I was greated amaizing by A&B Auto Repair. I was just there for an estimitate. Their price beat my local to-go-to Body Shop. So i shall take my car to get serviced at A&B Auto Repair and continue with their service for future repairs.

My vehicle returned to me in mint condition. So far so good, no complaints. I personally didn’t deal too much with the shop, my insurance took care of everything. I simply dropped off and picked up when my vehicle was ready.

Ive been going to this shop for years and the repairs always done great the only problem I have is the time I miss Bruno after he left it just seem they take there time to do everything I was told it would be ready 12noon on Friday Oct 14 2021 then it change to 4 to 5pm then I was told it wont be ready until Monday the 18th I have two jobs and I keep missing work because they dont know I dont know what they can do but they need to do something Im only giving three stars because of the time it took to get my car back

I took my car in for bullet hole repair. They did a rad job on my vehicle. The hood and windshield were replaced. They paint job is great. I read some reviews before and was questioning it at first but I honestly dont understand why anyone would have anything negative to say. They get the job done and they have good customer service. ¡¡Please do not come here!! Save your time and money. If I could leave no stars I would, my uncle is very upset a THREE DAY job took 1 MONTH. Not only that, but they SCRATCHED his car. Don’t promise updates if you guys will never call back. Him and I would have to call for updates, “it will be ready tomorrow”. LIARS. I advice to never bring your car in here, go somewhere else.

Had a car accident a few months back so brought it here to this shop, the fixed the roof and left it good as new. The only issue is that the didn’t seal the back windshield properly so when I took it to a car wash, the water poured through the cracks and wet the interior and the inside of the trunk. Now I can’t get the smell to go away. Took it back so they can fix it and I demanded on an interior detail to make the smell go away. They performed it but the smell came back the very next day. Unsatisfied customer!

The service is so poorly, I took my car to be fix from a minor issue with the. Bumper. They took two weeks to fix it and on the first week I use the car the bumper start it to falling apart.. Don’t Make my mistake Don’t take your car to be fix at this place . They avoid your calls never answer you. Not Worth the service!!!! Am still waiting for that bumper to be fix and it’s been over a Month already!!!!!!!! Ohh I check my phone and voice mail daily to hear from them!!!! * Update: A & B did call and leave a message to rectify the situation but the fact that the staff felt I was intimidating or rude in any way is laughable. Of course any customer would be upset if they are receiving poor service, the minute this shop opens up they should have an agent available to handle mercury insurance claims, not at noon. * If you are looking for a quote for Mercury I would avoid this place. Called 3 times in one day to set up an estimate appointment and they kept telling me the person in charge of Mercury estimates would be in later. I gave them my information and they never called me back to set up an appointment. I have never dealt with an auto body collision repair center that acted like they didnt want my service, not good!

My Jeep Wrangler UNLIMITED was in an accident. A & B auto Repair was 1st referred by a friend; From the time you enter the shop, ALL necessary accommodations were given. From a professional stance A & B was A1 status. I received updates and follow up calls regarding the status of my vehicle. I was assigned shop representative Drummond Beck, who remained consistent with professionalism-at no point during the jeep prepare process did I feel pressured or intimidated to accept unnecessary charges or added fees. And the receptionist was always courteous and eager to assist with all my questions and concerns.I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND A&B AUTO REPAIRS TO ANYONE that is looking for a reliable auto body repair shop.

You need to stay on top of this body shop.They never call to give an update on my car. I called and 3 weeks later they said it was ready for pick up. Went to get my car and they had not replace or repaired the damage completely. Left it there for another week in half. Finally pick it up and job was complete. They took too long and had to point out issue but once issue where corrected it looks good.

They are getting two stars for the paint work which was AMAZING. Yet the people who put the parts back on vehicles really need to focus more on what they are doing. I rolled out the lot with my car and, wham! CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! I paid no mind to it for about a week. I Took it to my local mechanic and what do you know? They forgot to plug back in a radiator sensor. Also, they NEVER changed the broken hood latch from the accident. They simply just forgot it existed... so check your vehicle mechanical before leaving the lot!

Really great body shop. People say they lag but in reality they take their time to perfect you vehicle. Took my Mustang 2005 recently and left it better than how I got it out the dealer. The black paint match perfectly with the original paint. Highly recommend. If you don’t have patience than you would say they lag.

