Poot customer service. Told me to drop off rental to them. They had the rental towed and i had to come out of pocket for everything they did. The bumper on my car wasn’t even put right. Constantly have to push it in. This place is ridiculous and the manager just wiped his hands off with me. The cost was $728 for the damages of the car but could not even recognize they was wrong. Don’t trust this company. Don’t waste your time.

All of the staff were friendly! They communicated about progress of the vehicle throughout the whole process. Bonus: Enterprise provides a ride/shuttle service that picks you up from this location and takes you to pick up a rental.

Came in to get my bumper fixed after a fender bender and it looks great!! But after looking a little closer they scratched my roof bad (didn’t tell me), put more scratches on my door (didn’t tell me), and stripped bolts under my hood. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TAKE A VIDEO OF EVERY SCRATCH AND IMPERFECTION BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

First of all, I am not happy with how this company is not being transparent with their customers. When my car was delivered to the Service King for repair, the manager at this location was telling me that my car parts were on back order; however, when I called the dealership who provided the parts, they told me that only part that was on the back order was steering gear. In facts, all the parts were delivered on July 14th minus steering gear. Which tell me that the Service King decided to sit on my car for 2 weeks until my steering gear came in. Once the steering gear was delivered on July 28th, they decided to start working on my car, but the Service King found out that my front camera harness was missing a part. This caused another 3 to 4 days delay. Mean while I ran out of rental allowance and going without car for 2 weeks. Service King never came back to remedy this situation. It is now August 10th and I still dont have my car back. I would avoid this collision shop at all cost. These guys are big corporation and dont seem like they care about their customers.

I went in for repairs due to a minor accident (the other guys fault). The insurance took care of all costs and provided a loaner. The guys at SK were friendly and informative from the get go. The communication about the status of my vehicle and the repairs was daily if not more often. I never once had to ask for a status check. They estimated the time for repair and beat it by a couple of days. The insurance and rental car company have a relationship with them that allows for leaving the rental there the day you go to pick up your vehicle. Very convenient. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The place was clean. My vehicle had been cleaned and washed when I got it back. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff at Service King were amazing.My sons car had a lot of damage from spinning out in ice and Service King was able to repair all the exterior and undercarriage work in an excellent turn around time. The work was done over a week and half early and I was kept abreast of all work being done and when it was completed. I highly recommend them. They did a great job on both my in-laws Lexus and mine. They are very professional, courteous, and know what they are doing. I really appreciated their regular updates. I went to them because of their great reviews and I can say that they really deserved them. BTW - they said that my car would take about a week. I took my car in that morning and they called me to say that it was done the same day. It takes me a lot to be surprised, but this goes high on my list. Because there were so many cars (due to the storm) ahead of me and my car was drivable (only a scrape on the bumper) they scheduled me for several weeks out. They knew I was coming in so had the bumper painted to match the paint on my car. It was ready the same day. Only problem was leaving work early to pick up my car the same day. :-) Thats a problem I can live with. I highly, highly, highly recommend them.

I have had Precision Collision repair 2 of my pickup trucks over the years. They did the door and hood on one truck and the bumper, grille, and hood on another. Both times there repairs were flawless. The paint matched perfectly and the seams were completely even. You would never have known the vehicles had been fixed!They do a great job and I highly recommend them!

I’m very disappointed in service king. My dealership and my insurance company recommended this place for body work. It’s been over 6 months since I had my vehicle in for body work and I continue to have issues that are not resolved. They removed my VIN tag and never replaced it. I call weekly and my calls are never returned....

My brand new 2014 Toyota had been rear-ended. The bumper was crushed and I was devastated!The insurance company highly recommended Precision Collision and I certainly wasnt disappointed with their service! Everyone there was polite, helpful, and sympathetic to my needs.They kept me informed and answered all my questions when I had concerns. It only took a few days to replace my bumper and my car looked like there was never an accident at all! They guarantee their work, which is comforting to me.Precision Collision even found a nail in my tire that had a slow leak and repaired it for me in no time! Two days before, I took my car in to the Toyota dealership for an oil change and asked them to look at the tire. They said they couldnt find any leak and it was probably my valve stem that was bent, but, that it was ok.Needless to say, Im Extremely Pleased with the work and all of the hard working staff at Precision Collision! Ive actually had my vehicle here twice in the last year...The first time was in November 2015 for a pretty severe rear-end accident to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were Precision Collision at the time and I really cant say enough praise about them. Tina, Gail and Mike Ive worked with both times and all three of them are just great. Very polite, quick, organized and efficient. They all seem to communicate very well, and run a well-oiled process. The entire back end of my Jeep was crunched in from a pick-up truck hitting me while I was stopped in traffic, and you cant even tell now. It took over a month to repair but it was well worth the wait! Their mechanics are very detailed and precise - Im a Designer and SUPER detailed, and I couldnt find any issues at all. I did need to return it for a hose being loose, but they comped a rental for the day and had my Jeep back in my hands a day later.The second time was for hail damage in May 2016 and the process was so easy. I knew who to take it to and called the day after the storm. I had my Jeep in the shop within a week, even though they were super slammed with the storm damaged vehicles, the service was still very quick and easy.Again - I cant say enough good things about them! Highly recommended, and I hope the new owners of the shop treat their employees well, since they clearly have some great people there!!

