Expect a little bit of a wait when checking in. But dont worry. Its comfortable. Chair, water. Good temperature inside.The people here were great. They could tell I was struggling with my equipment and they helped every step of the way. Even while one of them was on their lunch break.They do not take tips.Great people!

Entrance at PIRU street was a little confusing since the intercom there needs ringing for entry. This is a great place to retrieve items if delivery isnt an option... Staff here are professional and friendly and will help you as much as possible during these trying times. Recommend to all other customers to check in at their office prior to pulling up to the dock... Oops my bad...

It was quick and easy to pick up my refrigerator and television from here.

No one answers when you ring the bell I suggest to keep ringing until someone comes or else you can wait all day.

I thought it would be a drag having to go to their warehouse, but I was greeted by professional, fast, and very helpful service.

Will call pick up process takes too long with no communication or updates provided. A simple order pickup where you provide your order details at the office the drive around to the pick up door. Waited for ten minutes with no one coming to the door . I finally got someone’s attention. The only update was we are working on it

This warehouse is way way to far from our house but had no choice cause I had to pick up a Refrigerator and couldnt wait for no week to have them Deliver one to us .

This place was 💯 better than Compton store, no waiting in line and we didnt have to put our names on a waiting list, customers service was great

Placed an order for same day pick up the guy reconfirm and reconfirm order will be ready for same day pick up over the phone.My wife arrive at location without knowing she had to received an email first.no problem our fault i guees but they told her to come back 1 to 2 hours.She waited for 3 and went back and nothing no order.To make it short, she waited for over 8 hours and they still gave her a hard time and didnt give her product they said it will be ready tommorow.We really needed item and waited 8hours they still had a bad attitude.Worst service

This is a warehouse that is used by Best Buy. Customer may come here after they have made a purchase from the store or the website using the Will Call option for pick up. The closest store location is 230 Towne Center Dr, Compton, CA 90220 off the 91FWY exit Alameda St toward Compton.

Dont do pickup here it will take you over 1 hour just to pick up 1 item and I was the only person in line.Best buy is losing ground had problems with my order from beginning to start!! Couldnt change pick up name... was on the phone for over 30min just to be told there is nothing they can do.I will be a Amazon + newegg only kinda person no more bestbuy. ✌🏻

I bought a tv from best buy. Told me to pick it up in an hr. I went to the warehouse it told me to pick it up from and no one answered. I drove to compton best buy and the manager Ken was very nice and helpful. Told me there is no phone number to call best buy. I was like how can I get my tv if best buy warehouse is closed and they dont know when they will open again or no phone number. I was frustrated understandably. I was then directed to drive to best buy 109 in west LA. Drove there and they told me I have to wait another 30 min. Im currently still waiting at the geek squad area waiting to see if I can get my tv from them. Really bad customer service overall in general. I can see why amazon and other online services are so big. The aggravation of going out and trying to pick up something you bought and is yours is such a hassle. Never again best buy! You got me this time......

From the store you send me to the lousy cellarService, it lasted more than 30 minutes waiting and for them to say that they can not deliver my products that had problems with the system ... and they gave me a number to call customer service and in the phone call they tell me that everything it was good that my order was ready to be picked up ... those in the winery only made it for me out of emotion ... but in the end they gave me the products
