If you are looking for a mediocre below average body work this is the place to come. If you are looking for quality auto body work stay away from this place. They were highly recommended by a family member and boy do I regret taking my Lexus to Legacy Auto Body Shop. They were paid $6250 to repair my left fender, headlight, bumper and wheel. 1st off the fender does not align, the color does not match, the paint is grainy in some areas, there are some paint drips on the bumper and the headlight did not work properly. I took my vehicle back 3 times and I am still very displeased with the work, they did not use Lexus dealer replacement parts on the headlight, fender or bumper. After I complained a few times about the headlight and one very rude employee who told me “to fix it my self”, they eventually replaced it with a Lexus dealer light and it works just fine but the rest of the work was not repaired and now my car has been devalued due to their horrendous repairs. They clearly cut corners and pocketed the money and I was left with a horrible repair job.Someone would think that in todays day in age a woman would be treated as equals, wrong we are still being looked at less than and in some cases stupid. It is ashamed the way I was treated as if could not see the numerous mistakes they had made on my vehicle. I am a trained mechanic both civilian and military.The 5 stars are BS on their reviews, at least it is to me due to my experience here. Do not take your vehicle here it you want a job done right.

I cant emphasize enough how good of a job they do here. Not only is their attention to detail second to none but their customer service is top notch as well. This was my second time using their services and I have to say that I have been incredibly impressed both times. If you have body issues with your car dont take your vehicle anywhere else.

This is a great shop. I am so happy with the job theyve done my vehicles. They do high quality work and will work with you. They help you with the whole process. Great customer service. And they will leave youre car looking like new. I highly recommend this body shop.
