Very courteous and explain everything very well regarding your vehicle. Also, noted other clients installing the Smart start in their vehicle. They are certified. If that service is needed. They also speak Spanish for more assistance.

Did not get a chance to speak to anyone regardless that they were all at the entrance of the shop. Stood around the car alarms, paced back and forth and no one had the courtesy to ask if Ive been helped or to hang on for a min because theyre all doing something, nothing I guess their business is doing good to attend one more customer. Poor people skills, bad attitude and cero customer service skills.You couldnt pay me to come back here.
