I have been renting a Dolce Vita scooter from Pico for about 6 months now. I really enjoy the all-electric ride. Its a great scooter and I get compliments and questions about it every day. I emailed about returning my Dolce Vita since I will be traveling for a month and Brian convinced me to keep it since its such a hot commodity, and we worked out a deal. My scooter, Bo, gets me from downtown LA to Hollywood Hills nearly every week day, safely and efficiently. My only feedback is that the scooter is kind of squeaky, and that can be annoying. But Ride Pico is a brilliant company and I hope it catches on so everyone can be riding electric soon :)

Only after ten days of paying the deposit for a cara model, they got in touch with me to book the scooter pick up. The guy told me everything about how to ride it and use it properly, but I guess the most important wasnt that but I only discovered it when returning the vehicle.If you thinking about renting one of those, beware they have a 4 weeks minimum policy, which I only have realized when returning the scooter after the first week of use. So you are still responsible for paying that even when returning it earlier than that.So it is $100 down + 45 week with damage waiver and $150 more for returning it before 4 weeks. Basically I have paid for a car rental equivalent.

I returned my scooter as I am going back to school, I used my scooter to make deliveries as a summer job. Made some great money and saved a ton on gas as these are fully electric scooters. I think I may get another for school. Loved everything about pico especially their customer service, Harrison, was a great help getting me on as well as helping me return it!

Scooter malfunction and my brother was injured. Pico responded by sending a bill for damages to scooter. SMH.

We use Pico for our salad delivery business and they are super reliable and cost effective. I love saving on gas and not having to find a parking spot.

BEWARE THEY CHARGE YOU EVEN IF YOU DONT AGREE TO PAY. If i could give zero stars i would. Charged my account for every scooter i viewed details on. They charged my account for four separate subscriptions as soon as i entered my info.

Hello there Im Felix,I recently ordered a scooter 🛵 from ride pico.com with the tremendous help from Brian a salesman that works there,he did all the paperwork for me over the phone and internet and I got my scooter really fast and very comfortable and satisfied with his professionalism in very happy with the scooter,the price and overall with the way that this company conducts business.

Excellent customer service and great price! Great way to get around locally and save a ton money on gas!

Expectations I had were higher. They will take money out of your account. Without consent. When it was time to return, I called and they did not pick up for over two weeks. In which then they proceeded to charge my account. Not recommended. I know someone whom was injured on one. Due to faulty equipment. My husband. After the accident, he drove the scooter back to the house and I followed. Out of nowhere it clearly jerked and almost take him down again. My husband has an perfect driving record. No Dui. No accidents. Never had a speeding ticket. 20 years of clean driving til this scooter zoom. His ability to due certain tasks meaning walk, bend, and other things are of a struggle right now. No hospital because covid 19. Otherwise, we would have a lawsuit.anyone whom reads this and has a good recommendation for a lawyer feel free to contact us. We are disgusted by the way this was handled by pico and absolutely do not recommend you rent here. You have been warned. 2 times.

I love this scooter! It was pretty easy to get and I’m a super green girl so I love that it’s eco-conscious. I don’t buy gas, i save money on not having a car and I love that it’s easy to find parking. Literally the best replacement for not having to ride share.

Brian made the process super easy, helped out a lot!

We use Pico for deliveries and so far our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The cost savings on gas alone is worth it.

DO NOT GET!!!!!! My charger caught on FIRE!!!!

Watch out for these guys. They will charge you for false damage and drain your bank account. And when youre ready to return scooter they will refuse the return. That way they can come pick it up (only after you stop paying and using it) and not allow you inspect bike. Not that it matters because even if you do a walk around to inspect for damage and get the all clear of any damage. You will still get a bill of made up charges. This is not a honest bussiness. Complete rip off company. You have been warned.