A couples days before Christmas 19 I was in an accident and A&B was recommended to me and being that its a family own bussines I decide to take my car there. It was a long process, 8 WEEKS!! My insurance coved the 1st month rental and A&B was kind enough to cover the 2nd month. So I was never without transportation. Unexpected things always happen. I would say that I wish theyre communication process was more efficient but OVERALL they were friendly and did an amazing job on my car! So, THANK YOU to the A&B family. I have been taking all of my cars to A&B Ado for the last 30 years. I currently in Moreno Valley California. I have numerous cars towed to the body shop I would not have any other body shop beside A & B to repair my car’s.

They said 4 days for the car to be repaired. It has been 3 weeks and they still not finish. Took my car the first week they did not even assess the damage.

Ive been taking my car to these guys for over 2 years and each time Ive received great service at hard to beat prices. I only trust them with my car. Five stars!!!

I have taken two cars here to have work done over the last few years, the first one I was quoted a very reasonable price and then a day after I dropped the car off they called to say a repair couldnt be done and a replacement wing would be needed instead.They didnt charge anymore and honored the original price; even though the replacement wing/painting was far more expensive than the repair and respray originally quoted for.The second body work experience was very good as well: Quick, great value and the car was returned looking spotless on the outside with a pretty impressive detail on the inside as well-of a higher quality than when I get my car back from a hefty/pricey service at the Lexus dealer.The extent of how impressed I am with the overall experience with these guys is when I get work done on my car prior to selling it in the near future I will go back to them - even though I have moved over 400 miles away to Northern California as I know I will get a fair & honest price, great service and top quality workmanship

So this place does amazing work and they back up their work warranty. that being said i took my car in for some body work and Im just as impressed as the last time was here.(for different accidents)the staff is very friendly and helpful; and i got my car back in just a little over a week. if i for whatever reason need to get repairs done for my vehicle i will definitely come back.

Horrible, slow with poor customer service. They will tell you your car is being worked on and its not. Its just sitting outside in a graveyard. They will lie about repairs and parts needed to defraud you or your insurance company. I personally do bodywork and paint and overlooked my car and took pictures prior to taking it to taking it to them. but I took it to them so there would be no conflict of interest with the insurance company. Biggest mistake of my life.. do not use these frauds.

Process was very quick. They gave me updates throughout the whole process. Car looks spanking new. Staff were very helpful and professional. Office space with in the same area as the waiting area. They even provide a cool wallet thing for all your paperwork.

You are very wrong. You guys had the JEEP for 2 months and I was told it was taken to a mechanic and the cause of the leak was because of the accident so it took 2 weeks for you guy to fix that. Theres no need to lie my dipstick went missing at your shop dont come at me with that. Next time just say you guys are just being lazy and dont want to do anything instead of going around the bush. What about the alignment??

I previously gave this place a 5 star rating just days after picking up my vehicle. Well, my bad, too soon, my vehicle creeks & grinds when I turn right (where they repaired the damage). In addition they drained my fluids & did not replace them all.....including my oil! Hopefully they will make things right & repair my vehicle properly. I will let yall know but I wouldnt willingly take my vehicle here. My insurance company had it taken there.

My car supposedly had to be ready in 15 days but already the month passes and I keep waiting. I call and they do not give me information, they tell me to wait in line and there they leave me waiting or they do promise to call me back and nothing. in fact I went in person to the A&B to find out what is happening with the delay of they fixin my car but it doesnt work they only said we dont know why u car is not ready but we will call u on Monday ha ha I am here still waiting 😕 Its Tuesday !I need my car !

These guys are horrible! Not only did they push my pick up time twice, but my car came back with major flaws. The parts they use are cheap, I found a deep scratch on the side of my car that wasn’t there before, and they completely forgot to place the rubber gasket on my door! How do u for get that?! The customer service Is also horrible. They don’t really seem to care about your concerns. Would definitely not recommend this place and the fact that Geico sponsors this place is unacceptable.

