This is supposed to be a friend of the family. That did not prove to provide anything to my benefit. Initially spoke to Richard the owner requesting a business card design and print 500 cards. Initial communication was good follow through with horrible. Submitted logo to a young lady in the office via e-mail. requested an invoice so I can pay half up front and half at job completion. Never received invoice, sent another email requesting invoice again and did not receive avresponse for 3 business days. horrible customer service and terrible email response time. Somebody needs to teach this new generation about email etiquette. I will never do business with them and definately wont reger anybody to them. I would love to support Chicano business owners but truth must be told.