I was referred to this place by my boss and I am so happy I took his advice! I had some damage to my door and window from a car wash. It was not bad enough that I wanted to put in a claim and increase my rates. I had never shopped for a body shop since I always followed my insurance companys recommendations. I am glad I did!They were able to give me a quote the same day I arrived. When I returned for the repair work they were able to fix the issues the same day and the repairs are undetectable! The place is nice and easy to get to. I recommend this place to anyone that needs body work done.

They did a great job of fixing my car when someone ran a red light and hit my front drivers side panel in July 2019. Excellent until a few weeks ago when I went to the dealership because my windows and automatic locks decided not to work, and Toyota said Service King didnt put the wire connectors back properly when they replaced the door. They were touching but not connected, and when I hit a bump it could have disconnect it. Im going through my insurance to get the money back for fixing the problem.... but still its worrisome that youre taking cars apart and not putting them back together properly. Could have put me in a bad position if I wasnt able to get the window down in an emergency.

While visiting from Pennsylvania, I was in an accident, resulting in my car being inoperable. My insurance company had my car sent to Service King since they’re partnered with them. I got a rental car and returned to Pittsburgh. Because of some paperwork issues on my end, my car wasn’t ready until a couple weeks later. On my day off I drove the four hours to the shop to pick up my car. It looked great! You would never have been able to tell that the front of my car had been ripped off! Unfortunately, the back of my car, which had not been damaged in the accident, didn’t look the same as it did before. It looks like someone took their nails and scratched the paint off the back bumper. There are two lines, half an inch wide and 8 inches long, of paint missing. I have no idea what caused that. But my real issue with my car was that it shook and growled when I turned it on and had it in reverse. When driving, it feels as if I’m going over sandpaper whenever I’m not accelerating. Since the shop is so far from where I live, I chose to drive it back home. Due to school and work, I haven’t had a chance to bring my car to the Service King in Pittsburgh, and I’ve been trying not to drive anywhere, since the shaking and growling noise has gotten worse. I don’t understand how you can be a repair shop and ignore that the car is making such obviously worrisome noises. My car was in perfect condition before the accident, and I told my insurance company that, so these problems have to have been caused either by the accident or during repair. I can’t understand why they would give me my car back when there are issues with it.

Excellent results regarding the repair and condition of my Expedition when I picked it up. Customer service was over the top - David spent extra time working on my case with the people at Ford (to resolve a unique issue for me) and even coordinated the pick up and delivery of my truck with them to make it easier and less time for me. I sincerely appreciate the professional approach and understanding attitude of the people at Precision Collision. If you are concerned about service reliability and commitment then go to these folks because they will treat you right.

Really wanted to give 5 stars but....Okay I was told the work would take approximately 2 weeks to complete, after i waited about 4 days for the estimate to even happen. Now in all fairness you always want the best for your vehicle in these situations and Service King representatives are very confident and once the work was complete, I understand why they are confident in their work. The car was put back together in great shape. My issue is initially i had to follow up too often to find out the status of my vehicle and only when i responded to my insurance agency on how i felt about the repair process had been going was when Service King stepped up. By this time the two week estimate time period had passed. Again, i want to be clear, the work Service King perform on my vehicle was great, just disappointed they didnt keep me informed as often especially when they knew the estimate completion time was going to change.

I just got my car back from Precision Collision and wanted to share my great customer experience with others thinking about where to take their vehicle after a car accident. I had extensive damage to the extent that the front air bag went off. When I first took the car in, they indicated that due to the amount of front end damage, it could take up to 3 weeks. For some odd reason I didnt have rental car insurance so I asked if there was a chance they could reduce the time and they said they would try to expedite. They arranged for a discounted replacement car and my car was done in 10 days. Every other day George, the customer service manager, would call and leave a voice message with status updates on progress. Once I got the car back it was perfect. Im more than pleased with my great customer service experience at Precision Collision. I will continue to take all our cars back when repairs are need and cant say more about the friendly professionalism of the staff and owner RT Plate. RT was there when I dropped the car off and was there when I picked it up. Again, a great customer service experience!

