They did great work on my car. Good as new. It would have been nice to get it done faster, but it was a ton of work, and there seems to be a shortage of parts. Even with the delay, Id choose them again. Good work, and good communication.

It was good at first until I realized they put used parts on my vehicle when repair ing it . Now my car is making strange noises. I know its from the work that they did.

I came here after a car accident for a minor cosmetic bumper repair, They took way to long to repair the bumper. I didnt inspect the engine bay at the time before leaving since I thought the car looked decently repaired. later I found out that there were parts missing on the engine bay like the radiator support cover and hood sound damper, mind you this was a new car. Please check your car really well before leaving, I wish I had and I would have brought it to the managers attention. This is not cool. I am not taking my car to this place any more. Stay away from brotman. And if you went there just check your car really well because its likely there will be parts missing somewhere

There professional and Ive been going there for years. Recently took my car to get work done they did a great job but after a few days paint started to crack in the area they worked on called them and explained to them what was going on and with no hesitation was told to bring it back in to get fixed Gus is very professional and great customer service.

I had 2 accidents in the past 3 years, I had no problem with my insurance. I brought my cars to Brotman both times. The service is very good. Phil took care of my case and was very helpful and professional. At the second office where I got my rentals I was helped right away and given a great deal. I hope I do not need to use their services in the future. However, if I do, I am definitely coming back to Brotman.

I wasnt too fond of going to an auto shop because a lot of the times you feel theyre theyre going to rip you off and theyre not looking out for your best interest. This was totaled the opposite at this location I was really happy with the service they provided me they way they went well beyond where they were supposed to do so Im extremely satisfied with the servers they provided and if I actually had to come back I will choose this place because their service was amazing.

REALLY BAD service the guy who helped me had a BAD customer service really bad communication .. this shop even do you are cover by the insurance he want me to pay out of my packet.. These guys are legit. I hope I never have to use their service again but if I do, they guys have my business for life. The team there have gone out of their way to get me my car back on time, they have provided me with updates, I took my car in for front end and quarter panel damage on a Tuesday, they had my car ready that Saturday. I took my car there because I was hit. They had an Enterprise rental there for anyones convenience. But most importantly they took care of my car which is my baby and they DIDNT take the usual 3 to 4 weeks to return her to me looking like she was before the accident. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. They were GREAT!!! While this is a place you really dont want to be caught at, its the BEST place in my opinion to go to should you ever need their services. It is totally WORTH IT.

I wouldnt take my car to any other place to have body work done. Everything was done in a week. I thought after crashing my car, I wouldnt want it but when i picked it up, it looked like a brand new car. 5 stars for this shop.

Well I took my truck to get evaluated, a pick up truck. His my car pushing me to another car, causing total loss. Which is a bummer Im not getting what in payed for it. Now Im in a sitiation... so know I must fork cash out my own pocket so I can get a decent veichle. This. Place is huge. And they have a lot if work on their hands. But guys insurance only going give 3300. Dam...

Horrible service.-First off, they have 2 buildings and I went to the wrong one... they should have done a better job in giving you the address so you wont go to the wrong one... to top it off parking is horrible so this minor detail was just the beginning. Plus they are so rude! No customer service skills at all. Unorganized and unwelcoming.-I guess youre assigned to a certain employee so when I went in he was not available. A lady helped me and said someone would get back to me with all the details (how long it would take to fix).-I asked about getting my hood fixed as well, since my car was already going to be in the shop. (It had a lot of minor scratches... it even appeared to be lint... very minimal but it still bothered me). Again, she said someone would get back to me.-No one called... 2nd day I called and the guy still was not available. 3rd day.... same.... finally the 3rd day I was upset and explained that it has been too long and I needed to speak to him.-At this point, I no longer wanted to get anything additional done because I was already unsatisfied.-This is when I found out my car was going to be in the shop for more than a week... ugh.-When I got my car back I was so done. I got my car and left and of course the pick up was full. Like, here is your car... bye I looked at it and it seemed fine.Well, about 2-3 weeks later I parked my car outside (I usually park in the garage) and when I was upstairs and when I saw the car out the window I realized it had been buffered... like with a machine?! All on the hood of the car! 3 strokes... It isnt very noticeable when youre right in front of it... the accident did not include the hood at all! So there was no reason for it to have been buffered. Now, aside from the little scratches that it has... now those damn prints of it being buffered bother me... like an itch! Ugh... at first I was hesitant about leaving the complaint because Im assuming who ever did that saw the note about my inquiry and tried to help?... (giving the benefit of the doubt) but no. They made something bad into something worse.Also, the bumper they fixed is already loose?!?!?! I know they have warranty but do I really want to go through that BS again?! Knowing their low quality service? Nope.**Ill make sure to add pics, I just finally and randomly convinced myself to post this review**

I had a dent on my car @ work, and took it to Brotmans Auto Body Shop and they did a good job on my car. Took another car that needed a paint job and it came out very excellent. The last car I took was the car I had an accident on the back of trunk & bumper and lights fix.

Worst possible service the infinity Lady that works their is extreamly rude and unprofesional she has no clue as to what she is doing......she needs to find a job she can actualy do properly maybe Mc Donalds

I took my car for repair after I got into a fender bender. The insurance recommended this place so I read the reviews and decided to take it in. They took longer than the time promised and the original estimate almost doubled. But the thing that bothers me the most is that the quality of work is way below my expectations. I knew them using after market parts the car was never gonna be the same. First the paint job is terrible it looks like whoever painted it was either new or an apprentice, second the front bumper looks like its gonna fall off, third a clip that holds the hood prop rod is now gone, fourth a door that had zero damage was painted, 5th splash guards wrongly installed with screws missing, 6th front license plate frame not installed, 7th top mounts that hold radiator in place fell off after a week, 8th headlights that were perfectly working and undamaged were replaced by low quality quality parts that dont fit correctly and after 10 months are peeling and fading and the list could go on but what is the point of taking it back if the same crappy work is gonna be performed. So my recommendation to you is to pass on this body shop and look elsewhere. Please do read the bad reviews because if you decide to get your car repaired here you might regret it, especially when you have to drive it everyday.

Went to get an estimate, worst experience. Ignored and not attended to. No one goes to a shop just to sit there.

So far so so. The appraiser from Infinity, this big girl with frankenstein ttooes all over her arms seems to have this attitude like shes too good to give a simple answer to a simple question to the customers, maybe she was high who knows lol she seemed like she was out of it. Anyway the brotmann guy was really professional and seemed to really care about customers. I will try to update this review as soon as i get my car, they said a week, so we will see.So this is the update. They took two weeks instead of one, but i can honestly say that it was worth the wait. I took my car for quarter panel damage and the passenger door. They put it new parts and the paint matches perfectly. They guy Gus is very committed to his work. I didnt get the updates that some people talk about but they are pros and know what theyre doing just be patient, i hope i dont get into a hit and run again but if i do Brotman is the spot. Thank you guys.FIVE STARS DEFINITELY
