Ive been coming here specifically for Ankara and I dont go anywhere else in the city! The two ladies are always nice and keep the Flyers fabrics always!!!

The only place in the LA Fashion district that sells African/Ankara fabric. Definitely go here if you plan on making or designing anything African inspired.

Well I called twice before coming to no avail but a BET Rep told me how reputable this place was. I was looking for kente cloth for an exhibition/ walked in to drake and wiz kid s song jamming. An older guy owns the store but his helper Cliff was very enthusiastic and helped me immensely. 50 dollars later I was on my way/ it only took 10 mins or less. 😘

I drove from Virginia just to go to Mood. I cant wait to go back and spend more time there. Im very new at sewing and the staff was extremely helpful! Next time Im hoping to see Swatch! See you again soon Mood!

Sooooo many buttons and fabrics. Moods really is a treasure trove of haberdashery. I think Gok Wan would approve! I now feel inspired to mix it up, girlfriend! Starting with a few blue buttons to liven up my cardigan. Loved it.

Fantastic fabric store! There were so many wonderful contemporary fabrics.. and the sales force was knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience and cant wait to order my new curtain fabric!

Great Fabrics but I was disappointed that it was not actually owned by Africans and the fabric had on it that it was from Holland so what kind of confusing but overall a great experience

If I could give zero stars I would. Because they have zero customer service. They did not greet me at all and when I asked for help they lied about fabric prices. Over priced. False advertisement NOT African/African American owned they dont even know the fabrics. Do not be fooled by the fake/paid reviews. FIND ANOTHER STORE.

Nice section of African fabrics (Wax, Kente, Mud Cloth and wovwn peints). Customer service was excellent. Picked up a couple of nice pieces for several upcoming projects.

Lied about being black owned! The owners father was there and refused to answer any questions from black customer. He stated I dont speak to those people Racist!!! Dont shop for African fabrics there where they hate Africans/African Americans

This place is a rip off they kept going up on the price of the same items. Do not waste your time or your money.

Very rude, overpriced, not black owned with no care of authenticity. Dont listen to paid reviews. Plenty of others to buy Afrikan fabrics from.

Its one of the few wholesale distributors around for African prints on fabric.

They dont know history and stuff about what they are selling.
