Kolex deserves more than 5 stars. They do excellent work at a more than fair price. When we walked in, Johan welcomed us very professionally. He took the time to explain what our best options were. He serviced our car quickly and perfectly. We have no complaints and cannot recommend Johan and Kolex highly enough.

I was simply blown away by the customer service and problem resolution capabilities demonstrated by Johan Rosas, Kolex Collision Center’s body shop manager.Johan was able to remove the scuffs on my bumper with a simple product application and buffer. This is my go-to place from now on! Extremely satisfied.

Stay away from this place.Took my car for repair and came out with bigger problems. They claims they finished the job. My bumper was still hanging out and the paint of my car doesn’t match with the original color. They told me to bring it back anytime if I have any problems. I have to take my car back 3-4 times because they didn’t do it right in the first place.Every time I called the person who handled my claim never there or left early. When I picked up my car and he left early everyone.I don’t know what kind of business they’re running but this place is a scam. Do not go there, they’ll take your money and ignored your calls after that..I used them because my insurance recommended but it wasted of time and money and worse customer service.My honest opinions, I would not rate them with any star. It wouldn’t let me continue without a star.

Stole my full tire (not a donut being that I have a low profile vehicle Hyundai 2013 2.0 T)out my trunk claiming It caught a flat while they were servicing it. They never called me to tell me about. But I took pics of my car before giving it to them for service and have a pic of my full tire not a donut in my trunk. #lawsuit #shady #badbusiness