The customer service at this shop is excellent and Jorge is the best person that I have ever worked with at any auto body repair shop. In mid-June, while sitting at a light, my Tundra was rear-ended by a teenager doing 45MPH who didnt hit her brakes at all bc she was looking at her phone. Her car: completely totaled. Mine: drivable but the back end smashed in, tow hitch crushed and possible frame damage. Soonest I could get someone to look at it out of 10 auto repair shops was a week later at Service King. Man, Im so glad I took it there. Super nice and clean shop. The people there were very welcoming. My service representative, Tasos, was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was kept apprised of the status of the truck via texts and calls throughout the week-10 days they had it. Though originally expected to take up to 2-3 weeks before return, that was worst case scenario and I got it back right before I was planning to go on a trip. Truck looks fantastic and I couldnt be more pleased with this experience with them. Though I never want to be in another accident repair situation, if I am I know exactly who to contact bc I know they will take care of me. Thank you so much Tasos and Service King!

They didnt actually get to fix my car, as it was declared a total loss, but everyone was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Pretty sure the head guy there was in the tv show MASH.

Precision had my vehicle for the estimated time it took to complete the work, this shop not only kept me informed along the way (through convenient text messages) -- but also called to alert me of any outstanding issues. They worked directly with Geico and handled all transactions/ appointments. The work they did on my vehicle, which consisted of; replacing exhaust system, rear bumper, taillight, rear hatch, and many other internal issues came out great and looks good as new. They even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside and outside of the vehicle! There is a rental car service on site, which made the transition into a rental with Enterprise seamless on both pickup and drop-off. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your jobs! I picked their shop because of their 4.9 average Google review and being a USAA approved body shop, and its great to see a company that lives up to the reputation.Great communication at all steps through the process from Tasos and Gail, and great work. I would recommend anyone go to this shop FIRST, even if they live at a distance.

Damaged the front bumper on my WRX and the paint was matched so well I could not tell I had replaced the bumper! 5 Stars!Will be returning for all my auto body repair needs!

If you are ever in need to repair your car no matter how large or small Precision will put you car back as it was coming out of a show room floor of a car dealership I am living proof my 300 Chrysler 2011. This is a AMAZING place to get your vehicle repair and the staff are so friendly its hard to leave the place.

I am originally from Eastern, North Carolina and I just moved to Alexandria in July. This was the first time I had to deal with a body shop out of state. I was extremely nervous because I was only able to judge the shop by Google Reviews and the insurance company. I have a 2008 VW EOS. I am a recent client of Precision Collision and was absolutely impressed by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. It was in better detail than when I purchased the vehicle. The team was extremely diligent in their work and outreach with me. The customer service was absolutely on par. The team knew I was difficult to reach via phone calls due to my work and during the Holidays and were punctual via email. My car-projected time was 4 weeks however was finished in 2 weeks. Note this occurred before Christmas and during a snowstorm. Therefore, with the obvious heavy inventory that they had and time crunch they excelled in fixing my car. They were able to turn my rental in for me and wasn’t charged for anything extra with Enterprise. Which was an extremely nice plus, especially considering I wouldn’t have had anyone to help me switch out cars. Also, I called two weeks after because I had a question about my car and the cold. They were extremely happy to offer up some pro tips on my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone especially owners of German cars. An extremely professional and classy team!!!!

Wow! Great service!So I had a fender bender... and was nervous about taking my newish car into a body shop. All I could think of was old horror stories.They made this process so easy. They are on the USAA list so working with them was a breeze. I was even able to drop off my rental with them and drive off. Best part is they got the work done in a week, I thought it would take 2.The work itself is excellent, no traces of my fender bender. Minimum paperwork, minimum wait, nice clean (professional) shop.I want to thank Sarah and Tasos for making this painless.

Calvin and the folks at Service King fixed some bad work done by an uneducated shop. They corrected my front end, and found other issues with my new Tacoma frame replacement...and they didn’t try to sell me the work! After a couple of bad experiences at other shops, they restored a little of my faith in the profession.

Precision Collision was a DREAM to work with! I (through no fault of my own) hit a support beam in a parking garage. I have USAA insurance, and after reading Google reviews, I decided to take my car to Precision Collision. Im glad I did! Between them and USAA, I had to make ONE call on my own. Everything else was taken care of after I scheduled the initial estimate. Precision Collision took care of EVERYTHING, they kept me in the loop progress was being made on my car, they finished the work exactly when they said they would, and the end product was that my car looked as good as new! I recommend their services without reservation. Thank you to Doug, Gail, and everyone else who works there!

