Talk about not answering any calls. My father recently bought a new fridge on Saturday 10/02/21 and was delivered late on Sunday.The only reason is was delivered was because we called multiple times and was finally answered. Sadly the fridge did not fit in our apartment due to it being a little to big, my father went to the store to inform them if we can exchange, since on the contract it states you can, was told yes that they would deliver a new fridge on Thursday 10/07/21. Thursday came around and nothing was delivered nor was contacted that they weren’t coming today. It is now Friday and we reached out several times to check status and was told that they would be delivering sometime today. No call and nothing was delivered. They seem not to care about customers nor take any calls ! This has been such a frustration!

We purchased a “new” Frigidaire refrigerator about 4 months ago, about after a month it started to free our vegetables. We called and took a few attempts to get to come out and take a look. They attempted to fix it once but it still wasn’t working properly. So we called to set up another appointment. After calling repeatedly for a few months they finally rescheduled an appointment.However they needed up canceling the appointment, and eventually they said they wouldn’t come to take a look and they would replace it instead . When they finally arrived they were going to replace it with a used refrigerator, we were never told that the replacement would be used ! We didn’t pay for a used refrigerator!Eventually we got tired of reaching out to them and tried canceling the contract but they claimed that to many months had gone by and that we were no longer able to return it!It’s very frustrating, they stalled so long that the cancellation time frame came and went!Do it buy from this place ! They do not communicate with their customers and lack professionalism.

Absolute scammers.I made a purchase with these people about a week ago and received such garbage appliances and garbage customer service.They give you a mediocre contract stating that you have a few months of warranty for your appliances and they’ll come out to service/repair your unit 3 times before they replace it for something comparable.When you schedule an appointment to receive service they make absolutely no attempt to show up or even have the decency to reach out and say they won’t make it.I stated to the man to please give me a reliable, newer washer and dryer regardless of the cost because I’m pregnant and need the appliances as soon as possible. It should’ve been a red flag from the beginning because they didn’t even bother delivering my units on our scheduled date. They claimed the driver had car issues and couldn’t make it. And no, they didn’t bother calling me to update me they weren’t originally coming either. I had to hunt them down to see what was going on.They also like to threaten you with canceling the “contract” if they feel disrespected, even if an altercation isn’t with the ACTUAL CONTRACT HOLDER who’s name is stated in writing. They say whatever they can to make things convenient for themselves. Extremely unprofessional.These guys are in for a rude awakening.

Great deals they had and great and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend. The girls that work there, they all Take there time showing you around with what they offer plus the prices they make is affordable. Not like in other places is triple the price. I recommend checking other places out and you would see the difference of the prices in each places if you think they are expensive prices I recommend checking other places before and I’m 100% you guys would be back purchasing on boss applicance. !! This place is friendly while you are purchasing, but when it comes to servicing the appliance per the contract agreement, they become very rude. Give you the run around. They scheduled a time for the appliance maintenance and NEVER showed up (they did this during delivery as well). Never called. I called them and they got an attitude with me. And said the manager would called me. Never heard from this person. Please DO NOT BUY from here. They will not honor the contract.UPDATE: To this day (over 2 months later) they never responded to my calls or fixed the broken dryer that they sold me. HORRIBLE business here. DO NOT BUY.

WORST PLACE EVER !!! They Lie about everything. The washer and dryer I bought didnt work since day one it was leaking.. first they said they would deliver at 11am but they ended up coming at 6pm. Then it took them a week to come look at it I kept calling every day they kept saying were coming but they never did. They dont even speak proper English.

The stove I purchased from this place since day 1 didnt work 4 days after they pick it up to fix it and they bring me a loaner stove until they fix my stove under warranty 1 week after I tried getting in contact with angel the manager several times and phone would be off or they just say he will call me back now is 3 weeks after am still waiting for my stove after so many times I called to see whats the update on my stove I dont know why angel was afraid to talk to a man finally he is telling me that my stove is for sale and I have to stay with a stove my wife didnt choose I will file a complaint with BBB worst place ever this business is a joke am not the only 1 complaining check all reviews really poor customer service

Fridge was supposed to be delivered at a scheduled time of 4-5pm. At 430 I get a call that it wont happen. Any time you want tomorrow was what I was told. Next day, fridge was a few inches to big, my mistake. They get a second fridge delivered to us a few days later. Every day we had to call to check in. We are in the middle of moving. They finally agree to get fridge delivered from 5-6 PM, at 745pm I am told they will be 35 mins, At 835 They finally show up. Workers arrive with no masks. I realize I made the first mistake of the wrong size and they did have a great price. But I completely regret trying to save a little cash during this pandemic. I do my best not to use big box stores but in this case. I HIGHLY recommend going to a Best Buy or any major store. Nice people to deal with, but in the end they had no respect for my time.

