I paid for the print up front and after I was assured by an employee named Po that I would have my print by this afternoon was left without response for the weekend at least! No clue when or if I will receive this piece. Called several times with no answer. The website has the Perfect Image open hours posted as being from 8-8 M-F. I went to the shop before 7pm Friday evening to check on my print in person and they were already closed. This company is completely unreliable.I am livid.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my process designing my signs. This is my first time coming to them and will come back as well as recommend anyone! Their work plus their customer service made this process hassle free. Thank you so much!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called them to try to find out what color modes a vinyl print would need to be in before I sent the file to them. The man who answered the phone gave me my answer and I thanked him for his help. Moments later, he called me back and started demanding to know why I called his shop. I explained to him politely that I just wanted to know if their printers accepted a specific color mode and hed given me the answer I was looking for. I even said I appreciated your help, thank you. Then he said, clearly frustrated, what a waste of time. I said, thanks, and hung up. It actually wasnt a waste of time for a few reasons: for one, it helped me to know how to set up my file before sending it to them, and two, it helped me see how unprofessional they were and that I should send my work to a different business.

Customer service at perfect image printing is amazing. They broke down all the different options they have and what the difference between them would be. They were very helpful and understanding and helped me through the process and got it done quick.

Everytime I have come to perfect image printing they have always been very Professional and get the work done on the time that they have specified before. I would trust them when I am in need for a print in a hurry and need to get it done fast.

I was in a pinch (ran out of paper), needing to photocopy some paperwork. Thank goodness for Google-- found Perfect Image Printing and gave them a try. Wow -- what a great atmosphere. The employees were so friendly and helpful. The prices for self-serve were inexpensive, too. This copy place is so much better than the average big-brand copying facilities; its got actual character, great customer service, and a cozy vibe.

This is where I go whenever I have to print something. Its close by, and the staff are courteous. They just make the whole thing easier than it would be if I went to anyone else. Great printing, Los Angeles

I was in a bind when a high-level executive at my company accidentally forgot his business cards for a series of very important meetings in Los Angeles which is across the country from where I was located. I was so thankful to have found Perfect Image Printers who were not only able to deliver 500 business cards to his hotel the next morning but their services were affordable and of high quality. I highly recommend to anyone needing fast, quality, and affordable printing services!

The in-depth email I wrote to management about me experience.Attn: Mike/FreddyMike,I’m writing this email to bring to light a situation in which I encountered as a customer of Perfect Image Printers. Please read carefully, and I think you will find that you are disappointed in the service you are providing. I came into your business on Monday July 22nd, where I asked questions about having some business cards made. I showed the employee the unpolished design I had in mind; I was told to email the changes in specific detail of what I had in mind and that it would be same day turn around. I sent the email that evening. Thursday the 25th I had not received a response back, so I came into the store to make sure my email was received. They looked it up and said that it wold be completed on Friday, I did have some changes on the design that I wanted to make, (1revision) but the cards were not completed til Tuesday. Which I was still not angry about. Paid for same day turn around, received it 8 days later, but whatever I can deal with that. This is when I picked up the most unprofessional business cards. They were on the thinnest paper imaginable, they did not have the border I wanted and the top of the cards were bleeding where they cut them. If I gave these to my clients I would be laughed at, and that is no overreaction. I told the employee (Asian with the glasses) that I was unhappy with the quality, and that I simply couldn’t use these as they were not what I ordered, and in no way professional. So I was willing to still give this business another chance, and asked the same employee to give me the pricing for the velvet card with raised imagery and foil printing. He wrote information down and said I would have a quote by the evening or the next day. When today at 5:20 arrived I still had not received the quote. The final straw. I went to your business asked to speak with the manager Freddy, who honestly was nice and knowledgeable. My issue is I told him all of this and all he could say was that he was sorry but that PROFESSIONAL IS RELATIVE, and that many people had these kind of cards, but the examples I saw in the book were 100 times more professional than what I received. I left the business cards( the entire box of them and refused your store credit so that you could see the poor quality for yourself.) I don’t want anything for free I want good quality and customer service. I gave your business multiple chances and every single time it fell drastically short. I’m sure you will not have the respect for me to refund me for the inept job that was done, but I hope you do. I could have printed the same quality for 9.99 at vista print all day. Instead I paid 114 for high quality and received a joke. Please do better in the future. Don’t screw people over and get employees that are responsive and care about your business enough to do their job. I do respect a reply from you sir. I also do expect you to recognize that this is unacceptable, and please do not waste my time by saying “you’ll be happy to give me store credit”. Sincerely a customer that did my part and walked away with not one thing for my $114.95. I’ll be posting this and email and your future response on every review site their is.Best,

Five stars for giving my local newspaper a kickstart in the right direction. I needed a large-volume offset printing in Wilshire where I work, and Perfect Image Printers got me the best volume deal. Ill be back for the next edition!

Great service, friendly people there to help me feed my poster addiction. Seriously. Photos, paintings, and images turned to posters covering every inch of my walls. My roommate threatens murder, but I dont care, and these guys have the best poster printing in Wilshire. Thanks Perfect Image!

Ive found most printing services in Wilshire arent really interested in the service aspect of the business. Perfect Image Printers is the first instance Ive run into that treated me like a valued customer, not like a walking dollar symbol.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard “No we don’t do that” when I’ve asked these guys if they can print something for me. They always lay out my price in advance, and let me know what’s going on with my project if there’s a snag. Great work guys, too bad there’s not more printing companies in Los Angeles like you
