I dont know her name, but her customer service is top notch! As a matter of fact, I just left there and she let me borrow her tool--in addition to giving me a detailed description of how to change the washer in the kitchen faucet! I appreciate small businesses and I hope this one remains in the West Adams Community! A Community member since 1996 and I this hardware store has helped me fix multiple problems over the years! Two thumbs-up for Sonora Hardware.. Absolutely love this little do it yourself hardware store as compared to Orchard and Home Depot where you just get lost looking for one item the first five to fifteen minutes and cant find an employee to help you or point you in the right direction. I recommend Sonora Hardware to everyone in the neighborhood and from out of town contractors working in this neighborhood.. Save time and money today, tomorrow or in the future. I searched for a hardware store near me and this one was to close in 30 minutes. I was less than a mile away on a thursdayand they were already closed when i arrived. They need to update store hours if theyre not going to closed before 6PM.
