I had an interstate battery that apparently had issues. They checked it, and within 5 minutes handed me a new battery... under warranty... for free... how do you improve service?! I dont know... maybe give a complimentary steak and baked potato... joking aside, the service doesnt get any better then this.

It’s quite a challenge finding this place and I arrived 4:40 pm, 20 minutes before closing time. The tech Tom said they only install batteries until 4:00 pm. I pleaded, they consented, I am so thankful. The new version battery didn’t look as snazzy as the old one. But I found out the old Interstate battery was since October 2012–that’s a good 9 years and 4 years over the expected life. The Interstate brand, the accommodation to put the new battery in, and the friendly efficient service by Tom and the lady who took my payment are truly worthy of 5 stars!

This company is so honest and easy to deal.with.My battery was a couple weeks out of warranty the owner replaced the battery and gave me the next step up battery and didnt charge me.Thats customer service.No wonder why theyve been in business longer then Ive been alive.Dont go anywhere else but the Lorton interstate !!!!!!