Found this place on Offer Up and I will be buying appliances from them going forward from now on. I bought a washer/dryer front loaders and they are in excellent condition almost like new minus the few scrapes from normal wear and tear. I had a small leak after purchasing and they sent their mechanic out right away to take care of the issue so that’s why I gave them 5star rating, customer service is EXCELLENT.

I purchased a stove on Wednesday as was told it would be delivered the following day between 5 and 6 PM. They were a no show. I did not receive a call back. When I was able to contact them the employee said he would personally deliver the stove and we made arrangements fro the Saturday 9 AM delivery. Still no show! Phone is not answered. Not a way to do business!

My boyfriend ordered a washer/dryer from Boss and the delivery day and time was confirmed. However, not only did they not show up, but no one called to let us know and we wasted hours waiting. When we finally got ahold of someone, they said theyd be there several hours later than the appointed time and never apologized. And then they didnt show up for the second time they gave us! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would never order from them again and will look for companies who value their customers and respect their time.UPDATE: Ive been asked to show a photo of the receipt of the purchase, but thats impossible to show because we would only have the receipt if the product was delivered and installed, which is wasnt. So there was no delivery, no payment and therefore no receipt.

Angel even helped me disconnect and remove my old appliance before connecting my new stove and explained how to work it. I am very happy with my purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would they do not communicate well with the people that do deliveries my items were supposed to be delivered on a certain day they did not communicate well I called several times it wasn’t until the last minute where they stated they would be out the next day first thing in the morning that’s not what happen they came the next day later in the afternoon more towards after 3 o’clock haven’t had my appliances a week first time using it in my washer is completely leaking and when I spoke with the guy he told me that they should’ve charged me more because they had to go up a couple stairs I explain to the lady that they would need to go up a few stairs and she told me don’t worry about it but to be told that I should have been charged was really bad customer service and you don’t tell a customer that when they’re spending their money and your location

I dropped a washer machine to get it fix, it took two months and several trips to get it back and when I connected it did not work at all.I called them several times and they supposed to send a technician but never showed up.Worse service ever, poor communication.I do not recommend this place.Just to respond your comment:Thats what I asked you to do, either fix my washer or a refund, and guess what! after 20 calls nothing happened.So why you dont call me you have my # and know who I am.

I reached out to this company back in August due to my refrigerator/freezer not getting cold. Since that timeframe I have literally had to hunt them down 12 different times to correct the issue. Keep in mind I have lost $665 worth of food that I had to replace due to being stood up. After all that times he came to work on my refrigerator never once did he say it was something else wrong with it. Now all of a sudden it is the sensor that is causing the freezer not to freeze. I have requested to speak to the owner countless times but the worker always comes up with an excuse as to why he is unavailable or why I cannot speak with him. I have been understanding and calm throughout these months but now I have had enough of the unprofessionalism. I will be reaching out to the bbb and possibly an attorney if this isn’t corrected.I reached out to other technicians 1/14/2020 to replace the “defrost sensor” be the technician stated the owner did not want to do business with me any longer after leading me to believe the part was being ordered to repair my refrigerator. The technicians both refused to work on it because Boss Appliances tech installed the compressor incorrectly and instead of Freon circulating through my refrigerators system oil is. It is two separate refuse lines that both need to be hooked to the compressor. The tech cut the freezer line and did a bad welding job. He did not even place the cover on the back of the refrigerator back (No screws were found) nor did he replace the screw he took out in the freezer which DOES NOT NEED A DEFROST SENSOR. I have pictures and both estimates showing why they cannot fix it and to refer back to BossYour technician is extremely unprofessional, he’s a liar and I have record of every time he’s come to my home. Cameras show him showing up as well. He knew about every time I lost food because he saw it. I asked to speak to you directly since the beginning until the end to inform you on the way your “tech/manager” was running your business but you come on her with only his word and make broad statements suggestion that I am not being honest or trustworthy. I have phone records, pictures and two estimates from well respected company’s stating the compressor is the issue and it was installed incorrectly. I also have the pictures. He’s going to be the cause of your business going under. Ask him to show footage of the building when I actually came there 5 times in one day when he kept telling me he was on his way to my home but never showed up. This transpired two days in a row. The second day after the first trip I went home and he was there. I even told him your phone line was not working and helped him resolve that. He was there all day and didn’t think anything was odd about not getting service calls? You have my number so call to get this corrected. I don’t care about you not wanting to do business with me because it’s too much hassle with him and he is the cause of having to come due to him installing the part incorrectly which is messing my entire refrigerator system up. You can call me to get the honest facts with proof to back it all up or the court can handle it. I just want a refund

