Beautiful environment, great ambience and atmosphere, diverse drink selections. I came here during happy hours with a client and noticed what a great place this was for conversations and a drink. Their food selection is limited but I thoroughly enjoyed all the items we ordered.Also, I was surprised at how inexpensive this place was. Will definitely be back.

I was involved in a car accident and I thought for sure my car was totaled. I took it to Classics Auto Body and Miguel was amazing. He took the time to answer my questions. The car looked like new when I got it back from them. I would highly recommend them.

Classics Auto Body deserves a 10 STAR RATING. The shop did a beautiful job repairing a minor fender bender & repainting my entire classic 1985 Afla Romeo Spider. This was the first accident for my car and Im the original owner. So I was obsessed with the fact that any repair work done would not match the present condition of my paint job which admittedly had begun to dull. However, I learned that the other drivers insurance company would not pay for a full repaint of the car & would only cover repair work, repainting of damage & a blend to adjacent panels. I researched several highly recommended restoration shops in the LA area & none of them thought the insurance company would pay the lions share.My insurance agent @ Farmers recommended I speak with Michael Krem, the owner of Classics Auto Body, a preferred Farmers Shop. I realized immediately Michael was a straight shooter who would be a strong advocate for me in negotiating with the other partys insurance company. Turns out he was fantastic!!! Michael negotiated a substantial increase over what other shops suggested I would get.Classics repair crew & estimator Miguel were outstanding. Michael gave me weekly updates & texted constant photos of my car’s progress. They did additional work not included in their quote at no additional charge to maintain the quality of my car’s restoration. Michael coordinated with my Alfa repair shop for any parts that needed sourcing & replacement. He even coordinated taking my car to a convertible top shop that provided a discount for a new top (not part of the original plan but something I thought was essential once I realized the top would not match my shiny new car).They delivered on time and not a penny more from their original estimate. The quote they provided for entirely repainting my car was very competitive to the other shops estimates. The final color match was perfect.This process was a dream come true when I was worried about my worst nightmare trying to restore my car to it’s original condition. Let’s not forget this occurred during the peak of COVID lockdown. No detail was left unattended. When I finally picked up the car, about 1 mile from the shop, a driver pulled up next to me at a stop light, rolled down his window and asked what year was my car, remarking that it was in MINT CONDITION. I almost wondered if Michael hired someone to follow me and make this observation. You can’t make this stuff up!In conclusion, I highly recommend Classics Auto Body for any repair or body work related to classic cars, custom high end vehicles & ordinary cars based upon my experience. This is a first class operation run by an owner who takes great pride in the final product.

Ive known Classics Auto Body and Michael for a very long time and always my person and place to go when I have damage and accidents on all my history of  vehicles. After my recent experience using Classics for an insurance claim (my car was stolen/recovered and needed repairs), I favorited them in Google so I think its only fair I also write them a review -- they deserve it!!! I was completely unfamiliar with the claim process which they guided me through, and from the service they provided I always felt I was their top priority. Miguel who handled my repair order reassured me their job was to make sure I was a happy customer and he really did make good on that promise by resolving every issue/concern as they came up. This place is 100% recommended! I got into a car accident and the other driver that hit me had no insurance. They explained to me what to do and guided me through the process. They literally made this stressful process so easy. All the workers are so friendly especial Paola that is the one that kept in touch we me and kept updating me in how everything was going. The job they do on the cars is great quality work! I was a very happy customer!

I had my vehicle caught up in a windstorm with not only sand damaging my vehicle but debris flying into the vehicle damaging it in several areas. My husband recently got his car repaired here and I must say, they did a wonderful job. The car is about 13 years old, but they made it look like new and the paint matched spot on! The owner and staff were awesome to deal with!

I do not normally write reviews that are good, but I have used Classics Auto Body in the past and recently had an issue with someone who hit my newly purchased Jeep on the freeway. I was rear ended and the bumper was pushed into the rear and hanging down and the muffler had been damaged. Because the car is black, I knew there was going to be a problem matching the Paint. Michael told me that he had a very good painter and that he would get it to match and to his word, it matches beautifully! You cant tell if it had been in an accident or not. As far as I am concerned Classics Auto Body is the best shop in the West Los Angeles Area. Everything they said they were going to do is what they did, the repairs were timely and perfect.

