This is my second review as it’s my second time working with Absolute Appliances. They are absolutely the best hence their name! The whole team from beginning (sales) to end (delivery & installation) were professional and very knowledgeable. I had my cabinets modified by a third party to fit a built-in fridge, coffee and steam oven. The cabinets were not cut to the exact dimensions but Absolute’s installation team were gracious enough to fix their mistake and it took them a few hours more to finish their work but they were so nice about it. They were all just a dream to work with, great job Absolute team!

Professional sales staff, professional driver, professional customer service all the way around. It’s refreshing to call a business a business about your order and not have to wait an hour ... cough cough*** Lowe’s. We had to delay our delivery of appliances with major construction delays and they were cool and accommodating. I’ll for sure use them again as I’m in the business of renovating property.

Wow, just wow. Last weekend we were out of town, only to return home to a melted, sticky mess. Our freezer died and everything went bad. It turns out that this type of built-in fridge was on back order for 8-12 weeks, depending on finishes in most places. We panicked- how do we feed the family? We called Edward at absolute appliances, and he quickly got back to us with every possible, in stock fridge and facing option with quotes, down to the penny (super competitive prices). No surprises. Not only did he dig up exactly what we wanted (subzero with white panels), but he turned their delivery schedule upside down to ensure that we get a fridge installed this week, and on my desired day (my only day off this week). The crew gave us a 2 hour window and a 30 minute heads up. They were so professional... they covered the floor with blankets and made the potentially messy project a breeze. I am so beyond thankful for this extraordinary service. I’ll be sure to tell everyone about them, and use them for all my future appliance needs.

Ill try to keep this short, the incredible service I got here was above and beyond. Needed a new double wall oven. Old one was beyond repair. Cabinetry had been built around old oven. Couldnt get precise measurements for space and what would fit. Absolute Appliances came over, removed and took away old oven and took precise measurements. Sales person (Steve R.) emailed 6-7 different options. Made choice, bought oven over the phone (never went to store). Oven got installed a few days later, half of fee for first service (removal of old oven) applied to install fee (very cool). Oven looks awesome. Over cooks awesome. Over is making a very loud, not normal noise. Take video of oven making noise. Email to Steve R. Steve reassures me Im not crazy and this is not normal. Schedules oven manufacturer to come over. Part is replaced. Oven is awesome.I worked with Steve R., Jamal, James, Edgar, and two other install guys during the whole process with Absolute Appliances and these guys are professional all the way in my opinion. In fact, I was so impressed and satisfied with my experience with them, if I ever need any major appliance Im coming back here. They could have dropped the ball multiple times during this process and every time, they nailed it. Prompt returning calls, very easy to work with, and appeared to want to make sure I was satisfied. Great experience 5+ Stars!

The sales person, Steve, was amazing and fast. He was knowledgeable and the prices was competitive. The delivery crew was the best we’ve ever had and did an amazing job! I will return for our next appliance and tell my friends.

It was quick and easy to order a vacuum cleaner from them. I got the Miele triflex at Absolute Appliances. They charge the same amount as everyone for Miele products (I think everyone has to list for same price). The person I called on the phone was cool and communicated well.

I was able to then make one trip to the store and finalize an incredible deal on several new kitchen appliances.Install was excellent and even performed 4 days ahead of schedule.Very knowledgeable and kind staff, really helped me hone in on final decisions.Will definitely be back.

Great experience with this Company all around! The salespeople have actual knowledge and experience with most of their products. I went in a number of times to test out several high end ranges and they were always willing to let me inspect them, turn them on and even try cooking on them! Also, their delivery guys were great! They were very careful about not damaging any part of my kitchen during installation and tweaked it the way I wanted it installed. Very courteous and professional! Its rare to get this kind of service and attention these days!!

Absolutely professional service! The information was all given on the phone. Placed the order. Arrived on time. There was a reminder on the previous day and 40 minutes before the delivery. Very friendly and professional people delivered and checked the item to make sure there was no damage. Absolutely pleased with the whole process. We will use them again.

I own apartment buildings so I need appliances. I need good experienced advice + timely repairs of all appliances. These guys fill the bill: Tennants fridge died - food is rotting (exploding-smelling. A cross between best fridge all want tempered by availability in warehouse was worked out at friendly price. Advantage of dealing with one supplier and not for cheapest anywhere. Bust their chops scheduling prompt repairs. Benefits All. And no parking ticket on La Brea.

I worked with Steve to order an appliance package. I was able to get them to match the lowest price I found online THEN deliver it to my condo the next day. This was for a fridge, range, large microwave and a dishwasher.I will definitely be returning and recommending them in the future. Thanks again Steve you rock my dude!

Good showroom, knowledgeable consultants, good prices

I purchased a new dishwasher from them. The ordering process, delivery, and post delivery support were excellent.Theyd be 5 star, but the original quoted prices are a bit higher than their competitors. You can negotiate them down, but I dont enjoy having to do that.

I swapped out all four appliances in our kitchen, a big investment, and did a lot of research on what items to buy and was looking for the right place to buy them. Absolute Appliance is an authorized seller and repairer of high-end products like GE Monogram, so I found them through GEs recommendation. They are also located in an area that is ideal for me, but I never had to even go to the store. Did the entire purchase over the phone with them, and with all four people who work there with whom I had contact, I had nothing but stellar service. They were polite, conscientious, accommodating, and professional. And I am particular about service. Compared to four other retail stores I went to and considered buying from, this company far outshone them all. I feel really good about my purchase, how well I was treated, and these guys will also be my repair shop if (knock knock) anything breaks down. I would not hesitate to recommend them. A+.

We had such a great experience at Absolute Appliances! We recently got approval from our landlord to install a washer/dryer set and wanted to see what local businesses had to offer before heading to the big stores. Once we visited, we knew we wouldnt need to shop anywhere else.Steve Reznik made sure to listen to our needs and ask us questions we didnt even know we should be asking before recommending two exact model numbers. Not only did he recommend a very specific pair that was budget-friendly, but he let us know why he didnt recommend other specific models, even the more expensive ones. Steve is an expert in his craft and made us feel so comfortable.We ended up sealing the deal via email, and Steve was prompt to respond to any questions. I was happy to see that, all-in, Absolute Appliances came in several hundred dollars below the big stores for the models we wanted. These models were also recommended by Sweethome, a third-party review site that we reference often and trust.Delivery and installation today was on-time and smooth! We love our new LG washer and dryer set and know we can go to Absolute Appliances for any future needs.

Big mistake I made when I spent over 30 thousand in appliances for my house expecting a minimum costumer service and instead it turned out just a nightmare to deal with this store non reliable peaple.Very kind when you walk in than the aggravation started with non reliable installation and costumer service.I wish i wouldve never walked in there.

I waited three weeks to get a new Bosch dishwasher from Sears after my Kitchenaide from Lowes went on the fritz. After having it installed - the new machine quit working the very first day! Sears customer service was abysmal-so I sent the machine back and went to Absolute Appliance after reading their Yelp reviews. Working with my salesman Sean, I was able to have a new machine installed in four days ... No hassles, no waiting to hear back from this person or that person (which never actually happened with Sears - it was always on me to follow up with them-so frustrating!!).

Some good stuff

We had used these guys before, and they arrived on time and did the repair quickly. However, more recently they totally missed the window they had promised us (12-2) and didnt call to reschedule. After three calls from me to them, the supervisor complained that you were making things complicated and refused to waive a small service fee.Further he called back 10 minutes later to claim that his field guy had actually called us and nobody answered. Needless to say our phones call log had no record of a call, nor did the service guy leave a message.
