I’ve never had any problems coming to this Starbucks location until today. I ordered an iced coffee my order was made wrong and one of the employees had a very big attitude when I asked if he could make it over. To me I didn’t see the big deal making my coffee over usually at any other Starbucks they will do it without an attitude and very happily, although this particular employee was not very friendly one bit. So I had to throw my $5.00 iced coffee away and buy a new one to have it made correctly. Thanks Starbucks!.

Hit or miss — being the only corporate coffee shop in town, they often bear the brunt of being open on days when everything else is closed. They are often overwhelmed and understaffed, though they certainly try their best and 9/10 my drink is made well

My sister had gone to this location today and gotten some drinks. The one she ordered for herself was made incorrectly, which is fine, mistakes happen. She was given a new drink that was made correctly. However, what was inexcusable was the cashiers attitude. Everyone else that was working was great, with the exception of the cashier at the time. She had been extremely rude, and hadnt even given her a receipt. You shouldnt be working in customer service if you have an attitude like that. This is coming from someone working in a pharmacy during covid.

Id love to give this place five stars. However, I have only ever had my drink made incorrectly here. Its always off somehow. The three stars are because the staff is always super nice and accommodating. Especially the girl who run the curbside orders.

Be prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes for curbside pick up, where the sign says 5 minute parking. If you go inside to get your order yourself, no one knows whats going on. And if you ask a question or say youre looking for your drink and the mananger is there, youll get attitude. Be prepared to have more than half the menu unavailable. I understand there is a shortage and deliveries are delayed, but its all the time here. Other starbucks arent nearly as bad as this one with keeping items in stock. The app for this store is also not updated half the time. So you order and are then told you cant have your item. Then youre given a $4 card, even if the item cost more than $4.

I dont normally comment on stuff but I just wanna say Nova is so kind! I went in today in a rush and she was professional even though there was a rude couple in front of me. She stayed happy and on it! Also shoutout to Dejahn who remade my drink to perfection! These guys make it worth it!!!

This Starbucks is by far the best Starbucks I have been to! Not only is the service great and prompt, but everyone is so nice. Caitlin the main manager is a great leader and I cant say it enough. I never leave this place without a smile on my face!!!!!!

They handed out the drinks a bit out of order but they made it correctly. Tasted good. One other thing, the associates were arguing a bit with the manager on the floor. If they are going to do that I would suggest they do so in the back. Was not a bad experience.

Its hard to describe the Los Alamos Downtown Starbucks and gave them a reasonable rating.For one, this is the only real Starbucks in town that provides the classic Starbucks experience. Their drinks and food items are the ones that you got used to elsewhere; same with the merchandise. They seem to be always stacked up on everything, which is great.For two, the environment is pretty good. Indoor seating is a bit limited, however, they have a rather big outside patio which is especially nice when the weather is warm enough.For three, their staff is only okay. I have met some of the best barristas here, and had some of the worst encounters a few times. However, their average performance is good, and they truly are thriving to be better.

One of the worst Starbucks, no the worst I have been in. I check to see what was in the carafe so it could be a pour and go, it took 15 minutes for me to get my coffee and then I had to remind the young lady of what I was waiting on. I have given this store several changes over the time I have lived here and they seem to not care.

Workers and manager are acting extremely paranoid in the store. Get a grip this isnt the plague. Dont ruin our Starbucks experience with paranoia.. freedom over fear people!

Nice fast service

Wo derful service, our experience was so happy and pleasant. From the moment of walking in and being greeted with a smile to leaving and being acknowledged with a pleasant come back again. This was a great visit.

This Starbucks regularly gets an order wrong, especially when you order online. What makes it worse is that if you dont order online, there is usually a pretty long line to order in person.

For a Corporate Starbucks they are out of Cold brew alot and staff when asked simple questions have no clue. Maybe one day they will actually strive to be a true corporate store but Im not going to hold my breath.

