AAA insurance the best; but not as great as this shop..Thank god for google reviews that I came across this shop.

Amazing customer service on top of the great work they did for my car. The owner, Eddie and receptionist, Jasmine were both so friendly and helpful to my mother when she took my car here to get it fixed. She could not stop raving about you all!We checked at least 5 other places and this place had the most reasonable prices. Got a dent on my door fixed as well as my tires replaced. Everything was done super well and within the time they promised it would be done.It’s hard to find a good car place with honest and good people you can trust, but we’re happy we found New Smile Auto :) Definitely would recommend!Thanks for fixing my car!!

The men(Alfredo, Alex, Paul) who are working on your car are 5 steps ahead of your needs and in making sure your car looks as good, if not, way better than it did before. Great service & professionalism, hands down. I couldnt even find the perfect lighting for the paint job and work that was put in (bumper/headlight/realignnent/grill).

We have a new teenager driver and have gone to New Smile Auto Body twice for repairs. The first time (a fender bender) they gave us a great quote, the repair was done quickly, and the minivan looked great. The second time there was a lot more work to be done. When we called they came to the accident site to tow the car, helped us navigate the insurance, were great at communicating with us about the progress, and we just got the van back better than ever. They even detailed the car! I truly hope we dont have to come back but if we do I am so happy to have such a professional, friendly, trustworthy, and reasonably priced place to go. From the minute I walked onto the premises, I experienced nothing less then protection. The staff was professional in addition to helpful. They took me to pick up a rental car for the duration of time I was without my car. When it was time to pick up my car, once again, the professionalism shined through. They returned the rental car for me to the rental office, so all I had to do was pay for my car and drive off of the lot. Highly recommend these guys!!! My car was hit a couple of weeks ago, and not only did they give me the best price around, but they also offered to fix my car in the shortest time frame AND mounted my license plate for free. They are super hospitable they offered me water, made sure I was comfortable, and even offered to drive me home once I dropped off my car. Great communication! Had a broken axel on a Jeep called several towing services wouldn’t tow my car called New Smile Auto Body they were able to pick up my car without any further damage to it. Communication was great was told exactly what was wrong with my car within days then they were able to start on it the same week. Overall very happy with my experience and the timely manner that it was done during the pandemic.

Amazing Amazing place and people, everyone here was extremely helpful and attentive when I brought my Odyssey in for repairs. I would definitely recommend coming here for any repairs. They worked well with my insurance and kept me up to date with everything. Hopefully I dont have to but if I do need repairs for any of my cars I will be coming here again. The guys at New Smile Auto Body are the best. I took my vehicle to the shop right after it suffered damage to the rear driver side door and driver door area. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Alex who treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism. After having a conversation with Alex, I made my decision to have my vehicle repaired by New Smile Auto Body. Alex and his team immediately assisted me in making a claim with my insurance company and with getting a rental. After approximately 2 weeks, I got my vehicle back from New Smile and let me just say, they did an OUTSTANDING JOB. They colored matched the repairs with the original paint color. They also buffed out some scratches which was extremely generous of them. I am extremely great full with Alex and his team at New Smile. I was shopping around different body shops and almost every body shop was quoting me a little over $1000 to get the passenger fender and rear bumper repainted. My fender was hit by a truck and had a dent and a deep scratch in it, the rear bumper got hit about a month ago and had scratch and scuff marks. Had my 2016 mustang rear bumper painted going off insurance and they helped me alot gave me a really good price since I was paying out of pocket, all the guys are super friendly and cool, needed a rental in the meantime and got me one and finished the work the next day, paint matches perfectly and super happy will be coming back for more body work here in the future. highly recommend

I had called one of my friends and they recommended me to new smile auto body they sent a tow truck to pick me up from the scene of the accident and took me to their shop. He helped me get a rental car and it took about two weeks to get my vehicle on the road again. They do a terrific job. I brought in my car for a frame and bumper damage. One thing I was scared of was if my car was going to color match or not but they did a great job in color matching the bumper with the car.
