Lisa is a pleasure to work with and was very gracious helping me with a small necklace alteration for a family member. The price was very reasonable, the work was very timely and the vibe wouldnt have been more pleasant. This is why we look for small, independent stores. Ill definitely be back.

I am more than pleased with my experiences at No Roses Artisan Jewelry. This is a lovely place that truly is responsive to the point of being able to provide services beyond ones expectations. I had items I needed completed in a shorter amount of time and they returned to me, beautiful pieces of jewelry that will be worn for years to come. The artistry is clearly important. I have, over the years, experienced many personal jewelers. Over the years, a couple of them were as kind as Lisa. However, I will honestly say that Lisa has everyone beat in terms of her artistry, not to mention her speed and sunny disposition throughout the process. I always find buying jewelry or dealing with jewelry a bit stressful. Lisa made my jewelry experience low stress. I could easily come over after work to pick up my items. She texted me pictures to keep me in the loop during the process. She even has a cute spaniel Ziggy who greets you immediately after walking through the door... certainly a perk. My pieces were custom orders and she did a fabulous job. I will be back. I believe her work suits any occasion that involves jewelry. I am really glad I found her. She pretty much was the only person I could find who could deliver the jewelry services I needed.

Lisa helped me design both my wedding band and engagement ring using heirloom diamonds from both sides of the family. Both rings are absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! She even gifted me a pair of diamond earrings with the leftover diamonds she didn’t use in the wedding band! I couldn’t believe it - how thoughtful! She is incredibly talented and was also very patient while answering my *many* questions throughout the process. She is transparent and honest as well which I truly appreciated. Thank you, Lisa!

I am very happy with the fact that this is a convenient place downtown to get jewelry fixed. They also have advice on if they cant fix it, where you can go. In addition to selling high end jewelry they can fix watches and earrings and more.
