I had my new car (new to me), a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, less than 3 days when I was hit by another car and it caused an incredible amount of damage to my vehicle - over $10,000. My insurance company referred me to one of their pro shops and I am so happy it was Golden Auto Body & Paint!My car was wrecked! I thought for sure it was going to be totaled. Joyce, who is so amazing, was so reassuring and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. Bruno was so thorough and patiently answered all of my many, many questions. When I finally picked up my car, I was astounded! It was restored inside and out to the exact condition it was the day I drove it off the lot.I had a couple of issues recently, none to do with Golden Auto Body’s work, and long story short, I brought my car to them and the team took such good care of me. Carlos, in particular, has gone above and beyond. The driver’s side mirror has a 1/4 lined weird distortion (presumably for better blindspot visibility) and it’s a terrible “feature. Carlos is assisting me with solving this issue and I could not be more grateful! He is so attentive to all the needs of my vehicle from keeping it perfectly functioning to impeccably clean and wonderful about offering suggestions to extend the lifetime quality of my car.I highly recommend and trust Golden Auto Body. The services, professionalism, compassion, kindness, quality, and efficiency provided by Joyce, Bruno, Carlos, and the entire team are invaluable.After years of living in Los Angeles, I FINALLY have my GO TO SHOP!

I had a small front bumper repair. I was repeatedly placed on hold for at least 15 minutes and transferred again and again. Then they changed the date without contacting me. They price was way beyond what I expected by several thousands of dollars. The dates were way beyond what I was first told. I would definitely not recommend this place. It does seem to be a fraudulent place

Bruno and Carlos helped me take a decal off the hood of my car in 2 minutes! It was a huge emergency and they were so kind to take me for free and last minute. This place is the best. Highly recommend!

My insurance recommended to this place. I went for an estimate for damages to my car. I had already agreed with my insurance that I would be leaving my car here for repairs right after the estimate. Rental car was already agreed on as well. Once the estimate was taken, they tell me I can’t leave it until the following day at 8AM. When I ask why, I was simply told that there was no one there to work on it that day.I then tell them 8AM wouldn’t work for me because I work overnight and get off at 6. So he tells me to drop it off a whole week later at 8AM again with the same explanation that no one will be there to work on it until then. So when the hell do these people work? I then asked for a favor about simply reinstalling a custom part of my car during their work. A small attachment to my bumper which they were already going to be working on anyway. He quickly said no and told me to do it myself. I took my business elsewhere. And at this other business, customer service was amazing and they agreed on doing me the same favor that this location quickly denied. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time going here.

This is my first time Using This auto body shop. I originally was going to my shop of choice but Mercury ins suggested them. After going there and deaking with the amazing Robert....and looking up their yelp reviews, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did go with them. The service was terrific and they kept me up to speed with what was happening with my car. I got my car in a week. Super fast. Super friendly and all around helpful. I would recommend this shop to everyone. You wont be disappointed.

This place was an approved vendor through my insurance and also the closest to my home which is why I selected them. This review isnt about the quality of their work. The body work and repairs they did to my car was good. However, I would never use them again since it was evident they had tampered with my car unnecessarily and also stolen from me. A piece from the back of my steering wheel was clearly pried open for no reason, and put back. But because it was pried open, it doesnt lock back into place securely anymore. There is a clear gap between the space where it was pried opened and my steering wheel. I now have to take it to the dealer service to see if it can be repaired properly. A part from the door frame where one uses to open the door was removed, also unnecessarily, and wasnt even put back into place. It was just left in its slot. I had to put it back correctly. And finally, I had left some laundry items in the trunk, believing they wouldnt need to open the trunk at all, and even if they did, they wouldnt be interested in laundry products. I was wrong. An almost new bag of laundry detergent was missing, so clearly the staff there stole it since my car has not been anywhere else for two weeks. It was evident they thought I wouldnt miss such a small item. Their lack of care for my car overall and the theft has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be going back.

I have brought my Porsche there because I had a hit and run to the front bumper. I was fortunate I saw Carlos. He has done an amazing job in such a short time. I was extremely impressed and would go back any time. Would recommend this place to anyone and I am bringing my friend to him this week as well. Thank You Carlos!

I came in with damages on my truck and asked for an estimate for the damages. I then came back a while later asking to receive an updated estimate for the damages and was told to check back in a week. I did so and they told me they were awaiting new prices for the parts and told me theyd provide an update the following week. I did not receive an update and called again only to be told that the prices were fluctuating and they couldnt give me updated pricing, so I waited for two weeks only to be told they couldnt help me and they said, You should go somewhere else for the repairs. They wasted my time, gave me incorrect information, and failed to be honest and up front about what services they could provide me. I do not recommend using their service as they are unprofessional with poor follow through and lack of accountability.

