I enjoyed the quality of services that we received. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I met 6 employees during my visits. I spoke with Al, who was very friendly. Every time that I call, it was something about his cheerful voice that made me want to do business at Signaroma. When I met Al in person, his personality was more than what I expected. He offered me water, coffee, and gave me the history about the company. Al communicated effectively throughout the entire process and assured me that I would be satisfied with the graphic designers work. Willie, was very friendly and he removed my old window decal in a fast manner. We laughed and killed time, while he was working. It made the time go by faster. Juan, and Ryan did a good job with installing my window decal and they also engaged in conversation. Willie, remembered me by my first name. Its good to see all the employees working together to get the job done. I dont recall the new receptionists name, but she was very nice as well. She was on her way home, about to drive away in her car. I asked her was the business closed, because I had to use the restroom. She said they are about to lock up, but you can use the restroom. She placed her vehicle in park, and escorted me back inside. I appreciate her going out of her way, because it was obvious that she had already clocked out for the day. I would definitely do business here again. Amazing service and quality of work. The employees are experienced and will do what it takes to get the job done. A raise would be nice!

I have been a loyal customer of Sigarama for about 6 years. Richard was always responsible and professional. So naturally when I had a another new project, I returned to them. Richard is no longer there and the customer service has suffered dramatically. The name was spelled incorrectly on my order. I had to wait weeks to hear back from Renay. I would constantly have to follow up via email, and then still didnt hear back. I called and left voicemails. Im sorry, but I should not have to wait months to start on a small project. Unfortunately, I am forced to take our business elsewhere.

A band I play in wanted to have the band logo put on the front of my bass drum head. I did some research online about options. Kevin at Signarama instantly took on the task of understanding how different options worked and what would work best for my situation. He offered to help with great excitement. This put me at ease. After emailing him a copy of the band logo, he sent me a photo of what the logo decal would look like on the drum head and told me what it would be made of and how to use it. Within a short period of time, he sent several logo decals to me in the mail. They look and work great! I was impressed with Kevin’s communication skills and delivery of a great product so quickly. The rudest people I’ve dealt with. I just bought a big business in Santa Monica and I was looking for a local sign company to do business with. I really wanted to use someone local since I was planning on doing a lot for my business. I called to ask for the owner to introduce myself and some English fellow answered and basically Interrogated me as to why I need to speak with the owner. I told him my story how I would like to do business with someone local and this employee hung up on me....big loss for you since I was planning on spending a lot of money for all my signage and banner needs. I have 100 employees, WE WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS THAT WAY.... a final thought, my old company that I sold a year ago (151 employees) spent thousands and thousand of dollars on signage and banners.

As a graphic designer, I have worked with Signarama on numerous signage projects for many years. With every assignment, they have always gone out of their way to be helpful, courteous, and deliver a high quality result. I recommend them highly for any project requiring signage.

I called Sign-a-Rama with a last minute request to make a banner for one of my colleagues who got a promotion. They were able to give me exactly what I needed in a 48 hour period.