Ive needed multiple quick fixes made to my car in the past few years and each time Classics Auto Body took care of it fast and with great quality. Going through an accident and having to deal with the claims process can be a headache; Classics makes the process a lot easier and takes a lot of that stress away. Not only that, but the staff is amazing. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy. The owner Mike is directly involved in many ways in serving the customers needs (which cannot be said for a lot of business owners) and he is willing to go the extra mile for them. Paola is on top of everything and you can always rely on her to take care of what you need. You can tell they have your best interest in mind and want to give you the best service possible as if they were servicing a friend or a family member.

This shop does amazing work! I have had the misfortune to need their services but the good fortune to have found Classics AutoBody. I have had several vehicles repaired over the past few years and each time their service & customer care has been amazing. Mike, Paola & the whole staff @ Classics know their stuff & have made each visit there a positive experience. As a Farmers preferred shop they are a one stop service, from picking up your broken car to setting you up with a rental, even delivering your repaired car if necessary! They handle all the details & send frequent updates on the status of your claim & accurate completion estimates. Their work is so excellent that I use them even though I now live in Agoura Hills- their service & can-do attitude is something you don’t find so frequently these days.

I had a recent minor accident and was referred by a family member. Not only were they extremely professional, but the quality of the job was exceptional. They kept me updated along the way and had my car ready before the scheduled date.

I took my Range Rover to Classics auto body for repairs. The shop was recommended to me by a friend. I had side damage just under $10,000. During the repairs the shop noticed that the engine wiring under the hood was eaten by the rodents. I notified my carrier, GEICO Ins, and I filed another claim. Even those it’s a British car and with COVID situation, I expected to be without my vehicle for many, many weeks, however, the vehicle was ready in just over 10 days and looked perfect. I want to thank everyone at the shop for providing such a wonderful service.

If youre doing an insurance claim, dont go here. Theyll tell you to drop your car off and then take TWO days just to find out how long your car will be in the shop. They would still have to order the parts and in the meantime, theyre collecting money for having your car in the shop. Complete BS.

There were three people there, everyone was friendly, attentive and hard at work. The place was clean and easy to find.

I love these guys. The company was recommended by my insurance company after someone had hit my car. They got me late on a Friday afternoon, took a look at things, wired my bumper back on so I could get through the weekend and told me to come in and drop the car off at 7:30 am Monday. They arranged for an Enterprise rental car for me. My car was ready when promised and you couldnt tell it had been damaged. They had washed my car inside and out for me when I picked it up. I have recommended this company to others and theyve all been very satisfied. I will use them again.

These guys gave me 2 completely different estimates one for $660 and one for $405 for THE EXACT SAME DAMAGE. Both were done by the same rep. They itemize different prices and different number of hours required to complete the job. They apparently dont perceive the car owner as their customer. Have been taking my cars here for 20+ years and my father had been taking his cars there for about 10-15 yrs prior to that. Great work, great people! Micheal Krem is a superb guy.

Good car repair but my bag of change for laundry was taken from trunk during repairs. I thought bag was hidden in trunk but they had to dig around in there for wheel locks. No one seemed to care that this happened—they said it was the car wash people that they sent car to but car washers never ever dig around in trunk. Ruined the experience here. Felt like a second violation. The first was an idiot hitting my car.

I was treated very well by Michael (the owner) and he gave me a great deal and was very attentive. There were a couple mistakes on my Mazda after an accident repair that he made sure were quickly corrected

Awful experience. After I decided not to go forward with the repairs, they charged me $80 per day for storing my car even though I was out of town. Then, after telling me that they would refund the insurance companys payment as soon as it cleared, they held onto the check for another month before returning it. So, I leave my car there and they charge me. But, they hold onto my money and Im out $10k until the insurance company gets it back.

I was 30 mind early for my appt and they took me immediately and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Good business.

NEED AUTO BODY WORK OR REPAIRS IN BEVERLY HILLS OR BEVERLYWOOD?Then Classics Auto Body is the auto body repair shop for you!Ive been in twice.The first time for an insurance claim to replace a dented bumper and cracked light cover. A chick driving her husbands ENORMOUS pickup truck, a beast she clearly couldnt handle, backed into my parked car :-(And the second time to have side view mirror glass replaced. That makes the fifth time (between two cars) Ive clipped trash cans left too far from the curb -- curse you LA trash collectors!On both occasions...Their entire staff, and particularly manager Michael Krem, have been very friendly, incredibly helpful and totally accommodating.The quality of working was excellent. The replaced parts look like NEW!The price was very affordable.* Especially considering the quality.*For the mirror glass, I got a quote from a body shop on Westwood Boulevard (its much closer to my office on the Westside). But they wanted a third more and the guy couldnt have been more UNFRIENDLY if he tired!?I give Classics Auto Body high marks ACROSS THE BOARD!!!
