Customer service is great, the prices are fair, i came here to buy my girlfriend a extension last minute. The employees there helped me out and were very nice. I recommend it to my girlfriend to visit here than the other beauty supply stores in the area. Good job!

I went to this local family owned business and I got to say I was impressed by the good quality of hair they have to offer. I was worried I wasn’t going to find what I needed but they were stocked with all the supplies I needed. I also gave this place 5 stars because of the customer service. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

This place has such great customer service! Not to mention they have the best products in town. The owners are super nice, I usually don’t write reviews, but when I walked in and felt welcomed and I was attended immediately I was pleased to leave as review to support this small business, definitely will be back!

Only a couple minutes away from me and they have all types of curly hair products. Girls that work there are prompt and knowledgeable.

Lets just say I will never spend another dime at this place. The Asian older lady who owns the place is a witch she watches you. They do nothing for the black community and never have but make money off of us. And have the nerve to have mexicans working only in the store. They also dont have prices on certain products and they charge what they want be careful. Ill never go back. Ill support the new black owned beauty supply in inglewood coming on market and labrea

Scam they show you human hair but sell synthetic hair when you purchase it check the hair. What a scammer plastic face looking clueless owner ! Rude and zero customer service . Made a quick pitstop here for some hair and face care products and thought it was alright. The best part was the staff who were all very friendly and helpful.

If I could give this place a zero I would. .I came in on a Wednesday afternoon looking for a human hair wig for my law school graduation and first a younge lady came to help me was very sweet and polite and she also had a lot of knowledge about the human hair Wigs and as I was picking out a couple of Wigs to try on a older new lady named Tina came and said she would help me and everything was fine until she tried to sell me a synthetic wig and call it human plus she was so rude omg. .I guess she thought I was a new costumer but I left so fast. .wow they should be ashamed of the costumer service they have now because the other two women that us to work there where great!

Excellent products and service. Workers are polite and have a lot of accessories and great quality wigs. Best place for hair products and accessories. Good service too.

Although this beauty supply has everything I need, the customer service over the phone really sucks. I had been trying to get in contact with the manager and called about 10 times and there where times they would send me straight to voicemail and or answer the phone then mute it. It wasn’t until I called from another number that they answered the phone and when I explained to them my frustration they continued to rush me off the phone because they said the store was busy. Never will I ever shop there again, I don’t care how close it is to my house

I have been patronizing this facility for well over a decade. Ive always been completely satisfied and found everything I need. I am a little high maintenance so that requires a wide selection.

Customer service sucked. They were out of alot of the products I was wanting. The saleslady seemed to careless, non responsive and clueless. She answered with a shrug and a I dont know which came across more like I dont know nor do I give a damn. Definitely wont go there nor recommend this place.Go to Eden Beauty better customer service from Mel and they are well stock.

Essie nail polish for $ 6 dollars. You cant beat that! New colors as well as oldies but goodies.

They gave me a lil hard time when I returned a concealer. I bought it the night before and went the very next day, and the gentlemen acted like he wasnt going to return it. It wasnt opened or used and I had a receipt.