If they give you a 16 day estimate give them 60 days. Double check everything! Car pulls left, missing labels, a/c inop, multiple delays despite being told it was ready for pickup. Called on Wednesday to confirm Saturday pickup, then got called Friday afternoon and was told yet another part was needed. This happened on at least 4 different weeks. Other times I called and she had no idea when it would be ready, and apparently she had no inclination to get the right answers. I understand delays, but the lack of transparency, and answers was very frustrating. Then to pick up an incomplete vehicle is amateurish at best, and dishonest at worst.It should be noted I never talked to a manager, and couldnt visit as I live out of town. Just be careful if you use this place. Make sure to throughly check your vehicle, and test drive it before leaving the parking lot.Its now April and Im still trying to get Geico to make this right. The accident was Thanksgiving weekend.

My experience with this body shop was horrible. It took them 2 days to put on a 30 minute part. The customer service needs works as well. I walked in and no one knew the status on my car. After waiting 10 minutes. Never again. Couldn’t even get a call back after checking status of the car.

I took my car is not too long ago and they gave me the worst service ever it took him up to a month just to fix a bumper I had to keep on bringing my car back cuz they never got the job done correctly dont fix one thing and messed up another thing the customer service is horrible they said theyre going to give you a call back but never do you really have to be calling them to check up on your car. I had to pick up my car and find out that they never did the wheel balance or alignment Please do not go there take your business somewhere else save yourself the hassle

I have to be honest and say that my previous experience here was not the greatest, but we had to bring our Yukon in to get repairs after it was vandalized and it was fixed properly and thorough, they did a great job and redeemed themselves from our first experience.

This place has been the worst body shop experience ever. I would never recomend it to anyone if you want your car back as soon as possible donot go here they take way to long especially if its the car you drive to work. The comunication they have to update you on anything sucks, horrible. I call and call & leave messages and they never return s#%*. They dont even have a date for me to pick it up its getting frustrating because i need it for work its the only car i have and without it its hard to go to work the full hours. They keep saying its the paint its the parts but its been more than a month close to 2 months already.

I am warning you DO NOT COME HERE. My car has been in shop for a month now and has not even been started on yet. Horrible costumer service, you call no one know anything but the one person handling your car and all you can do is leave them a message. Five messages later and still no call back. Screw this place, screw the people (Jessica is the nicest person there), and Devin.Please look at other body shopsI dropped off my car March 2nd.I forgot my work permit in my car, and I was taken to the yard (It’s a field of cars) to locate my car; this was March 5th. I found my car and the car was unlocked. I could imagine how many other cars are unlock and I don’t how secure it is at night.March 7th, I called and spoke with Devin, said there was more damage to my car and had to order parts which would arrive tomorrow. He said to call tomorrow to know the ETA.March 8th, I left a message for Devin.March 9th, Devin was not at this desk and left a message.March 12th, Devin was not at his desk again, another message.March 14th, I called I didn’t bother ask for that dude. I asked for the status of my car, and the woman said it’s at painting station and be ready for pick up this Friday.March 16th, I came to pick up the car. Jessica was the one that broke the news to me. She stated the bumper just arrived and it won’t be painted until tomorrow and the car should be ready this Monday.I had to ask my boss to leave early and inconvenient to me and my work.I was a victim of a hit and run and this auto body shop is victimizing me again. They lack communication to their customer, do not return phone calls and playing on customer’s emotion.I will let Infinity insurance know about their practice and AAA.I’m certain with their crappy customer service, my car will have cheap parts and not up to standard.I do not recommend this place.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Ultimately the decision will be yours but if you have other options you might want to consider them before dropping off you car here for repairs.This shop is a preferred repair facility for my insurance carrier therefore my process thought well there must be some high standards to go by in order to be a preferred place sadly Ive came to found the hard way the standards might not be so high after all.After my accident I was referred here for my estimate and upon arrival the place looked professional, everyone was courteous and helpful and I was out in about 20 minutes and my estimate said it would take 2 weeks approximately for my repairs, I mainly use my car to drive to and from work only and therefore I was sold on the idea of struggling for those 2 weeks perhaps 3 if they found additional damage Im not a body shop professional but as you can see by the picture the damage to my car was mainly cosmetic...My ordeal began on February 20th 2018 when I took my car in and as of today almost 2 months later Im still waiting on it to be ready.The customer service follow up is really bad to non existent, 9 out of 10 times they will either place you on hold or the person you need to speak to is not in for the day, then they always they will call you back with an update but never do I had to find out the progress of my car by checking my claim on my insurances website and seeing additional payments being made to them therefore I assumed they found additional damage but no one ever reached to me to let me know as a courtesy how much more time will the additional repairs take to be fixed.For the past two weeks Ive been calling to find out the status and Ive been told that it would be ready by Friday well you guess it both Fridays came by and my car was not ready.Again Im not a repair person or have any body shop experience, this is also my first accident in 22 years that Ive been driving but what I do have is a background in customer service and therefore Im able to identify the deficiencies or lack thereof and hope this review will help others make an informed decision....When I finally receive my car back I will make sure to post another review on the quality of the repairs again from an objective customer point of view

