Alex was amazing ! We went in today to try on wedding dresses for my sister and he was such a delight. His whole attitude and energy was amazing. The first dress he helped picked out was the one she chose and fell in love with. And besides that luck, he was so reassuring and made sure my sister felt beautiful no matter what ❤

I thought going and buying a dress with my sister would be boring and long. Our sales rep Alex was very helpful and made the experience a lot better than expected. Went in looking for my wedding dress. They have nice wedding dresses but I’m not sure if the lady that helped us was just having a bad day or because it was busy but she basically told me that I had to commit to buying a dress that day in order to try on more dresses and get the help I needed with bringing out more dresses, finding the style that fit best, etc. She only let me try on one dress.

We bought our daughters dress here. One that other people tried to imitate and gotta say not the same quality. The money we spent on it was so worth it. If I have to get another dress I would definitely get it here or recommend this place.

Such a great experience working with Anitas Bridal Boutique, Emilio was very helpful as well of all of his staff. They had my daughters dress exactly when they told me they were going to have it. Her dress was a few sizes bigger but their tailoring work is amazing, that the dress fit her just perfect. Horrible customer service they all have attitude and “can’t keep the dress cause they don’t have room” we drove 2 hours away and they wants us to pick it up the day but Within 2 hours also they don’t keep up with appointments.

XV are expensive. Wasnt looking for a bargain I was looking to make my daughter happy and a feel special. First time we entered Anitas bridal was good. It was our first store, we wanted to keep our options open. My daughter tried on a dress which she felt in love with. But like stated before she wanted to keep her options open. Staff members insisted in if we left the store we might not find anything like it. After visiting other shops, she couldnt take her mind off the first dress. We went back to Anitas bridal, the dress was gone. Store staff stated that someone from out of state loved the dress and bought it as is.We tried other shops near our house, but my daughter just couldnt forget the first dress.We decided to make another trip to LA, the dress was back on display, she tried it on again and decided it was the one. We made the decision to order the dress and left half of the total price as installment.Dress pick- up day-This weekend we made the trip to LA to pick up dress and make final adjustments. I had called ahead to make appointment. On the phone staff reminded me 3 times to not forget about money. When we were directed to the fitting area, I saw my daughters dress on the floor in a plastic bag. You will think after paying so much money for a dress they would be more considerate about our money and treat the dress with more respect. The quality of the dress was also different the color also look different from the one she had tried on. I was warned about replicas. The dress need adjustments they told us it would be about 2 hours. I took less and the dress was ready in 45min. Dress needed to be pressed, I had wrinkles all over. They told us it would be another 30 min or so. Look this review is not to shame the store, I wanted to tell all the mothers out there looking for XV dress do your homework. They fooled me and my family. The store doesnt give store credit or refunds. Had no choice than to leave with the $800 dress. Ive done my research now and the original dress is $250-350. I was more upset at seeing the dress on the floor like nothing. Tip: if you decided to buy your dress here take your own petticoat, unless you want to buy theirs its $110-130. (They kept changing the prices) Amazon has them for about $20.

The ONLY place at the Fashion District who knows what customer service retail is! Jose & Emilio changed our whole experience for the better when we were shopping for my daughters Quinceañera dress. Every other shop wants you to buy from a catalog or a prop that you CANNOT try on. BUT NOT these guys! They were super attentive. Jose made my daughter feel comfortable in knowing she could try on the dress she wanted. And we got a great deal! Dont even bother with any other store, this is the place to come to get the experience and the dress! Having traveled from Las Vegas it felt really good to walk out having a dress ❤

Loved the store I went in as soon as you walk in the people greet you they make you feel welcomed I waited for Jose because he’s the one I had an appointment with he was awesome loved his customer service and how they’re all very helpful. I had already went to two other bridal stores without an appointment and instead of them being helpful they were rude and they told me they didn’t have any plus size dresses but once I walked into Anita‘s bridal store it was different they made you feel welcome even though I’m a plus size bride they had the dresses in all the sizes and they let you try it on without a hassle went back to get the bridal bouquet I will attach photos of the bouquet and the dress. Don’t waste your Time going to any other store just go straight to Anita’s bridal
