Personable, knowledgable, all around awesome staff at this store. Not only do they thoroughly know their stuff; they take pleasure in sharing the wisdom, making suggestions. While dropping off my old laptop for repair, my daughter called from Denmark to ask me about backing up her laptop. I had no idea, but the gentleman taking in my computer, talked her through it. After that, my appreciation and loyalty expanded exponentially.Oh, and this is my second time there in about 18 months (two different machines); each time their work is fantastic.

Love this place! Mathew and team do great work with repairs, custom builds, upgrades, etc. All of it is Apple certified too. They also buy and sell used machines at great prices. Cant recommend them enough if you are needing any of the above with your Mac.

Ive had the best interactions with this company ever since I found them online, after just a simple search. It didnt take too long to decide who I was going to go to for my Mac needs. I had a few great email exchanges with Mathew (who was both personable and knowledgable), then went to the store itself. I only had the opportunity to deal with Mathew and he was fantastic! He represented the whole store well, was very courteous to myself and the other employees, cracked a few jokes and made me happy to give them my money! :) I would gladly recommend Mac Enthusiasts all day long!

Never coming back here paid $260 for a battery replacement the new battery was loose it just bounces inside my computer, I asked as a favor to re do the thermal paste the guy said yes no problem and it was not done replaced I ended up doing it myself it cost me 7$ for a tube of thermal compound now I am the proud owner of some f...ing thermal compound I only needed a dab of.

Run dont walk! Matthew is still the owner/driver of his expert team and super-club devoted to all things Apple. He cares, he speaks english and gets to the point for getting you the right stuff and making your Apple experience THE BEST! I have been devoted for 15 years going on more.

Everybody else is like you need a new hard drive... These dudes are like, no actually you just need this wire replaced... and it works!! Money is saved.. Honest place! I recommend. (Mac Book Pro)

This summer I had the honor of working on a television production which called for a diverse magnitude of Macintosh electronics. Purchasing $60,000 worth of phones, iPads and iWatches outright was obviously not an option, so we reached out to the industry standard in Apple rentals in Los Angles. We were immediately greeted by Matt, the team leader of the company and expert in his field. Renting this amount of equipment can at times be nerve-racking in a position that I am in, in regards to keeping a proper inventory or even keeping the items from succumbing to damage. However, Matt and his team were knowledgeable, communicative, and did everything possible to meet all of my worries. The detailed paperwork made it possible for us to keep track of the property, and the packaging of the items themselves were wonderfully executed, not to mention, very user-friendly to transport from one location to the next.If this is the type of rental and experience you are looking for, then give MAC Enthusiasts a call and ask for Matt! You will not be disappointed!

Mac Enthusiasts saved my life! My Mac book pro crapped out on me and I first took it to Melrose Mac, they kept quoting me higher and higher and wouldn’t explain to me what happened to my Mac. Not these guys! They were so friendly and took the time to explain to me why my logic board died. They quoted me a reasonable price and fixed my Mac. It’s like brand new! They were also able to keep all my files intact (I backed them up just Incase but it’s so nice not to have to move everything). If you’re looking for a reasonably priced fix they are your people! Plus is comes with a 90 day warranty.

These guys are brilliant! They not only really helped me out of a jam, they gave me a small part completely free of charge that can be bought online for a few dollars but for which retail outlets like Radio Shack and Apple (the evil empire) are consumer gouging by selling for almost $70. Love these guys and cant recommend them highly enough.

These guys saved my *ss! Poured a bottle of water into my Mac Air yesterday. Got a referral to these guys and went straight over. In less than 24 hours they were able to recover my hard drive. Mario called me at 7:30p to update me. Waiting on repair estimate while I also decided to purchase a 13 inch Air to supplement my system. Thanks to all at Mac Enthusiasts for taking care of me. This is the only place to go for all things Apple. Run by competent people and is a nice experience. I look forward to visiting the store every time I go.

Mac Enthusiasts an establishment sweet for greed. Came in to get my Macbook pro battery replaced. They where planning to charge me a 100$ for the battery and 60$ for their service. I refused and bought the same battery with tools included for 33$ on amazon. I took me under 15 minutes to install the battery. A business that tries to make 500% profit of its costumers is a business not worth going to no matter how fancy it might look.

Service is great and equipments are good condition to rent. Been renting with them for 2 years now.

I dont have enough adjectives to describe MacEnthusiasts. They are beyond fantastic. Their staff is knowledgeable and kind plus they are so dependable. MacEnthusiasts is the best computer store in LA.

Everyone I spoke to seemed nice but the overall experience was poor. I brought in my older MacBook Pro that was having startup issues and paid $45 dollars to have them look at it. I was supposed to hear back in 3 business days so I called to follow up on day 4 or 5. I was told I would be contacted shortly but that turned into another few days. Finally when they reached back out I was told there was an issue with my graphics card and it would cost $550 dollars to fix. The computer was barely worth that much so I declined and they didnt really have any other solutions so I was out the $45 bucks and about a week of my time. I get the computer back and try a little hole in the wall place on Pico and Arlington and the guy has my computer working in less than 3 days for only $200 with a 3 month warranty. Wish I would have gone with him first.

These guys are good! I only needed two missing screws for the base of my 2008 MacBook Pro. Of course I went to the Apple store and they were of absolutely NO HELP! I stopped by Mac Enthusiasts which wasnt far away and told them of my plight and in a few short minutes they found and installed the missing pieces. And to boot, they did it Free of Charge! Now you cant beat that with a stick! I always say - If you can trust people with the small stuff, you can give em a try on the bigger issues. Mac Enthusiasts has certainly made a great first impression. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Literally the most shockingly, rude, dismissive, computer ignorant, caddy, and money grubbing commuter repair and retail sales location I have ever patroned. I was charged 2500 for two 6 year old computers that were both not functional within 60 days of the 90 day warranty that came with the units. Really shocking level of nastiness and greed and the unending line of wealthy west side elderly people and the computer inept is the only reason the store is open. The only thing that this store and its staff are interestedin is taking your money and as much of it as possible. You have been warned. RUN!

Best place to have anything apple serviced. Put a SSD drive in my old iMac and it is better than when it was new.

Very polite, professional, reliable, trustworthy and fast. Pricey but worth it.