I found Precision collision through USAA and what a find it was! The staff was leaps and bounds ahead of the competition (Sheehy collision) who did not even know what facility I should take my vehicle to. The staff service and skill are all 5 Star!

This is a company that truly believes and puts into practice we will EXCEED your expectations. RT( the owner) always adds a special personal touch to the great professionalism demonstrated by all his staff. I have had many problems with cars over that last 25 years - from body work to mechanical issues - and Precision CollisIon (PC) has always provided excellent results and great service!!!. I admit I have tried, on occasion, to get work done by other competitors, but I have always returned to PC because I have not found another shop that demonstrates the skill, professionalism and the compassion that PC does. I have watched them grow and they deserve it. I will say their model could spell success in any business. I am glad I found them. You will not be disappointed.

Recently my family friend took their sports car here and they had no respect for them, or their vehicle. Please take the time to do a job right the first time. Bolts were missing, the job was just not finished. Unfortunately this shop has no passion or pride for doing a good job. Even when we knew what was wrong, they still did not repair and finish the job right. Take your vehicle somewhere else, save yourself the trouble.

Terrible, terrible, terrible do not take your vehicle there. Their mechanic Anthony is a joke. My truck has been sitting in the shop for over a month every time I call there to get in touch with him he’s on the phone. Lied about having my body work and paint job finished saying my insurance company was holding them up from doing other repairs when this was clearly not true.

Picked up my sons car from a Service King yesterday, and that afternoon, I received a system generated text to provide feedback regarding the recent service I received. Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to provide a comment, and because of the level of service I received, I wanted to be sure that I shared my experience.We dropped off my sons car at Service King less than two weeks ago and after the initial inspection, we were given a date of completion of two weeks. Once we left the shop, I immediately received an text messages of the cars status, and additional updates in the following days when the car was going through its various stages of repair. In some cases, Tasos (Service Advisor), would follow-up with a phone call to provide updates that may have require more discussion. Very efficient process.In the end, the car was completed well in advance of the estimated completion date, even when they found additional damage under the car which should have added an additional week.Tasos was awesome, a professional, and made the experience worry free.Joe

This shop makes the relatively unpleasant business of getting body work done on your car as painless as possible. The staff was responsive to my needs and knowledgeable. And my car, a late-model BMW, looks perfect. It had some scratches and a dent in the rear bumper when I bought it from the original owner, and I lived with it for a while, but then I decided to get it fixed. The damage was marring an otherwise perfect car, so I decided to bite the bullet and get it done.I was referred to this business by my father, and, as with most things in life, if you do what your Dad advises, things will probably turn out well. So glad I took his recommendation on this one. Car looks great and I couldnt be happier. If I ever need body work done in the future, Ill absolutely use Precision Collision.

We are a military family and this week finds us in the middle of a PCS move across this country. This was a hard week to say the least, it felt like everything that could go wrong did go wrong, except for the help and assistance we received at Service King and specifically from Mr. Tasos. This past Tuesday (7/26) my husband was involved in a minor accident that rendered the car not safely drive-able ( of course on the week we are looking at driving across country starting Saturday 7/30) After talking to the insurance I called Service King and just crossed my fingers hoping for a miracle. All I can say is they delivered! (I had had previous body work on my mini-van and honestly they paint matched it perfectly you cant even tell it was ever hit!) Not only did they take this job and do it amazingly well, they even finished earlier than we had hoped. We will be able to pack up and get on the road on schedule thanks to them. Thank-you Service King, Mr. Tasos and the whole crew! I cant tell you how much you helped us and did a fantastic job on the car to boot!

I was extremely impressed with both the customer service and the quality of the work. I highly recommend this body shop, places like this are hard to come by.

Wonderful. My work was payed for by the insurance company of another driver (I was hit,) so I cant speak much for their prices. What I can speak for is their work, which was excellent.I have a 2002 Acrua RSX Type-S which had significant damage to the passenger side. It now looks like a brand new car. They replaced several panels, re-painted them in their original factory color (Nighthawk Black Pearl, or B-92-P) and even detailed my interior! I was surprised to see the inside of my car cleaned, shampooed and wiped down.I received updates on the progress of my repairs via email and text message, which was both convenient and assuring.There is an Enterprise Rental at their location, which made picking up and dropping of my rental a breeze.I hope Im never in another accident, but if I am, I will be back!

Very surprised by the high ratings. It looks like the place is transitioning between owners, but I was shocked at how long it took them to complete a simple repair and how unprofessional they were about communication.
