I came here for a book signing for Matty Matheson. All the staff was nice and attentive and organized. It was definitely a fun experience all around and they did a good job hosting the even. More than enough room and the catering was delicious

Cute little outdoor shopping district, small, but perfect if you like more intimate experiences. I like the urban outfitters there, and it’s close to amoeba records and doesn’t feel super tourist heavy

Trendy, fashionable, fun and a great selection at reasonable prices - particularly the sale prices. great staff and the sales floor is well designed, attractive and interesting.

Picked up some nice souvenirs here like a tiny book. The clothing styles look just like UO, but more of it. The home decor section was fun to browse through. They had David Shrigley designs available at the time. There was also a soundcheck going on for a concert that would be held in the stores backyard that evening. I liked the energy and brightness, very hipster yet unpretentious.

This places was really cute but I went for the joji concert It was so much fun!

Nastiest staff, came here for a private performance and a young Asian female with dreadlocks. Was terribly rude in guiding “Vip guests” in front of patrons who have waited outside in line for hours. To which her response was “they’re our guests” thanks dear I’m a guest too I paid for a meet n greet. But I guess I don’t matter! 😂

This place was in Hollywood by the walk of fame and I thought the prices would be out of this world high but was I ever so wrong there were so many cute different kind of things at very Reasonable price ranges for all different shapes and sizes!

The staff go out of there way to create a Comfortable inevitable environment because every time i go in the store I always see the patrons Longing about leaning on the wall reading the paper with out the fresher of buying anything or being told to buy something it seem to me that people just go there to relax but Im shore they probably do O.K do to the zen like approach.

Im giving it 1 star because the location is awesome. Other than that, this is not a place for manners or boundaries. Took my daughter here on Friday, 1/12/18 to see Borns & buy his new album. We had just seen him play at The Viaduct 2mos ago & were really excited. We went to buy the album that was SUPPOSED to be LIMITED. As I was buying 2 albums the clerk that helped me had no idea how to handle a CASH transaction. She also stopped & helped 3 OTHER PEOPLE on the same register ALL WHILE HOLDING MY $100 BILL & forgetting whos it was. Then it turns out that we werent going to GET our albums. Theyd be sent to us. If that was the case, I never wouldve went down there!! She hurried us off the register & when I was making sure she had the correct info for my # & address she didnt answer or anything. Very bad customer service from the BEGINNING.Fast forward 2 hours later in line the person handling the line, mentioned wristbands. Well, I never got ANY wristbands. In fact, the clerk NEVER mentioned ANYTHING about wristbands to me. So, the guy said no problem, just go in with my receipt & theyd issue the wristbands. My daughter stayed in line while I went to get the wristbands.The clerks acted like I had 2 heads. I ask to see the manager. They bring down this lady that looks homeless & like she just woke up. Her name is apparently TANYA & she is the head of events. That alone is ludicrous because I NEVER wouldve thought that by her looks & behavior. But, her look isnt relevant. What IS relevant is that shes the most +RUDE & THREATENING* person Ive EVER dealt with, especially in a customer service situation. She had the nerve to accuse me of either lying/stealing/selling the wristbands,. The wristbands were $28. Puuullleeese!! Im a 48yr old Mom taking her 16yr old daughter to a record release show. Why on earth would I do any of those things? The majority of our house is furnished thru UO & I had more than that ladys weekly paycheck in my WALLET in CASH to spend at their store after the show. To accuse me of anything like this is absolutely ridiculous & has NEVER happened in my 48yrs. I know for a FACT that my daughter & I dont look homeless, ghetto, or criminal because were NOT. Ive NEVER felt my safety was in jeopardy like I did that night dealing with this TANYA lady. Even more sad, she was a black girl who was being racist to ME!! Due to HER behavior, I will NEVER buy anything again from UO or anything that has to do with BORNS because any artist that is ok with their fans being treated this way, is NOT COOL with me. Ive been in customer service 30yrs & have been a serial concert goer since 1983 & have NEVER been treated this way or been in this type of situation. Its outrageous & I plan on telling every person I can, online & off.