I wouldnt recommend this shop, Mercury recommended this place to repair my 2016 Nissan in Nov of 2016. Danny was the person in charge of my car, it took a really long time to get my car back. Once I got the car back, I had to take it back about 3 more times bc of visible mistakes. 6 months after the car was given back to me the first time, I took my car to get its oil change and I let them know that there was a noise coming from car. After the car was inspected they asked me if I was in a major accident because PARTS Of The car were broken! I then gave the shop a second chance and took the car back(July 2017), Drummond assured it would get done correctly. Danny was no longer working at the shop. But, what upset me the most was that Drummond, the manager, admitted he noticed my car wasnt getting fix properly the first time but he allowed Danny to continue to fix my car. This second time around they pulled apart my car bc the trunk wasnt on correctly, and they found OUT they had to reorder a lot of parts again bc nothing was repaired or wasnt repaired properly. They returned my car after about a month and I still feel like my car wasnt repaired properly, my tail lights arent on correctly and its pushing the paint back. I regret taking Mercurys advice, In the future I will not bring my car HERE no matter how small of a job I need done on my car. I also will not recommend my friends, family or anyone on yelp/Google.

Well they told me it was going to take 7 days they took 1 month. Crazy huh then they lost my shift piece how that happend? The guy said its going to take 2 days to order it from Acura dealers its been two weeks. I would like to tell people to go there but the only way I would is by the manager to contact me please and we can talk thanks have a great day. Finally got my shift piece thanks guys finally happy.ok now that it stared to rain my whole truck is wet please fix this is not right

This place is the worst place to bring your car. Very bad customer service. The only reason I took my car there was because my insurance company sent me there. They are only looking to make as much money as possible! They kept saying that damage was not going to be covered through my insurance, so that they could make money from the insurance company and milk money from me as the customer! They took a whole week to have a mechanic look at my car. They wanted it to sit there because they make money by the day for having my car stored there. When I questioned their integrity the man became very hostile and said things like no matter what were going to make money ether way Its not my fault you got in an accident oh well you shouldnt have got in an accident I then requested my car be sent to another shop Pacific Ellite in Downey where the service was outstanding! Very fast and quick and the damage that A&B was trying to charge me for was actually covered by my insurance through the tests that they perform to determine if its accident related or not. So A&B lied when they said it wasnt covered! They are crooked thieves. They tried to steal my money while charging the insurance company also they took forever to transfer my car so they could be paid storage fees and they stole my spare tire right from my car! Im pretty sure they do good work but believe me they only care about money you would more likely get faster cheaper service somewhere else. If you notice a lot of the good reviews are done by family members or friends be aware of these crooked thieves. Id just go somewhere else. My experience Pacific Ellite was the best They gave me a time frame and it was done within two weeks as they stated where these guys said it would be a month maybe longer! Thieves!! They love those storage fees, lol dont be a sucker. When I stood up for myself I got insulted and my tire stolen. My rear bumper was slightly cracked on the left side when I took it in and that was not due to my accident but when I saw my car after they had it in their possession chunks of paint were taken off and it was extremely cracked all over! My 8 year old son even noticed the damage and asked what happened! My opinion they were upset that I didnt want their service and I called them out on their BS! Dont step foot in this place.They are crooked THIEVES

Good food

1. tried to give car back before color sanded good enough.... BAD ORANGE PEEL on 3 pannels.2. painted entire side of car but not the ground effect pannel ??? didnt even try to buff it and match it ? just left a bunch of sticky tape residue for me to deal with..3. some white paint overspray on the roof? my car is black!4. just very bad QC as far as paint matching goes. IMO the entire rest of the car should have at the very least been polished/waxed some how to at least try and match ...THE GOOD - body work is good, fixed a tail light thats been giving me crap for over a year.
