I got water damage on my MacBook Pro and would not turn on and my touch bar was broken. After a week of fixing he was able to fix both my touch bar and my laptop at an amazing price. Great experience and would definitely use their service again.

Chris was absolutely amazing. My mid-2014 MacBook Pro 15 Retina was getting power but no longer charging the battery, and I discovered after I replaced the old battery myself that the remaining charging issue was most likely due to some corrosion on the logic board. Of course, the Genius Bar had told me that because some of the liquid sensors were tripped that it would be a minimum $1200-1500 fix and that the entire board would need replacing-which is absolute insanity. Knowing the issue wasnt that deep and absolutely hating the fact that Apple has a wasteful and expensive policy of throwing out the baby with the bathwater, I was very pleased to have found this place in LA having moved here last year from NYC. Good logic board repair techs are hard to come by more and more these days, and this place did the job fast, honest, and thorough. I thought I was going to have to ship my laptop to Rossmann in NYC, but this place absolutely delivers the same level and quality of service for board-level repairs. The repair was a MERE FRACTION of what Apple wanted to charge me and this repair was a lot less wasteful as well. He also cleaned out all of the remaining dust inside so it now runs a lot less hot that it was as well. Thank you so much and I will absolutely come here should I need any other repairs of this nature. 100% recommend!

Before I called them for help with my 2018 MacBook Pro, I already had a chance to spend many hours speaking with Apple’s tech support as well as tons of private smaller size computer repair shops. No one had a solution for my issues. I was already at a point of throwing my MacBook Pro into trash can and going out to Apple store and buying myself a new one. One day while performing Google search for MacBook repair shops, my search results returned Mac EzPc with their telephone number as a means of contact. I gave them a call, spoke to a super friendly representative, who ended up being one of the business owners, he listened to the details of the problem with my MacBook Pro, then with 100% confidence told me to bring in my MacBook on one of the weekdays when they are open, told me right from the start, with full confidence that it will take them two to four hours to fix my issue and that complete cost for my repair would be $220 total. I was so impressed with the fact that they were the only repair shop in greater Los Angeles area, who with full confidence assured me that they could fix my computer that I decided to give them a chance and drove 25 miles from my home in Woodland Hills California to their shop on my day off on Monday morning. When I arrived to their shop, I was greeted by a super friendly business owner, who remembered our phone conversation, offered me a cold bottle of water, took my MacBook into the back to perform the necessary repairs and asked me if I wanted to wait for it or come back for it in 2-4 hours once the repair work is completed. Considering that I live 25 minutes away from the shop, I chose to wait inside their shop. After approximately two hours of sitting in their waiting room on very comfortable leather couch, drinking cold water and listening to great music that they had playing in the shop, I was told that my MacBook Pro is repaired and that I need to pay exactly $220 as I was initially quoted over the phone for my repairs. They installed latest Big Sur iOS for me, allowed me to enter my own admin password and complete quick tests to be sure that my MacBook was fixed and is working again as it did when I purchased it three years ago. After such a pleasant experience, I drove back home with a fully functional computer and an excellent, top notch professional service from Mac EzPc repair shop. Thank you so much for your help with fixing my MacBook Pro. I will definitely be back if I ever need more repairs and will definitely recommend Mac EzPc repair shop to all my friends and family.

I took my laptop to have a cleaning done and to have antivirus installed, they gave it to me the next day, I check the laptop at my house and I realize that it is the same as I gave it to them, I return to the store the next day and I They say that it does NOT have antivirus and that the problems are normal they offered me to do things right, but if they didnt do it at first, nothing assures me that they will do it right the next time, what bothers me is that they told me lies, $ 70 was what I lost doing business with these non-professional people, a bad experience and I definitely dont recommend them.

I initially thought this place was great but when my brother took place as great. The staff was friendly and fast and I even went into a second repair with them. HOWEVER after the 2nd repair my computer stopped functioning, since it was an older computer I started using my backup tablet for most of my professional work. But once my brother, who is a computer expert, took a look at my computer It was clear to him that the way the way they repaired this computer was incredibly careless and unprofessional. Several screws were missing/misplaced, several parts had been severely damaged/bent, and multiple fire hazards had been created because of their repair. Once I connected them about this they went silent and refused to respond. I am not the type of person who writes this kind of review but the people at this business literally put me and probably multiple other customers in danger by their malpractice. DO NOT give them money, it is not worth it.

I don’t write reviews too often but then again I don’t come along such great deals too often. This should literally be your last stop on researching a place to fix your computer. Why? I was quoted 33% less then another five star rated service in the area. And I had my problem fixed the same day. Couldn’t ask for a better turnout than that. on top of that the owner is super cool to speak with and clearly knows his stuff. God forbid I ever have another problem, I’ll be certainly coming here for the rest of my days.

These guys are great at fixing MacBook logic board issues. I have brought them several MacBooks and they have repaired many for me. We have a repair store further away and we do not work on MacBook logic boards so we bring them all here to this shop because we trust them and they do great work. Sent Macbook in for repair it was over 7 weeks getting it back. I email 15 times and never got a response. After several calls I finally got someone to answer and was told oh its ready now. Im really glad I found this place because the service was EXCELLENT. I got a new Macbook Pro and ended up getting the Laptop not turning on and spent a couple of hours trying to fix it myself without success. On Youtube the suggested way to do it required taking the macbook apart and I didnt want to do that, so I went in to Ezpc and he was able to help me with it in just a few minutes. Really friendly, great service with no hassle. Compared to the amount of money that Apple was asking to get it fixed, it was around 75% less than genuises bar. Will definitely come back! I initially contacted them for a quote online, got responses within minutes with detailed questions and answers. The fast, detailed response combined with the great reviews I read online previously convinced me to visit the shop. The shop has a great, fun vibe and everyone I interacted with was not only knowledgable but also seemed to really care about making sure I was satisfied. I got my laptop back within just a few hours with a brand new screen and battery, along with a cleaning! I am EXTREMELY cautious with my electronics as they are how I make my living but I would trust the team at EZPC without a seconds thought with even my most sensitive and important gear. I am already planning on taking another laptop I have back to them to have the battery upgraded. There are a thousand qualified shops in LA but I will ALWAYS go to EZPC first and so should you.

All the reviews are true. These guys are good. I cant believe they were in HP. I had a broken screen on my wifes iPhone 4S. I spilled wine on my MacBook Air keyboard. Wifi and bluetooth went out. Apple Store Genius Bar inspected and said it would be $750 to replace most of the guts and probably take a week. Computer cost $1200 and I cant be without it because I use it for all of my business! Chris, the owner of EZPC, inspected it, showed me the problem, cleaned it up a bit, and replaced the wifi unit. $60 and 15 minutes. Great guy, great to have him in the neighborhood.

Had my 2015 macbook pro totally die unexpectedly. Apple told me Id need a full replacement but the guys at EZ-PC had me back up and running within a week! Reasonably priced, and able to diagnose the real issues, not just tell you to replace.

My laptop was running extremely slow due to cable issue. After a point it was not even detecting the hd. I took my laptop to the ezpc repair center and the guy immediately checked it and replaced the cable. My laptop started up normally and was running faster now.
