Ordered a grill through the owner, Jim, who was very friendly and graciously offered to have it delivered and assembled for us. A mixup resulted in the wrong model being delivered; when we called Jim, he had it replaced with the correct model within four hours. Wonderful, friendly service. Well be back.

Newland hardware has been around for years and the people who work there also know everything about hardware

As a former retail/business owner, I must write that my experience here was the worst experience I have ever had with a brick and mortar. I came here and had let the person working the front counter know that I was in need of renting the smallest snake possible for a shower drain. They directed me to, what they said at the time was the smallest snake, and so I went with that one. So I get it home and the cable is too big! I take it back and I tried to explain the situation and the owner treated me like I had an hidden agenda. I asked him if they had a smaller ones for shower drains and he said yes. I asked him “why wasn’t I given that information before?” He then proceeded to treat me in the worst way I’ve ever been treated by someone who is the actual owner of a business! He said he thought I was full of “Baloney”. I would not recommend this place at all and really ashamed to write that you are better off going to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD HARDWARE STORE. SOMEWHAT PRICEY AT TIMES. BUT STAFF IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL. APPRECIATE THAT THEYRE STILL IN BUSINESS.

My father was going there before I was family run since around 1960 the family are courteous n very helpful n always ready to lend a hand!!

Ive been shopping here for eight years and am always handled like own family once I stroll within the door. they have an amazing selection for nearly any want and that they exit in their way to provide you pointers for your undertaking. That being stated, I knocked off a star because ive noticed the charges on a few things are out of hand.

What more can I say. A great little mom-and-pop type hardware store with lots of unique items. A large specialty Hardware section, tools, Plumbing, household items, screens, etc. If you know what I mean then you know what I mean.

Newlands is a GREAT hardware business with plenty of assistance, like an old school hardware store! They cut glass were as big box hardware stores do not. I can find the correct screws in their well organized system. I can go on and on......Also,there is PLENTY of parking in back. No more HD for me.

Local neiborhood hardware store that always stocks my favorite perfectly chilled FrostTop Rootbeer...Very friendly and helpful staff.They practise a unique quality of customer service that is pretty much rarely used now a days and in a professional level of speaking to customers, from what you would think is a stupid question to a profesional answer or sugestion.

No there not helpful...They are very discriminating they follow you around the store....wont leave you alone until youve purchased something......I dont recommend this place if your Hispanic.....because they will be very disrespectful.....
