Horrible customer service. Product was not ready for nearly two weeks longer than promised. When finally complete they wanted a credit card payment plus 3.6% additional fee. We were never informed of a fee by the salesman, Michael until the order was ready to ship. We could have sent a check the week prior if we had been properly informed. Then the price was C.O.D. We were never informed that we had to arrange for our own shipping or pay an extra $1,000 to get it shipped to SLC, UT. This only further delayed the product while we arranged for shipping. We were made to look like fools and liars to our customers. This is our first and last time dealing with Old Country Millwork.
