the beginning. Not only did they correct the mess the original shop made but they installed the diffuser to specifications Mercedes themselves wouldnt or couldnt reach. There is a reason dealerships send cars worth $80k plus to these guys! They treated my car like it was a Maybach. Oh and what Kirk had to tell me was the diffuser only needed a polish and not repainting which I had offered to pay for in addition to the installation - which they did - at no additional charge! This is carbon fiber...painted black, which they polished, by hand, at no charge! Please pardon the long review but for any potential customers - please know - there is no place other than FX that will ever touch my car from now on. I made another appointment on the spot to have my calipers painted. These guys make the impossible look easy, with grace, courtesy, professionalism, and above all –honesty! Kirk actually showed me the cost on the computer for my repairs and didnt charge one dime more than the system showed! FX provides such a high level of value that even dealerships go here...and they treated me as if I was no different than a dealership myself. Do yourself a favor...if you have a car in need of any type of repair, bring it here and you won’t be disappointed! I drove away wondering what I did to have such a great experience. FX is such a great shop I almost hate to write this review because my petty side wants my car to be the only one looking this good. On second thought, yeah...dont take your car here...ignore this review…these guys are horrible. Yeah...just terrible :)! Yes it’s petty. Dont judge me LOL. Oh and they have Groupon specials too. After all that, they have the nerve to run Groupon specials? Who does that?!?! You guys are the absolute best! I can’t thank you enough! Ive been out to my car 8 times today just to make sure I wasnt dreaming. Matter of fact, let me go admire you guys work one more time :) Here is what my car looks like. I had damage on my hood and my fender on my Bmw 325. I took it to Fx Collision and the service was amazing. The staff there made sure everything was taken care of accordingly. They painted my hood and repaired and painted my fender as well in a couple of days. They even waxed and buffed my car to make sure the rest of the car matched my paint job on the hood and fender. Out of the 4 auto shops I called after carelessly driving into a column in an underground parking garage in my less than a year old car, this one was the nicest over the phone. Customer Service is huge to me so I chose this one to go to first and Im so glad I did. Kirk (the owner) was the one that answered the phone and was there when I got there that evening, he quoted me a lot less than I thought it would be and even gave my fiance a quote on detailing his truck. Without hesitation we decided to stick with Kirk who was very honest with us and trusting, I left my car there without a doubt that it would come out better than before. I was definitely right, when we went to go pick it up 4 days later it was fixed, shiny, clean and you couldnt tell at all that I had done damage to it. Was recommended to bring my sports car here to repair the front bumper. Scraped it on a parking median. The dealership quoted me $8-9k and they repaired it for half the price! It looks brand new. They then went above and beyond and buffed out some minor scratches from rocks and gave the tires a quick overhaul. I came out to my brand new metallic truck only to notice the entire driver’s side had been keyed. I called for an estimate only to find out that the cost was just below my insurance deductible. Anyone who is familiar with body work knows it is very difficult to match the paint exactly. When I took my truck in for an estimate I was give a quote I could not believe. My 2010 Honda Pilot was in a fairly minor accident. The vehicle was still very much drivable but the frame was bent and wasnt aesthetically pleasing.FX gave us an estimate we could not refuse. Not only that, they went above and beyond and addressed all other dents and scratches, repaired the torn leather center console, the foggy headlights, and detailed the truck. Needless to say, when I picked up the truck it looked amazing!I am thoroughly satisfied with FXs skill as well as their flexibility with our schedule. I wasnt sure how much longer I could keep my truck on the road with the damage it had, now I know my truck will likely last me a few more years!!Thank you FX for the awesome job and for saving us a bunch of money!!

I brought my Mercedes to get the wheels painted a few months ago. They did such a phenomenal job, at a reasonable cost, that I recently brought my second Mercedes to get the wheels painted as well. Took my BMW which is alpine white, very hard shade of white. Kurt assessed the car, and gave me details on how the car will be painted to get the best match possible and he made sure to have my car ready. He even went ahead to clean some spots of dirty! He is my go too for any auto body work-believe me!!

People before you take you car to get a repaired at this place do yourself a favor do your homework go somewhere else. I worked at this place for two weeks and noticed Kirk has no morales he can careless about customer service he will pretend to care about your repair but all he cares about is your $ If he sees that he can charge you more for any kinda of repair he will he owes a lot of people money he likes to hire people and have them work for a couple weeks then when it’s time to pay he will find every excuse to say he does not like your work and will under pay you by a lot he owes his employee money a couple of thousand dollars and refuses to pay him I am also personally aware of at least 4 other people that he owes money to for services that they have provided and refuses to pay for them he also loves to write fraudulent checks and make you beg for the money you worked hard for at the end of all this Kirk can eat $*|+ when your a bad person and you do bad things word gets around I only found out about all of this after I started working for him when it was to late save yourselves and don’t lose what money should be yours don’t do work for this man or ask that he dose anything for you.

These guys are just the best. They totally reconditioned my 1993 Ford Lightning Pickup and made it look Brand New. They are true car guys. They did things to my vehicle that I did not request them to do, but their true love for cars made them pay complete attention to the details. My 2014 Toyota Camry was totally out of shape after getting hit by a minivan and was towed there. FX was not only putting it back together as good as new but they also fixed the existing damages on my car for no additional charges. The paint job was great. All Panels are perfectly aligned. This is a great auto body shop. They had my camaro back like it was brand new. The price is great and they fixed my car the right way and it looks really good.

Great local business committed to doing great work for reasonable rates. The receptionist and owner have great attitudes, are outgoing and genuine.

I went to FX because of their good reviews and I wasnt disappointed. The owner (?) went out of his way to make sure I had been helped and then himself helped me get out of the door with all my stuff. The receptionist intercepted a discouraging phone call from Enterprise and personally spoke with them to get me more convenient transportation. The work was perfect and done within the time quoted. They were even flexible when the payment from Geico wasnt forthcoming. The place is a little difficult to find because the owner is waiting for signage to be approved by the city, and I wish Id been able to find an email address for them (went through Facebook instead), but their communication was always prompt. A very positive experience and I would def. go back.

I thought I needed a windshield replacement because of pitting. I stopped by FX for an estimate, and the condition was immediately recognized as overspray, not pitting. My windshield, fenders and side mirrors were cleaned in a few minutes while I waited at a fraction of what a new windshield would have cost. Thank you so much!

My 2013 Subaru was recently demolished but a drunk driver while it was parked on a busy street in the Northern VA area. With no surprise I was totally devastated by the whole event. When we reached out to Subaru about their body shop they referred us to FX Collision located at 8533 Terminal Rd in Lorton VA. When we called on a late afternoon on a Saturday not only was FX Auto open they were willing to stay late so my car could be dropped off that night. Kirk and his outstanding staff walked us through the entire process step by step and made it effortless for both my Wife and myself. After we picked my Subaru up and found the driver side rearview mirror was not quite right, Kirk had me bring it back and replaced it with no questions asked. The overall appearance and driving (handling) of my Subaru is almost like the terrible accident never happened, twenty thumbs up to Kirk and his staff. We will most certainly refer friends and family to FX Collision.

I have a brand new Camry 2021 and this guy tore off the front with his trailer, I took it to fx collision center and they fixed my car and it looks brand new again. They did an excellent job with my car, they been working on my vehicles for years now because they always do an excellent job.
