Came in with a headlight issue. The guy took time and care to fix the problem, installed 2 new bulbs and refused payment. Amazing service. I wont go anywhere else from now on

Getting in an accident is no fun. Dealing with insurance is no fun. Dealing with rental cars and all the other things that come with a broken car is not fun. But Brown Brothers is super easy and very pleasant to work with. Sean kept me informed every step of the way and the car looks better than it did before the accident. Not that I plan on it, but if I ever get in another wreck I’ll be seeing Brown Brothers again.

The Brown Brothers were very professional, informative, and very accommodating in handling the necessary repairs required on our vehicle. Their attention to detail is highly commendable as we were impressed on how meticulous they were when discussing the color tone of our vehicle. Their customer service is excellent and received our car within 24 hours from the time we handed over the car to them. We would highly recommend their services as they are warm accommodating and Saved us the hassle of renting a car as the owners themselves picked the car up and delivered it to us in mint condition. I cannot thank Steve enough for going above and beyond to help me with my vehicle after a stressful accident!!! Very calm, collected, reasonable, and kind people. They take pride in both their work and their customer service, and it shows. I took my car here after seeing the 3.4* reviewed place that the insurance company suggested. I dont know anything about cars, but these guys took care of all the insurance stuff, and addressed a concern i had MONTHS after their initial work. 5/5. would go again. :)

These folks are fantastic. I went in for a second opinion after Honda said that it would be $200 to fix my side view mirrors. They took a look and popped the lid back on and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Then I went back to see them after that due to a leaky windshield wiper container. I shopped around this time and decided on Brown Brothers as they were the most polite and kind and explained everything well to me. It was affordable and next time I need my car repaired (hopefully not soon) I will return.

This review is long over due but Ive had to bring my car here a couple times thanks to some really awesome drivers. Sean and Steve are really cool people and will take care of you and your car. Paint was flawless and my car looked like i just drove it off the lot. Hopefully i never have to go back, but if you happen to bump into one of those great drivers that are everywhere in LA...i couldnt recommend a better shop

This was our first time using Brown Brothers for a front end collision and insurance claim through State Farm. I have to say it was the most painless and pleasurable experience I’ve ever had with an auto body company and insurance claim. They handled everything directly with State Farm quickly and walked me effortlessly through the process. They even had a Lyft ride ready for me to go to Hertz for the rental.Their work was is top notch, our Mercedes looked brand new after new parts, painting, buffing, and finishing was done.Something I thought might take a couple months took a week after the estimate and drop off. They treated me like I was there #1 customer and I can’t recommend them enough!

I love the Brown Brothers! They have the greatest body shop in LA! My Mercedes as hit in two different places (the right side and the left side). Major work needed to be done. The bumper and the left light had to be replaced as well. They did a fabulous job. My car looks like new! The work is great. The paint job is great. The inside of the car is spotless and smells nice. They also gave me the best deal on the price. They drove me to the car rental place and I returned the rental car to their shop. They made the whole process really easy. Everyone in their shop is nice and friendly - - an added bonus. I highly recommend them. These are people you can trust.

My car had scratches from a slow speed bump at a parking lot. I took it to Mark, who saw me on a Saturday afternoon. Not only did he take care of it in 5 minutes, saying that it was just a paint transfer, he did not even charge me a dime for it! WOW! I cant recommend him highly enough and 5 stars doesnt even justify his rating. Thank you Mark! You are amazing!!

Someone hit my Lexus 330 in a parking lot and I took it to Brown Brothers to see what they could do. Grant and Scott are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Within minutes, the paint from the other car was buffed off. They were able to repair all the damage with a quick turnaround so I wasnt without a car long. This is the second time I have come here--I wish that I had known about them earlier since other places either do shoddy work, charge a fortune, or take forever.

You will very comfortable and pleased with the level of service. I had a great experience with Steve and Sean and found them to be very fair snd honest. Their team was extremely professional and well trained in the repair of both my Porsche and Lexus.

Grant, the agent who walked me through the entire process, was not just helpful, he was honest, upfront, friendly, and he even helped to explain the entire process of going through the insurance company to me. At Brown Brothers I felt that I was more than a customer, I felt that I was family. Grant took care of all the trouble of going through the insurance company and slicing through the red tape. I had absolutely no stress through the entire process Brown brothers took care of everything.

A friend referred me over to Brown Brothers saying they do great work. The day I brought my car in they wrote me an estimate, had it printed, and in my hands in minutes. They explained all my options to me and advised me on any pos or cons.At the same time they had arranged a pickup by a local car rental place so I could get on with my day. They told me that the car was going to be complete on Thursday afternoon around 3pm.Thursday morning they phoned me and informed me the car would be ready by noon if I wanted to grab it on my lunch.

What a pleasure to have such a quick and easy outcome to an unpleasant circumstance. You will not be disappointed if you bring your car here for body work. They are the best.

Went to get an estimate for repairs, because insurance ppl are taking so long, but Luis decided to do me a favor and fixed my passenger door - that had been stuck closed for 3 months - for free! Thank you to Luis and the other coworkers that helped me out! Other shops wouldnt even give me an estimate without an appointment.
