I needed my front bumper cover replaced so headed to body shop row on Pico. I got three estimates. Two were disappointing and then I got to the team at Cochran Auto Body. The estimate was super reasonable and they didnt try to gouge me for parts or work that wasnt needed. I dropped off the car and in 48 hours I had it back good as new. I picked up my car the other day from Cochran Auto Body and was really happy with their work and service! I was directed to Cochran Auto Body on the recommendation of friend following an accident. In a previous accident I had used BH Autobody and while they did a good job they dont compare to the experience with a family-owned and run business; the whole team at Cochran Auto Body went above and beyond in their dealings with me. They even fixed damage to my rear panel unrelated to the accident for an incredibly reasonable price when BH Autobody told me the entire panel would have to be replaced for $8000 (which means they would have charged insurance $8k and likely pocketed that money while they patched it up. I know that is how the car insurance game is played but knowing they could have simply fixed that panel for me made them lose credibility with me). While I hope I am done with accidents forever, Cochran Auto Body will be my choice should I need them again!

I just picked up my car from Cochran Auto Body and Im so relieved to see it looks just like new!!! I was in an accident they had my vehicle towed to their shop they told me they would not have a storage fee they told my lawyer that too they ended up charging a huge storage fee and then they ripped me off for the quote they gave to the insurance companies these guys are unprofessional they are actually criminals I am having to take them to court to sue them to get my money back that they ripped me off for I would not use these guys ever I would not recommend them to anybody and please dont fall for any of their scams

I had recently been involved in a car accident and was looking around for a few places to help with the repairs. The places my insurance had sent me to seemed really subpar and the reviews reflected that. A friend referred me to this place and from the minute I walked in the door I was treated like family. They helped me along with the entire process and made it as simple as just dropping off my car and picking it up once it was ready. The car was washed and waxed when I came to pick it up to. I had gotten rear ended on my 2015 Infiniti QX60 and brought my car here to have it repaired. Pauline took care of helping me getting a reservation number for my rental with enterprise. She ordered all the parts and updated me through text message. Everything was so easy and I didnt even need to worry about it. I had an amazing experience with Cochran bodyshop. When I first found out my tires and rims were stolen i panicked. I was out of town and didnt know what to do. I called Cochran auto bodyshop and spoke to Nilou. She calmed me down and she told me everything will be ok. She put me in touch with Pauline who took over the process of towing my car and fixing it. They were so nice, so professional and did an amazing job with the car. I just got my car back and it looks better than before. I highly recommend this bodyshop as I had a very positive experience from the begining to end.

They do insurance fraud...I towed my car by using my AAA membership but they billed my insurance $395.00 for towing fee.Also, they told me to keep my car on their body shop as much as possible to they can charge insurance storage fee. They charge my insurance company $135 per day and when my claim adjuster said they pay only $95 and the rest of the charge will be deducted from my car settlement fee, They said: WE DONT CARE.Do not trust them...I already reported their fraud to my insurance company for investigation.
