So where do I start? How about the fact they have ten plus WC desks and only 2 people working. The line goes into the parking lot🤯🤯 Expect to wait 1+ hours to be helped at the WC counter and then another 30mins to have you order pulled.The parking situation also isnt ideal, but nothing can be done about that.The only reason I gave them 2 starts is because the loading staff are polite and help secure the load properly.

Very driver friendly, well organized parking lot and dock lay out, Gate gaurd was friendly and treated me like a human, other employees pointed out the driver showers and clothes washer and dryer as well as a break room. All employees friendly and seemed like they are happy to be working there. What a refreshing change of pace.

If they are running a program to hire special needs people then I apologize. Otherwise this company has the truly most ignorant and lazy people on the planet. If they mess up they come up with why you should have told them before hand. Example ship a small window to a residence should it ship UPS or Truck Freight. Truck Freight has less damage but they also require a scheduled appt for delivery. People are not at home all hours of the day so truck can be trouble some. So ship UPS they can always leave a tag and the receiver can sign choosing to leave on door step or pick up at location. Its very simple. They chose whats best for them, then charge you to redo it the way it should have been done previously. I hope they change there business mentality some of the products are very nice and if not I hope they go out of business and any of the good working people of the companies thrive at another company.
Got here at 9 am PT and leaving after 6 PT this is ridiculous at least buy lunch.

Terrible customer service on their order desks. Doesnt matter what department, any of their sales associates have the hardest time answering even easy questions about their products. Asked an easy question on dimensions on $500 worth of fabrication of equipment and got attitude from their sales girl and she told me she would call me back. Never did and frankly im not surprised. They wonder why people dont like buying from them

Ive been buying from CRL for some time now, lately I have been getting great customer service when I call. I spoke with a young lady Alexis the other day and she helped me so much. I was unable to get the correct parts since I was driving, but Alexis had so much patience and looked thru my history and helped me placed my order & had it shipped the same day.I will continue to keep placing orders, a great company w/ great customer service reps.
Outrageously high shipping costs over $350 for 1 item. I found numerous shipping companies for half. They either are gauging and stealing from customers or could care less about saving their customers money. Either way bad form last purchase.
Purchase a window for my Sprinter Van from a reputable company they let me know right away that the windows was on back order with CRL and gave me the date CRL provided to them to receive it. After the first date flew by they gave them another that date passed. W.T.H be honest at least if you told the right time to begin with people could figure out how to make it work instead of lieing. Ended up going with a competitors window from the same company received it fast and am extremely happy. Buy from a CRL competitor you wont be disappointed as CRL is very disappointing.
As a business owner, I try to visit my vendors before I rely on them. 11/14/2018, I called ahead to the Express phone number, and I was assured that my order was already pulled and waiting in Will Call. I was told that Id be in and out in 5 mins. It took 2 hours.At the 60 min mark I asked if someone could please check on what was taking so long. At 90 mins I explained that I went through the Express process, I was late for meetings, and even the people showing up and taking a number to wait in line had all been helped within 30 mins. A supervisor walked in just then, didnt know or ask anything, told me Id been waiting so long because I have a difficult attitude, and that Id continue to wait because thats what happens when you just show up. I didnt just show up. I tried Express. I was patient and friendly. Pretty unbelievable.Id planed to register an account with CRL and order in quantities, but I can only imagine the logistical nightmare that would be, if pulling two windows and offering decent customer service is so difficult
Great place for Glazing materials
Very large company that could careless about there customers. If they send you a window missing screws they will try and charge you for the screws. They will charge one shipping costs on your order. Then later charge you extra if they made a mistake. They take no responsibility for there screw ups. They will sell to anyone and everyone. Vendors whom no nothing about the product. End users end up with incorrect products are told things will fit when they dont. If you try and go to CRL when a vendor of theres screws you there answer is We cant control how are vendors do business. There are alternatives out there and I recommend people use them.
Glass fell out of new window installed less then 6 months. Spoke with Fred Altamirano VP Automotive Sale who said he could do nothing for me to fix what is a manufacture defect. Would not buy anything from them as they will not stand behind their products
Ordered thru online 24-48 hours before and drove for 1 hour to pick up, but had to wait for another 1 hour to pull the po. It has happened alreday a few times.

Received a window missing parts, contacted CRL they told me to call who I bought it from. Weeks later still not received. Way to not back up your own products. CRL = Garbage
Worst customer service. Been here for 45 min and i yet have been asked if I been helped. They tell you to grab a number and they dont even use the number selector. They make you wait FOREVER when they got employees going to break when there are people like me who need assistance.