A few days ago I placed a mobile order before heading to the office. Usually when a mobile order is placed, the order is ready upon arrival. However, this day it was not! I placed my mobile order at 7:20 did not walk out of there until 8:00! And the drink tasted poorly. Worst 40 minutes of my life. Taking my business elsewhere.

Well, its Starbucks. Its a good one though; the employees are pleasant, the atmosphere is generally chill and my drinks are always right. Would certainly recommend.

Fast Wi-Fi, busy during peak hours, but online ordering works fine. Seating is okay given the medium size space. There is outdoor seating. Walkable to and from many points of interest.

Great atmosphere great employees. Only ruined by a lack of organization and inability to keep all ingredients available. also did not inform us that they were out of ingredients made the drink even though it was missing parts.

The loudest Starbucks in the galaxy. Seating arrangements are not adequate. Baristas appear to be competing to see how many face tattoos and nose/eyebrow rings they can fit on their bodies.

Its Starbucks...you know what you have got. Id rather travel around the block to the quaint french tea cafe Fleur De Lys. Much better coffee and better atmosphere

Good hot chocolate

Like any Starbucks their staff can and will change but one thing that has not changed is the overall quality of the service. Yes one or two baristas are worth avoiding but overall theyre a good team and they treat folks well. Now, if only the customers were as good. Some of the more entitled folks can make it hard for everyone with their behavior and demands.

They hat the rush they get at Happy hour especially with the buy one get one offer. Venti was 3/4 full for no reason. A bit slow.

This is the best place to be in the whole town. There is super friendly staff and I just love it here it small but feels cozy. Amelia the barista she is the nicest she is so sweet.

One of the most efficient Starbucks I have visited. It is however very busy at every hour of the day, so they tend to run out of certain supplies here and there. A well run business nonetheless.

This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I mostly like small privately owned coffee shops, but when desperate will visit a Starbucks. Unfortunately, it wasnt even as good as most Starbucks. I usually like my espresso drinks sweet, but the my mocha was WAY too sweet, and so was my husbands chai. Will never go here again.

The slowest Starbucks in American! During the busiest time of the day, weekday mornings, there are generally only 2 baristas working and the line extends out the door. It often takes 18 minutes or more to get in the door and walk out with your coffee.

The sign says they close at 7:30, i tried to place an order at 6:40 they told me they were closed and wouldnt take my order.

The coffee was good as usualn. The friendliness of the staff was welcoming, and the professionalism og the staff could use a little buttoning up.

I have no idea what sort of customer service skills they look for when hiring but this place has none. I was not greeted at all despite saying hello and smiling at the counter, and after standing in front of the register for a few moments being stared at all I got was a snide Do you want something?. Both the workers I interacted with (2 females) had attitude problems and were rude/wanted nothing to do with me. I was interrupting their phone time.Tea and brownie were fine, but no milk/half and half at the counter area to personalize, it was very dirty and had not been cleaned.I stayed to do some work and the internet was fast which was the only saving grace because at the shift change an incredibly loud young man came in to work and was yelling to friends that came in every few minutes, loudly enough I could hear him through my headphones and another customer asked me if it was rude to ask him to be quiet... we both ended up leaving as the yelling and loudness went on for over an hour. Just zero customer service, I wont be returning while I am working in the area over the summer.

Starbucks is Starbucks.... its expensive coffee but pretty good. If you want to walk in and order its almost not worth it. During rush you HAVE to order using the app or you will be waiting for ages to get your order

Stunningly poor coffee. Over cooked, acidic and oily. It is undrinkable and unthinkable for a coffee place to serve a product as poor as this.

This is my favorite place to go in Los Alamos. The workers are so friendly. I love going here. :)

This is a Starbucks like every other Starbucks. This location is quite busy especially after 2:30 in the afternoon. The local high school gets out.It is not a quiet place to study, or read the newspaper, except 10 to 11 or so, maybe 1 to 2.

Always a pleasant experience at this location.
