The repair work that was done after the car was badly rear ended came out better than new high gloss no visible signs of the work that was done very clean .got the car back in time. will be taking my other car back agian to get some work done. dont go to Caliber Collision across the street that place is a joke.

Brought in my car to be repaired after an accident. I called ahead of time to let them know I was coming and called once again to let them know I had arrived. Despite being assured that the experience would be contact-free, the agent had me step inside their offices. Once inside, I was greeted with five or six employees, none of whom were wearing masks (the agent who initially greeted me was professional and continued to wear a mask throughout). LA is currently the center of the Covid epidemic and not wearing masks inside violates city, county, and state law and is completely unacceptable.I was asked to give my insurance information, phone number, and a lot of other info that they had already received. After going through it once again, I informed the staff that I was very uncomfortable with none of them wearing masks and left. One associate yelled at me as I was leaving.Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from the original associate. She apologized that no one was wearing masks and explained that it was late in the day and that they didnt know I was coming in. Neither of these are even remotely acceptable excuses and the second one is blatantly untrue.Im still waiting for them to return my car but I was so upset about this experience that I needed to share it. Despite them saying on this site that they require staff to wear masks, that is certainly not my experience.

I have been to many auto shops in my life and none have compared to the outstanding service I received at City of Stars Collision Center. I brought my AMG GT here after my car had been hit and these guys took care of me as if I was family. The guys are some of the most knowledgable in the industry and wanted to work with me plus get me the best price possible. They were determined to get my car looking brand new again. They constantly kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car and worked in an extremely timely manner. I was shocked at how good my car looked once it was done. Previous shops have all taken their sweet time and were in no rush to get my car fixed. These guys strive to make their customers happy and boy did they deliver I have already told my friends and family about this shop and they now have a lifelong customer. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable shop.

Absolutely recommend them! Their customer service is off the charts! They re-painted parts of my car under ‘warranty’ for free even though it’s been 4 years but not only that, they washed and cleaned my car inside out and ALSO polished my headlights! I literally just bought a headlight cleaning kit because of how bad they were looking. Last time I had them cleaned professionally I paid $50... now they did it for free without me mentioning anything. Everyone who works there is kind, helpful and considerate and truly just wants to make their customers happy. Big thumbs up!

Ok, so this is an interesting case however, through it all the team members: Fatima, Andy & Ryan were super professional and total rock stars with their customer service!There were multiple issues with our Auto Insurance and the Body shop superstars stepped up to mediate through the horrible experience with Kemper.In every turn/obstacle, the CSCC team performed above & beyond my expectations & gave me next level service.Fatima was on point, super fast & would make things happen in a heartbeat, even when Kemper was being unresponsive & beyond difficult. She is beyond amazing!Andy would consistently keep me apprised of the latest updates within minutes of any changes.Ryan was so sweet & brought our car directly to us for final drop-off which saved us some time.Although were not local to the shop because theyre CSCC is Subaru certified we were confident for them to handle our repair. Beyond that, I would go out of my way to take any body shop repairs to CSCC in the future due to their 1000% level of care, attentiveness & professionalism. I couldnt recommend CSCC enough.To make things even better, boss man, Eric gave me a bit of a perk at the end to make up for some unforeseen hiccups for our repair that got resolved.Count on this team & shop to take care of your vehicles with the upmost tlc and respect.

Lucino did such an incredible job! I scratched my friends car and had to get it back to him the next day and Lucino came out at 6:00pm on a Saturday after his shop had already closed to help me. I’m so GRATEFUL for his professionalism and his quality. Thank you Lucino!!!!

There is no competition for this place because they truly are the best in the game. The staff is great and their quality is top notch. This is the only place I would get my car repaired at. They even offer a complete detail and delivery services. They delivered my rental to me!! Love this place. Check them out next time you get into an accident or need repairs for your lease return.

This is the second time we get into an accident, the first was a horrible mess trying to get it fixed. They took forever and even damaged our seats. So we were a little nervous to do this again. Omg this time was heavenly, the customer service was great! They were helpful they gave us the information we needed. Even got us set up in a rental that was dropped off here and picked up here. They did the work so fast! Handed the car perfect like nothing ever happened. My mom mostly speaks spanish they were very helpful in that also. Especially as women you feel like they wont help because we wont understand whats going on. They were the complete opposite. I can never thank them enough for making this experience the best ever! I had my car severely damaged while it had been parked and my insurance carrier set me here to appraise and reimburse me for my loss. From the moment I entered the office, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The process was timely and efficient, and I was done quickly. Super efficient and kind staff, from Andy, Steve, and all the employees. Five star service!