My daughter is Suzette. She bought the refrigerator that did not work. It was replaced by another refrigerator that did not work. The response from the owner is misleading. These people were unprofessional. Appointments were not kept. I’d wait all day while my daughter was at work for Leo to come by and make repairs or pick up and deliver the refrigerators. He never called to say he’d be REALLY LATE or not show up at all. They are trying to make it seem like we were unreasonable. But, this has been an ongoing incident since MAY. I went with my daughter yesterday to speak with Leo. We had to drive there because their business phone was disconnected along with their cell phones. Leo stood there and apologized and said he would make it right by Finally delivering the upgraded refrigerator and extending the warranty by 3 more months. He said that he hadn’t replaced the refrigerator with the 3rd refrigerator because the $1499 Kenmore did not work either. He asked for one more week. I said OK as we need a refrigerator. My grandson is 3, I’m on dialysis and take meds that need to be refrigerated. My daughter also has meds that needs refrigeration. We explained this to Leo and he apologized. We explained that we have been really understanding but he has been unprofessional. He agreed that we had a right to be upset. He saw the amount of groceries we had to throw out that spoiled TWICE, because of both refrigerators. I asked if all his refrigerators had issues. He replied, you bought second hand. My daughter said, you should tell your customers that when they buy the appliances. Not, “ it works perfect”In their response they referenced the $1499 fridge. That is a small token compared to all the groceries that was wasted and the stress and aggravation. Boss Appliance, please don’t gloat over that. The fact that you’d agree yesterday to making things right then reneging today because you you didn’t like that my daughter told the truth about what happened speaks volumes. Maybe it’s because you knew the 3rd refrigerator wouldn’t work either. Leo, did say he hadn’t delivered it in over a week because he was still working on the $1499.00 refrigerator because it wasn’t making ice. BUYER BEWARE! THE 3 REFRIGERATOR HAD ISSUES TOO! Update08/19/2019Please don’t spend your hard earned money at this place. We were supposed to get another refrigerator since the second refrigerator didn’t work either. Leo the owner brought us a loaner refrigerator and told us he wanted to make sure the 3rd refrigerator worked perfect before he brought it over. It has been over a week and he has not brought it. I finally lost it with them and demanded they refund my money or bring the refrigerator ASAP. I was told Leo would bring it today at 10:30am. It is 3:30pm and no call no show as usual. I called Leo’s phone, the wife’s phone and the number listed for Boss Appliance. Leo and his wife’s phone seem to be turned off. The store phone goes straight to a message stating they are not accepting messages. I now have to drive over there to find out what is going on.This place is so shady. Buyer beware! In order to get a longer warranty you have to give them a good review when you purchase. It only extends the warranty to 120 days. Please don’t be fooled by the “good” reviews. These people just want a longer warranty WHICH THEY WILL NEED as their appliances are faulty.Be prepared to have scratched up floors and damaged walls as well.I will also be reporting this place to the better business bureau. I have texts messages to document this whole fiasco. I totally regret doing business with this place. I am now stuck with a POS refrigerator not worth the 1000.00 I paid for the original one I bought. It was an Electrolux French door with the freezer at the bottom. It only looked good. It never worked. They replaced it with a kenmore elite that did not work either. I was supposed to get a 4 door kenmore elite that was slightly higher in cost for all the inconvenience. But now all the numbers I was provided don’t work. I bet anything that no one will be at the store either even though it shows they should be open.Update 7/26/2019Since receiving the refrigerator, washer and dryer, I have had nothing but issues.After they hooked up the washer, water started to leak from behind the washer. I had to call to have them fix the issue. They left the surrounding walls dirty. I have a can of paint. I didn’t want to make it an issue so I said nothing. Then I asked that they hook up the water line to the refrigerator. There is a fee for that. We waited for them, no show no call.The owner is the repairman and delivery guy. They don’t have the decency to call the customer to say they will be late or not coming at all. They had to come several times because the original refrigerator did not work. It was an Electrolux.The fridge never stayed cold. Never made ice. The water was room temperature. He came more than 3 times to fix the fridge.I had to insist they give me another fridge as I am on the hook for the payment of the fridge.That whole interaction was so frustrating as they don’t value your time. They don’t show up when they say they will with no courtesy call.The replacement fridge does not stay cold. My son’s milk keep spoiling. It does not continuously make ice. It’s hit or miss when you try to get ice. This fridge is 1000.00. They have no intentions of refunding my money or assisting with the canceling of the contract I signed to make payments. They won’t take back the faulty appliances as it benefits them that I am stuck with it.My floor is damaged and my front door is very hard to open. The paint is ruined as well. He had to remove my door to get the refrigerator in the house. I will show the owner today. I was told he will be here to TRY to repair the replacement refrigerator. I will be showing him the damage. I can’t keep over looking their unprofessional behavior. I will also be on the hook for the repairs of the floor, wall and door with my landlord.I will update this review after the visit.
