Its managed by old korean couple..horrible layout of store..bad customer service. Products were old and opened..some sun damaged...owner makes up prices..nothings labeled..he sizes u up..then makes the price

Close to my work and a lot of selection although prices are higher than the bigger chain stores. Happy to still see a mom and pop business in the city.

Stopped by for my online order pick up. Everything went smoothly. Well stocked store and rather than finding street parking I recommend parking in their lot behind the store just go through Carls Jr parking lot.

Easy to spot from Western Ave. Had to get parts for my scooter and it worked out. Beats going to Lowes or Home Depot. Support Local Shops!

The store clerks were really friendly and took the time to help me understand how to use the items I was purchasing. Seeing that I am a hardware novice, I appreciated that. The item I was buying was cheaper than at the other stores that I had searched as well.

Oh my GOD, they have answers to all your plumbing questions. I went to Lowes and Home Depot more than a dozen times and waisted 3, 4 days for my new whole house water filter and softner installation project. No one had answers and had no correct fits.Someone suggested to go there and I got the right answers with the parts I needed at once. It took 10 minutes!I have done the project in a day.Prices are even cheaper then those big box stores. I lived Mid Whishire for my life, I should have known earier.

This has been in my neighborhood for a long time and I always try to avoid coming here. The staff is rude. The prices are almost twice anywhere else. I think they know they can gouge us during Corona virus cuz theres not much in the way of competition in the area. I just dread coming here every time.

One of the nicest hardware stores Ive ever been to. Packed to the gills with useful and also frivolous adorable stuff. Canning needs? Toys for kids? Gorilla shelving racks? Keys made? All of that stuff. Lots of staff to question. Dont count on parking on that block though.

Helpful and quick in and out. Excellent service always. I only needed a foot of ABS and they hooked me up. Parking in back through Carls Jr. The return policy is typical mom and pops but worth it.

I havent gone there yet, but, Ive been there lots of times. They usually have what I need. Prices are good, too. 😀

The parking lot is tiny but they always have what you need here. Prices can be on the higher side most times. They can configure garage openers here too, I didnt know that so that was cool instead of having to go to home depot.

Came in for a bolt, and was told th one I picked up wouldnt work. Instead of helping me find the one I needed the guy went back behind the counter and back to his cellphone. Must be awesome to sit around and get paid to be on your phone, rather than help customers.

What I like about this hardware store is the people here actually know things about home projects. These folks know a lot and have a good store.

I purchase the glue yesterday and they did not tell me how to use it. When I use it they pop up and messed all me furniture and my cloth. I called to ask if U could get a refund, all I get is NO and they told me to write on a google.Here you go. Your customer service sucks!

Yesterday I bought 30 feet of white rope for $48 including tax.But its over eight times more expensive than the Home Depot.So I called the next day and asked for a refundI went there because they told me to do that, but they didnt do that, so I couldnt give credits, and of course there was no refund.No matter how local it isOne or two times arent expensive, and after a day, I was wrong and I just thought I lost money and I didnt like to fight, but I don’t feel very good.The very next day, I went to Home Depot and bought a rope 100 feet thicker than I bought here for $20.If you buy it here, you have to buy it for 100 feet, $163.The lady said, “We don’t know how much we sell at a home depot or something…We just sell it like this.You talked unkindly, but...