These guys are quick and professional. Paul was on top of it and so was his weekend manager. Extremely courteous and very flexible with options and scheduling. Ive never worked with a body shop that was so on top of things. BTW - great work on the repair.

I had a great experience with City of Stars Collision Center.My car (Subaru WRX) was hit while parked and I was able to find out that my car had been hit by a driver for a neighboring company. They were insured by North American Risk Services and they were a complete pain.I decided on CSCC because of their great reviews and Subaru certification and I was not disappointed.They took care of everything for me from all the paperwork, dealing with the rental and dealing with the terrible adjusters at North American Risk. They finished my car in about a week and a half as they had promised me but unfortunately the adjuster was M.I.A. and I didnt get my car until 3 weeks after I had dropped it off. The delay was in no way CSCCs fault. They always took the time to keep me up to date and constantly let me know that they were doing all they could to get my car back to me.Once I got my car, I saw that it was in great shape and the pickup process was super easy. All I did was drop off my rental (for them to return) and wait for them to finish up with a wash for my car.I would definitely recommend CSCC to anyone who needs their car repaired after an accident.

I dont normally do this, but I had to write a review about my experience here because this place more than met my expectations, which seems is getting harder to come by these days. I could imagine its the kind of place that was around in the good old days of the 70s, if I were old enough to know what that meant then. The nicest people work here, and theyre so helpful and honest. Its clear theyre not doing what theyre doing just for the money that it provides like many these days. They have character and integrity. So much so, that I hugged them when I left, like I was living in my own version of Happy Days. They fixed a problem for free that someone twenty minutes earlier had told me would cost at least $100.00. I highly recommend them and hope they continue to reap the rewards of having great character and kind hearts.

TLDR; Worst body shop. Terrible customer service with no conflict resolution. Will threaten and shout at you and will pad your bill with unnecessary expenses. If this is the kind of experience youre looking for by all means take your car here.Took my car in for repairs. After estimates were completed I decided I no longer wanted to have my car fixed. Which is my right. This is where the problems began with Andy shouting at me and threatening me. Trying to take advantage of me following my accident. Then he padded the original estimate fee of 125$ to $800. Held my car as extortion and demanded the amount be paid in cash the next day. I filled a claim with the Bureau of Automotive repair. Still havent been paid. Now I have to sue them for a simple refund. This happened in April it’s almost July now.

Got my car in perfect condition and beautifully washed. The staff is super friendly and very open to discussion.

Maybe will be one of those guys, whose good review will sound cheesy and hardly believable - but trust me - THESE GUYS ARE MAGICIANS!!!I didn’t have to make an appointment - just got there - they quickly checked everything, wrote down, got a guy from Hertz to bring a rental car over to them (not how a few other body shops I’ve dealt with before - sending U over to Hertz and then you’re sitting there for at least an hour waiting till they’ll get U a car). Very promptly and conveniently signed all the necessary forms and rental agreements and told me, that they’ll let me know an estimate and an approximate time for a pick up on the next day (which they did!). And in like 25-30 mins I left that place with a good rental car delivered to me and my poor messed up car left for them to take care of it!With all those damages I was excepting to be back at least in a month (or even later) - getting a call today (2 days before the end of the ONLY second week) - “come pick it up at any convenient for U time!” - drove there right away! - and my car looked....FAN freaking TASTIC!!! Like I just bought it at a dealership!!! Everything clean, shiny and new - tires are sprayed, that gave them a look of the brand new ones, the whole car is cleaned from the bottom to the top inside and outside - I didn’t even want to touch it to not mess that masterpiece hehe :) - quickly signed 1 form and was ready to go - no need to go back to return the rental car, no extra hustle and worries - just AMAZING!!!Very friendly and polite staff - all the guys are the nicest people possible there. Boss (I’m assuming that was their boss) was very friendly and talkative - we’ve had some nice chat and also their receptionist (sorry forgot her name) - the nicest person ever! The guy who made all the estimations - Sarkis - such a great friendly guy and did everything the best possible way! The whole team deserves tons and tons of good words and my appreciation!Will be suggesting this place to everyone I know and strongly recommend U guys to go there without ANY hesitation!10 STARS (if I could give them out of 5 hehe :)