I took my car in through Allstate Insurance and these guys were really good. Juan was very communicative and helpful, he called me regularly while my car was in the shop to keep me updated about the process of my car. I’m also very impressed with the production manager, Carlitos, who was willing to work with some of my requests for no additional charge and was very nice and patient towards me. On top of that, they gave my car a nice wash, and wiped down my interior. Lots of brownie points to these guys! Would def recommend 👍🏼

Im very particular in what I needed as a customer and Edward P. provided all information I requested (invoice of new parts) which you are entitled to. I tripled check all parts were original when replacing parts on my 2016 vehicle which the shop earned my trust. Ill definitely become a returning customer if ever needed.Ask for Edward P., hell take care of you and your vehicle.

Pretty good experience with the auto body professionals. The female administrative staff gets things wrong and frustrated me but the guys themselves and the work and the price have left me very satisfied. Abraham is so nice and kind, Im bringing my other car to him for repairs. I highly recommend.

I cannot begin to express the amazing experience I had at Golden Auto Body. From the moment I walked in I was created by the two front office gals who were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I met with Jack Pilivan and Carlos Villar who were both outstanding and consulted with me about the damage to my 2010 Chevrolet Traverse. The entire right side of my car was scrapped and dented to the point where my door would not close properly and the window somehow would not close and remained halfway open. After discussing the estimated quote, I was able to explain to them my financial situation and they did everything possible to lower the price and give me a great deal. I handed them my keys and walked out knowing and feeling that I was being respected and that they were being fair. I picked up my car a little over a week later and the car looked amazing, like new! The dents and scrapped were unnoticeable. The paint job flowed seamlessly throughout the entire car and to top it off they even gave the inside of my car a thorough clean. I cannot thank the golden auto body team enough and god forbid if I have any other accidents I know where I will go. I have already referred my roommate and friends to them because I know they will also be treated fairly. I am not usually one to leave such long reviews but this place deserves it and I hope that everyone will consider taking their cars here because they will not be disappointed!

I was referred here by my insurance company for repairs. I was quoted 2 weeks for the service, which was delayed to 3 weeks, which turned into 5.5 weeks due to complications in their own shop. I understand delays happen, but I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I had to call for updates, which were sparse in detail.I was satisfied with the final repairs, and the manager did apologize profusely, however I cannot recommend this location due to the lack of professional I experienced.

I had my car towed after an accident here.I did not want to get my car fixed here because I have an auto body shop that I prefer. They have non stop lied about my insurance tow truck company going there to pick up up. There was about 3 different lies from 3 different people, yet my tow service said they went their to pick it up. But their excuse was No one ever came and Oh we never got permission to release itThe manager was also VERY rude to me over the phone and had an attitude. They are all crooks and want money and will lie to get it and be dishonest.My car has been there 2 extra days now and now I have Storage Fees that are $150 a day.I will never work with this company AGAIN

This was a painless process thanks to Golden Auto Body & Paint. Having your vehicle damaged is a huge inconvenience, so its good to know to have a peace of mind of a great shop. I was helped by Edward Palafox, he kept me informed throughout the process.

If I could give this place no stars I probably would. We got In a car accident and our triple a guy recommended this place to us. He gave us a pretty good speech about how our insurance would try to send us somewhere cheap and how this auto body is REALLY REALLY good etc. this has not been my experience. My car has been in this facility for over a month and everytime I call to check the status of it they give me a stupid reason to why my car is not ready. The people working at this facility called us and told us our car would be ready on a Friday. August 5th. We call to follow up on the pick up and oh, we had to replace something on the bottom of the car and fix the side door that had damage uhm, duh thats why it was there for a month to begin with. Okay so we let that slide. Next call, it should be ready by Wednesday, nope, now his supervisor tells us that the engine isnt running smoothly, so their mechanic has to check it out and he wont be able to do that until Monday. Okay we let that one slide.. Monday comes and all he had to do was hit the reset button, now he has to polish and wash it so it will be ready Wednesday, MAYBE. More waiting.. Its washed and ready to go, finally!!! NOOOOPE! When they brought it out to us and a light comes on in the dash board.. Supposedly that light makes the break engage so it cant be driven. The mechanic has to check it again and will most likely be ready Thursday. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Incompetence at its best! Thats not the end of it but my blood pressure is going thru the roof. To finalize this they cant fix it now it has to go to the Honda dealership so someone there can fix the problem. The only good thing about this is probably the gentleman helping me, Edward, he is nice and helpful, his team just has to step it up! Its 2 weeks after they said it was ready and I still dont have my car. 😡
