I would give a negative star if I was able to. I ordered a gift card online on May 6th for a birthday present. I wanted them to mail a physical card instead of email a gift certificate. The address I gave was correct and is within the Continental United States. So out of country cannot be to blame.I ordered this card 8 days prior to the persons birthday. Here it is 05/25/2021 and still no card. I have called twice and told different dates of delivery. I asked to have them email coupons or something to make this worth while and was transferred to customer service. When I explained the problem and requested that they email some coupons. I was told it was not their responsibility, that they use an outside company to mail the gift cards. They tried to transfer me to that company. I told them that the company had just transferred me to them. I explained that the company who they use are really making their store look incompetent. Again the person on the phone offered to transfer me back to the initial person who had transferred me to them. Hmmmm, customer service?These days things are delivered either the day of or within 5 days. 19 days and still no product, which is a simple card?!? No excuse for this. Poor acknowledgement of the problem and no accountability or offer to correct the problem.I will not shop here again. I would rather spend a little more money at a place who values their customers as the reason they are in business!If you call for a delivery of a gift card or anything else besides that, please call WAY in advance. Dont worry about it getting it to the recipient early....
Poor customer service! I have a friend who was calling to ask for help with a situation she had and instead of doing their job and help her out they just hung up on her.🤦♀️
